Service advisor Robert was rude and was trying to avoid doing my service today . By directing me to other shops that were more specialized then they were just to replace u joints on a 2014 gmc sierra . Parts most likely in stock but stated that he may have to order and if so it would be more labor added to the service of they needed to order parts if they were not on hand tf ? Makes no sense at all . Very unprofessional and poor quality service. How do you expect to attract business when all you do is steer it all away
