It is now called B&T. We were camping and had a blowout on one of the RV tires. After a repair, we decided it was time to change all 4.We went to B&T because Walmart had a 4 hour wait to mount the tires we had pre-ordered. We. Called B&T and they said “sure, we can mount them now”.Super friendly people, professional staff and a very clean waiting area. I wish we would have called them in the first place. They had better tires for the same price, minus the headache. I highly recommend. Prices were very reasonable. Oh, they do roadside calls too.

I believe the business is now called B&T. However - this shop and everyone who works here are nothing but amazing and wonderful people and employees. While we searched all over town for a tire that would fit on our car after getting a flat on our way to Del Rio, they let us hangout and made us feel like it was normal for us to be part of their conversion. When we finally found a tire at a different shop, their employee drove my husband in his own car to go get it. They offered us coffee and did everything they could to help us. At the end of the day they only ended up charging us $15 to put a tire on our car. We feel they deserve a long future of success and are thankful for their kindness and candor.

Sometimes you just get lucky and find great people! This place was amazing to me....told em I was at Walmart and my wheel bearing on the trailer was to tight they sent me a service tech out to me immediately and I thought I wouldve been hit over the head on the price it was so fair idk if I even wanna list what it was.....thank yall so much for not treating me like an out of towner!!

Had a flat on my work trailer, arrived when the doors opened and within 15 minutes I was on my way with a new tire and the price was the best part. Thank you for keeping me rolling

I agree with Nardys Ruiz! I did not like the fact that Tina said my 74 mother would have to bring her car in for an alignment days later & leave it there ALL DAY!!!!! REALLY TINA?????? Thats piss-poor customer service if you ask me!!! Not worthy of 1 Star and I know Nardys Ruiz did not mean to put ALL those stars because we will never send my parents back to them after this. Arrogance at its best Tina Surber! I cannot believe your attitude. My very best friend has an alignment shop in another city and he was shocked when I told him what Tina did! WOWTina, go take you a Customer Service Refresher Course and learn how to treat people - especially the elderly!!!!!

Very good place, very helpfull

I attempted to purchase tires from Surbers for my Mother (This is Nardys Ruiz on my husbands email)and got a very high quote. I believe it is the customers right to shop around due to the availability of prices to choose from even knowing that there is very limited availability in Uvalde. Either way, I was given a very high quote for 4 tires and chose to call around and found the very same tires at WalMart for a much lower prices including the balancing and all that is entailed with new tires. I then called Surbers and spoke with Tina and asked her if they would be willing to do the alignment on the tires after my Mom had them placed by Walmart and she asked Why did she go to WalMart? I gave her a quote for 3 tires and she had one good one left? I then told her that the price was too high and that since I was the one paying for them that I had the right to choose who to install them. When I asked her how much it would cost to have the alignment, she snidely told me, Well....she will have to wait until next Thursday but she will have to leave the car here all day! The price quoted for that was $115. I then told her thank you very much, I will check into it and get back with her if I still needed them. I no sooner hung up, then Tina called me back asking me Im just curious to know, was it the price that was the reason that you went to WalMart? If so, We do a better job than WalMart does and we would have done much better due to their reputation of not doing such a good job I then told her....THAT IS WHY I WAS SENDING MY MOTHER TO YOU GUYS FOR THE ALIGNMENT TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS DONE APPROPRIATELY!I then told her that I would be telling my parents not to do business with them anymore. We are going to Franklins from now on....they were even less expensive too. $95 for alignment and would only take an hour....how about that? Put that in your pipe and smoke it Tina. You need to learn a bit about CUSTOMER SERVICE! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!****NO FIVE STAR RATING FOR YOU AND I WOULD NOT PUT A SINGLE STAR AT ALL BUT TO POST, I HAD TO PUT AT LEAST ONE!
