My local Coin Shop of Choice, Ted the owner and his staff are always very cordial and helpful. Brought my two boys with me as I am teaching them the value of investing and Ted gave them both a stack of coins and instructions on how to research them. You can spend hours just browsing and still not be able to get eyes on everything that they have!

Disappointed. Was Not told all sales final. Purchesed earings for someone, they did like! Same day, not even hours later cant return. Money waisted. Had i known in advance i would not have purchased.

I took items in to sell and could not have been happier! I was treated respectfully and every item--even old plastic beads--got a good looking over. The owner Ted, was helpful and explained information about each item so I knew what it was and why it was valued the way it was. His wife and the other women working were equally polite and nice, not only to me but to others who came in to shop. Definitely recommend!

The owners and everyone there I encountered were very friendly and nice, and seemed so genuine. Its definitely a place you can go to sell your things and know you are getting the best price for, the man who helped me took the time to explain everything to me (why things are worth what they are,) instead of just giving me a price. While we were there he made sure to offer us all drinks ( my husband and kids) and kept the kids busy too, he let them pick coins from the pirates chest and let them play with a train. It was really a nice experience and to be honest, Id probably go to any business this family owns, just because!

Great place to get unique one of a kind gifts. Went in at a total loss on what to get my adult son for Christmas and came out feeling great. Super customer service and they have a little something special for everybody. Both ladies were such great help!! Always fun to go see what they might have now.

Best place to go to. The people are nice and my sister is also part of their work team and is really good with the customers. They have the best prices and for sure wont ever rio you off. They weight items as well to make sure what gems you get are actual weight correct. Every now and then they get healing crystals in.

Very racist. Very Rude. Very ignorant and discriminating. Was followed throughout the store to see if I was stealing. My sister was unable to touch some items but other people were able to. Must say very sad experience very disappointed. Did not believe racism still exist in Vacaville so plainly. Mind you, my sister and I are well off and the only Hispanics inside the store at the time. Both dressed appropriately I requested to see if any necklaces that could fit my antique charm. Right off was told were the clearance items were at. Im sorry but obviously this store isnt about business only helping certain kinds of people. Thanks but you lost all my future business. Other than that if you dont mind being judged. Spoken down to then go right ahead they do have cute jewelry.

The Gentleman who owns the place is extremely knowledgeable about all collectables and antiques. If you are looking to sell be warned hi only will consider it if the item is Rare or silver or gold. This process will take about 45 min if you want to learn something. Bring your kids and he will let the have 10 coins from his treasure chest, my son pulled a 1943 copper plated steal penny from this chest.... Not worth 100 grand but still a nice coin. Its my favorite place to take anything I cant seem to find on Google, this man will know what you have. 👍

Their knowledge and willingness to share that information is impressive. They are also very up front in their transactions which is greatly appreciated.

Last year went in after Christmas tree lighting and it was awesome. Loved all the old school money and jewelry they have and not to mention the silverware. So me and my sister decided to go check it out again this year after the tree lighting. So we went everything was fine then older guy in the back kept looking at me an my sister like we were some kind of thiefs. All we were doing is checking out the stuff. But the guy was just being so rude to me at one pointment I asked if I could check out the books and he gave me a snotty response and told me not to pass the brown bag but when a young white guy asked if he could check it he said oh yess most definitely go right ahead. The when I wanted to know more about some coins he told me not to talk to him about that because he couldnt multitask. And as we were close to the front he got out of his chair and stood right next to me making small talk with some girls and as I would take a step he would take one to. At first I was like okay just coincidence so I moved again and this time I did it on purpose to see if he would move and yes he did. I never ever have felt so uncomfortable so discriminating horrible experience. Dont think I will ever go there again.

I stopped in for the first time, felt as welcome as the flu !!!
