I appreciate the lumber yard. It looks like fun to work here. Employees are ready to assist in getting material on your job/work site! They are very educated employees. A goodwill wish for a goid end of 2021 to those who build and repair our spaces!

Friendly service but everyone seemed a little tired at customer service counter or they were just a little to occupied on their phones.

Wish all employees are required to speak English. Makes it real hard when you need help finding something and you cant communicate with the employees because they dont know English.

Tried to get a price on septic tanks. Was put on hold and hung up on 3 TIMES! 4 time i asked what was going on and was told the person i was trying to speak to was new! Happened again! 5th time i asked for a manager and once again sat on hold and hung up on. You could hear the person pick up the phone speaking and then hang it up. Needless to say they have lost my business permanently!UVALDE LOCATION

Slow service treated like your stealing their merchandise

Disappointed that management does not make its employees wear masks. Went to the store three times the last week and a half and every time some of the employees had no mask 🥺

In the work that I do, the customer sometimes needs to buy their own material, and its been a couple of times where my customers tell me to go with them to buy the material cuz the customer service does not speak Spanish, its no problem for me cuz I bilingual. Its kind of upset about this, I used to work in the customer service industry and retail, when the customer speak to me in Spanish Im gladly going to assist them in their language they feel comfortable in. Cuz I know they will always feel comfortable and plus the customers is the one thats making my check. The only things that bring me back to the store is prices, how fast and helpful are the workers from the out side of the store.

Had just what I needed

I have been to this store many times and It is always because I am in a bind. I love the one in Kerrville and Jourdanton/pleasanton... This store is almost impossible to get waited on. They need a management change unlike any buisness I have ever been into!

The people at MG are very nice.

Shopping at HEB in Uvalde Texas is always a pleasure
