Price Chopper has everything there that I could want. There haddock meal that I get on Fridays is absolutely amazing and a bargain for sure! The store is always clean and well stocked, even later in the day. Recommend for sure!

I visited this small Utica shopping center at 3 pm. It was easy to get to and is close to downtown Utica on route 5. If you take route 5 from Herkimer to Utica, youll find it a beautiful ride. Youll pass by many farms and antique houses.But this road is heavily travelled at rush hour so taking I90 is a much safer option. The shopping center is close to Utica marshlands which I highly recommend.

I love Price Chopper! We live in Rochester and drive to this Utica one on purpose. On August 15th, we visited there again and always go to the seafood section. The display yesterday was so amazing. Wow! Then the guy behind there(wish I had gotten his name) and steam 2 lobsters for me, omg they were perfect. Thank you so.much.

Customer service is terrible. Walked up to customer service today and I was the only person waiting, two employees behind the desk laughing between one another.. did not acknowledge my existence and just walked away. They didnt even walk through the door to the back, just out into the store. Not sure how difficult it is to say something like Hi, I will be with you in just a moment or something of the sort, but maybe my expectations are set too high. I would figure that would just fall under basic customer service etiquette. I just turned and left because I had no idea if they were coming back or what was going on.

Quality products for the appreciative customer. They also deliver and accept ebt.

Their security guard will follow ppl into the parking lot and steal your purchased items. Thankfully after explaining to my credit card company what occurred my account was credited

Had a bad experience at the visionworks place. The rest of the area is very organized which I liked very much.

Ok folks, Price Chopper has 🐝 my go-to market for many many years. While I understand Covid rules and precautions, I do not understand why there are far less open check out lanes. If the idea is to distance shoppers, and, speed them out the door, then for the love of God add more check out staff. Self checkout is not enough, to balance the customer flow. This store in particular caterers to many older customers who simply will not use self checkout.

I work there actually! It changes from day to day! It depends on the customers we get daily! What their moods are! Whether they are moody and impatient, or polite and patient, to be completely honest! I enjoy the fast-pace, crazy-busy days! Makes the shift fly by! Its a fun place to work, for the most part!

I have shopped Price Chopper since it opened in our home town. I love shopping a store that is clean and the employees are friendly. I also like that products are easy to find and are affordable as I live on a limited income.

I am disabled and used to shop at Price Chopper every month at least $400-500 when I got my food stamps and WIC now I very rarely shop here because they do not follow NYS plastic bag ban guidelines as they will not give bags to people paying with food stamps, WIC or any other assistance which NYS Law says that if paying with any type of assistance you are exempt from paying the fees for bags if the business charges for the bags I dont have money to buy 30 reusable bags (since I am not supposed to lift or carry anything over 5lbs) or pay for paper bags

Great take out meals!! Fish fry dinner, few ways 2 order shrimp dinner or just shrimp by lb, pizza is great, everything u need and so many choices 4 a healthy good meal when 2 busy 2 cook. Amazing all the choices. Great staff and can find everything u need.

The aisles were clean and the shelves were well stocked. They had quite a few deals. I enjoy their salad bar and bakery. And its nice that they have a seating area to eat or, in my case, a place for my teenage children to wait for me because they dont enjoy the shopping part.

Love the coupons in the Sunday paper to get great deals on all my favorite foods at Price Chopper. Im finally figuring out where things are located in the North Utica store.

First time ever their because we are in town for work but very nice well kept clean place. Very friendly workers and everything is well labeled with isle markers, making it easy to find what you need.

I giving them 5 starts since the people there are always kind and ready to help you. My only problem is there meat department. When they put the meat on sale there never any left, by time I get off work.

I did online shopping. Its not price chopper people its an outside company, Instacart, that does the shipping so they didnt offer me the chance to substitute my order.

The store is always clean and great service, but today I had to wait for a while to check our as there was only 1, 15 items or less- checkout and 1 regular checkout. Not the clerks fault, she tried to get help, but was told they were on break. Otherwise there is usually no problems.

Bakery Dept is very helpful and accommodating. Their sour dough bread is superb. Other artisan loaves are excellent also. The baker obviously loves his job. Bread is made from scratch bright there.

Always clean. Helpful personnel. Well stocked, love the produce, meat, florist, dairy. Just about everything. Drawbacks are sometimes customer service desk lacjs adequate staffing. Along with live checkers.

Great place to get groceries

I constantly use the Market Florist in North Utica Price chopper. I find the flowers to be better quality and better lasting than your high end flourish that charge a arm and a leg. My favorite for the summer is the hybiscuss 🌺. Always sturdy and hardy. Other places I have bought them they died right off. Its a pleasure most of all to go here because of the great service Abby provides. She knocks it out of the park when I go in for something, always comes out better than what I expect. Always getting more than I expect.. Her kindness, smile and work is just top notch. Even if I am shopping she will always yell out to me by name to say hello and there we go talking instead of me shopping . Hats 🎩 off to her exceptional work and work ethics. Waited over 1/2 an hour for the butcher to return from a half hour lunch to cut our roasts. A phone call to management 10 minutes after the employee should have been back resulted in his return, but the manager Mr. Taylor did not apologize for our wait nor did he say good bye and simply hung up on me when saying hell have to find out where the employee was.Im not a price chopper fan to begin with and these events simply continue to keep me from going unless I have to.

Love the meats and vegetables departments. Hate the self check out.The store is well layed out and easy to navigate. Just when I went to cash out, the quickest way it seamed was the self check out line. I struggled using it and the store person just seamed activated by my lack of knowledge to use the system.

Love Price Chopper Always Has Fresh Produce and New Fruits and Vegs that are available from all I try them all. I fell in love with Cotton Candy Grapes *My Favorite!!! Their Shelves are Always Stocked and again always has All the Newest Products that come out from Food to Gagets. Also Everyone is So Friendly and its Very CLEAN!!!! Nice Bakery and Deli as well their Seafood and Meat Dept is also Very Good!!!

The place looks nice and clean. The service was very good. I didnt wait a long time for cashing out. There was also some very good deals. Im going to shop Price Chopper more often.

Awesome place to buy groceries along with supplies for the home. It’s not like other grocery megastores where you don’t really know where your food is coming from. They have great deals on all sorts of products. Check the flyers every week to see if they are offering any sales, deals, or discounts on anything from food to household items. This is also an excellent place to shop for great sales on meat and fish. Price chopper is among the best places to buy fresh meat and fish in the area.

Its a grocery store. Nothing more, nothing less. I am at times disappointed with the veggie choices, prices and quality. They do have good sales at times but the overall prices are a little higher.

This is my favorite of all the area price choppers. It is usually well stocked with the things i need. Can be a bit dirty especially near fresh produce. In general the cashiers are friendly, however, i always ask for double bags 🤷 & i have to remind the cashier 2 or 3 times to do it. Even during busy times, the wait isnt as long as at other price chopper stores. Overall i go out of my way to go to this location because its just more of a pleasant experience especially when i need to bring my 6 year old son along!

Twice Ive had to bring things backtoday I had to bring back a vegetable platter the broccoli was absolutely rotten unfortunately I didnt have my glasses on so I didnt see it till I got home thats definitely going back tomorrow at seven bucks a pop

Had a issue with a worker incorrectly counting my money then claiming I was short, called the store when I got home and they were super helpful and solved the issue right away.

Very clean and organized. A bit disappointed in the stock. It always seems that they are out of our favorite products or that they just stop carrying them. From ice cream to cheese. Less and less to choose from. Produce quality has decreased as well. We had to wait forever to check out as only three cashiers. Not happy thinking how our frozen items were softening.
