Have been using Hellen Fuels for 15 years mainly out of convenience (location). Just called to schedule the annual service/cleaning for the burner. They told me that they cant get to until March. I have never had an issue scheduling this service. I guess their logic is - just call us when the burner stops operating properly because then we can charge you a lot more for a service call vs just performing proper maintenance.I see your response below. There are about 180 days between now and my scheduled cleaning... plenty of time. Let me know if theres an opening to service a 15 year customer sooner than 6 months out.

Not always the lowest price for fuel oil but they are ALWAYS there. In the past, they were able to make a same day delivery (I believe it was actually with in a few hours) of heating oil when I lost track and was running on fumes. Very pleasant office staff. I am happy to support this local business.

Every time I call for a delivery they are there the same day. Yesterday I had no heat and didnt know what to do, they sent someone out to deliver within hours of calling them. When the driver told me I wasnt out of oil he told me to call back and request someone come take a look. I called and they were here within an hour and now I have heat. I have had nothing but good experiences with them and highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!!!

Good old Town garage feel. Helpful and knowledgeable

Helens is my local go to for full service gas and my mechanic. No matter whats wrong with my car I can get it fixed quick and at a great price. Inspection stickers, oil change and general maintenence you cant go wrong with Helens Garage.

Just had a new furnace put in by Helens. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They set up a date, they arrived when they said they would, on time. Jim came, and installed the furnace. He was very courteous, a true professional,and cleaned up throughly when he was done. I will always use Helens in the future!

Have been a customer for 30 years. Called for oil delivery and they put me over a week out for delivery.Called another company out of RI Glow Oil they came the next day and best of all 11 cents a gallon cheaper.Buddy,You need to take better care of your long time customers or they will leave you

Do not use this service.Told by the service that my oil burner does not pay the bills around here and have refused to help me with my burner after they serviced it 4 months ago. Its pretty hilarious when the manager over talks you and pushes your concerns to the side. Terrible company do not use.

Have gone here a few times for an oil change and every time have been told something is wrong with the car. So I go to my regular mechanic he looks at the car and cant find anything wrong. Latest was being told that my car wouldnt pass inspection unless I fixed the bumper which would have been pricy. Got the car inspected somewhere else and it passed. Will never go to them again they are just trying to get you to get unnecessary car repairs done at their place.

Hellens is my go to spot for gas. In and out and whoever pumps for me is always in a good mood.

Dont have your car repaired there EVER go to Bloems Auto up the road they actually do the repairs just saying!
