Stunningly after reporting a leak, I have had employee’s tell me not to worry it’s to small of a leak to matter? Chances of anything happening are slim as conditions need to be just right? Wait until tank is low enough to change valve? We don’t have the man power to handle this weather? I only have sneakers and need to find some mud boots?I have been a customer for a long time and simply find this stunning. I have a leak of fuel and company wants to wait until tank is low to replace due to the expense of the repair. I do pray no child is killed or adult while waiting.

This company had been providing service to the Lone Star Corral Escapees RV Park Just out of Dhanis, Texas. They would come every Thursday to fill motorhome tanks as well as large stationary tanks individuals have on their lot. They have not shown up in several weeks. Calls to the office and the drivers cell go unanswered. Messages left on voicemail go unanswered. Totally unreliable company with no customer service skills! One star because there is no zero.
