I stopped by the store today while traveling from Rochester to Old Forge. The young lady that helped me was an absolute pleasure. She could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I dont think I have ever had a more enjoyable time shopping for cowbell bells.I am not sure of her name, but I think she went by V.Thank you!

This is a great store for finding things for farms and general merchandise for some repairs

They never have my dogs food in stock, we try to get some every week and it’s never there. There are no employees available to offer any type of help. If there’s a demand for a certain product order more of it!!

Looking for something very specific. The website said it was in store, but I couldnt find it.A worker helped immediately, guided me to the item and even had me pull up the truck so we could load it up on the side of the store.I dont go here much, but this experience will make me go back.

Took my Husky to use the do it yourself bathing station. Employees were very kind and professional. The bath station was clean and all supplies were included (shampoo, brushes, even a clean towel for drying your pet which they had hanging up upon arrival, I knew it was clean for I saw a bag off to the side for used towels). I found the the pay one price which was about $10 to be fair. The room accommodates for use of 2 pets for bathing and they have their own grooming stations as well. I was able to take my time and felt at ease knowing and doing this. I would highly recommend this place of business. No complaints just one happy customer!!

This is 1 of the better stores shelf’s are always stock full, team is all excellent, I went into the store at 7:30 last night to buy baby turkeys the cashier an manager were the only 2 on the cashier went out of her way to help me an cash people out, all the chicks were alert an running around, love the new brooders big tum up to the Utica Store

I shop at the North Utica location. Staff is helpful and courteous and store is clean.Much more convenient for quick stops than a big box store. But the selection is smaller and they tend to run out of items.Overall I recommend shopping here.

Its a great place to find unique items! I found some great dog toys that do not look like they will be destroyed in 10 minutes. Every employee Ive interacted with has been very helpful.

Fantastic place to get farm supplies, pet supplies, and even garden supplies. The staff is friendly and always happy to help (even with heavy lifting). Love their baby chicks weve brought home a few, and now we have a small chicken farm lol

Felt off. Empty. Only about 2 workers there that I saw. Weird isles. Left side was a bit messy in the front and back middle. Right front was nice, and organized. Back right side was a little messy.

The help is very personable and knowledgeable. Although prices are higher on some things they have many items not available from other stores in the area. Quality of work clothes is GREAT, typical of TSC.

Awesome place for quick supplies for the farm. Big or small they seem to have just about anything you need. They provide a low cost vaccination clinic on Saturdays in the summer, call for availability and times of these as not all have it. The one in Rome does and they sell the vaccines also.

Went there with a friend that were more familiar with the store. He wanted to replace the tires and rims on his boat trailer. Its was no hassle finding the right size. We purchased and left the store within 15 minutes. Loved it.

Well stocked, clean. Easily walkable isles. Allows my pup Roxy, who absolutely loves walking the isles greeting people, in to explore. Friendly associates.

No size small, of anything, in mens clothing. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Literally every Tractor Supply store only sells Medium through XXXL. Its clearly a conscious decision, so Ill keep giving each one of these stores one-star reviews. Just. . . why?

Had to find a small tire for my compressor, I couldnt find it anywhere, Tractor supply had it, cheaper than expected also. I would consider that a win. Great place for just about anything...

Never enough staff available on the floor.Theresa is the only floor person I ever see . Even tho she is superhuman, more staff is neededI routinely order online for store pickup . Each time, I spend 15 minutes waiting foror looking for someone to.bring forth my order, Online ordering is not customer friendly.I give up.

I had a very good experience here the guy darrly was very helpful with everything I needed he even called the cashier up front to let her know what was going on I didnt get her name unfortinlty I would definitely go back if I need something again

One of my favorite stores for horse supplies and its hard to find anybody to answer questions for you.

We go here to get hay for our rabbits. It is usually a fairly quick in-and-out experience. Other items seem to be on the pricier side...

Dont listen to these idiots about pet food. My wife and I had an employee tell us cat food was the same ferret food. Which is far from true. Cat food is grain based . Ferets cant digest grain. Remember just because someone works somewhere doesnt mean they have a clue . It causes liver failure and other health issues.

They usually have pretty decent prices when it comes to family pet items and u can find a little of everything here

Not a good experience, cashier didnt or couldnt process a simple return.10min in line. Customers in line behind me were not happy.The worst thing is that your cashier after he was done with it just tossed it on the counter,in front of the the manager that was approving my transaction.

They have a good selection of stuff & its a convenient place to stop at.
