Excellent customer service! We had special frame project, basically a framed picture to hide some electronic stuff and Alicia, I think her name was (or Marcia?) did professional job, touched up our frame, and were very pleased with the results. Highly recommend!

I went there today(Halloween) to see what they had on sale 70% off. They barely had anything left. Which I guess is good? But most of their Christmas items were on sale for 40% off. And ornaments as far as the eye can see. In one of the pictures you can see all the ornaments. Always come here during and after any holiday. Or spot online.

I like Michaels...it is nice and clean, there staff is super helpful. They usually have what I am looking for, and I REALLY like the fact that they are NOT affiliated with any organized religion ( like Hobby Lobby)...

I love this store. If you are looking for dollhouse furniture there is now a new line of miniatures the store is carrying that is great and not so expensive.

I love Michaels. I may have gone in to buy a certain item or just to see whats new. I probably have a 10th of their store in my house.

Always have one person working cashiers no matter how long the line. Currently 13 different customers in line and one register is open. The other employees see but don’t help. Always a 20 minute minimum wait in line.

There is lots of stuff on sale after Christmas. No lines, the store appears to be fairly well organized. Helpful staff. And I am grateful that they are not playing annoying music. You can actually go into the store and browse and think about what you would like to purchase.

Looked all over the store. Turns out they do not carry simple flat head thumb tacks but they show them on the Website like they do. This is a pretty basic need.You can pay $ 9.00 for an over priced picture hanging set that has a few thumb tacks in it with other picture hanging hardware. $ 9.00 ? Really ? How about foam pumpkins for $ 70. 00. So overpriced.Definitely a place to use a Coupon,

I always go to Michaels. I wish they had more of a selection of ribbon. Also I make a lot of burlap wreaths and that section is always skimpy. Workers did great at seeing if we needed anything. The check out group were always helpful and did a great job as well.

Easiest experience this cyber Monday. In and out quick. 20 people in line, 5 check outs opened. Total time in store 10 minutes. Thank you.

Had the sewing machine we were looking for. The cashier was helpful in answering the questions we had.

My shopping was going good until I got to the cashier I bought 2 boxes of ornaments and she just picked it up and through it around like it was nothing I told her to be more careful and all she did was treated me like I was no one. I say if she doesnt want to work there than go back to school and get something that would be up her alley. So rude...

This was my daughters go-to craft store. Before Covid, we would go in on a weekly basis. Even during her chemo treatments! We encountered the worst attitudes! Blatantly rude! Then violated our HIPAA rights by forcing us to explain our medical characteristics. Needless to say, I will find craft supplies elsewhere.

Went in with the wife to get whatever nonsense she has been going on about. While there are very few things in that store that mildly interest me, I couldnt help but notice what a scattered mess that store is in currently. Might be the Covid rules or whatever, but I cant think of any store Ive been to recently that looks so ragged. Half the racks are empty and what IS in stock is all over the place or literally on the floor. Hope things turn around in there.

So far, my favorite place, where I can find things for decoration, crafts,, and much more. Also, I love the Michaels rewards program because I have an advantage in the coupons. In addition its very attractive the Michaels Kids Club where the kids can make a wide variety of stuff.

Its sometimes a bit frustrating to find products since when I go to Michaels website, it will not be have the popular items available at the specific stores or online. I guess its a good sign that people love to go Michaels, I wish they kept more of the popular items in stock. If they keep running out, they need to quadruple their orders to make sure the shelves are stocked. I like visiting this Michaels even if I cant find the item. The staff, always friendly and will help out when you need it.

Michaels always has the art supplies we need for all the paintings my daughter creates and sketch supplies too!

Quality and selection. It had been awhile since I bought floral products. They cost more. Did buy from better quality and selection of artificial stems as compared elsewhere at significant discount. I made several arrangements for the military national cemetary in Dixon his and my parents graves. Im very pleased.

Its Michaels, whats not to like? This one has a different layout, more focus on baking stuff but hobbyists will still find their basics around the perimeter. Only local shop Ive found that carries felting tools and wool roving. Beware the Halloween and autumn stuff, you WILL spend money if you dont exercise extreme self control.

Yeah its great for crafts, but what I go to Michaels for is their amazing framing service. Yes its pricey, but you can get your artwork professionally framed with just the right mix of frame and mat styles and colors in a way that will look fantastic, protect those meaningful prints, documents or artwork in a way you just cant do yourself. Have a $15 print that you love? Put that in a custom frame with special glass and backing and it becomes something very different. You just have to try it to know what I mean.

This is my familys favorite local craft store. While there are coupons available, there are many restrictions--in particular Elmers glue.One can find discounted items for a great deal in the clearance isle.Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Never met a Michaels I didnt love yet! Regardless the project, there is stuff to be had! This time a crochet project. Lots of yarns to choose from. Great deal three for the price of two. Ran them out of colors in same lot... kinda frustrating. One ball was messed up but easy to return. Again just kinda frustrating but not their fault. BUSY because of holiday weekend. Staff was still kind and helpful.

Great if youre rich and need supple amounts of amazing art stuff. This is a great store, its big, has lots of art supplies and decor, plus the staff members are super nice which is awesome. The one thing that I do have to say thats bad about this store is that some of the art supplies they sell are super expensive. I saw a sketchbook that was 12 dollars at Michaels, but when I went to another store they were selling the exact same sketchbook for 4 dollars. So if youre coming here for top notch things and have the money to pay for them, then this is the perfect place for you, but if youre tryna save money look for somewhere that sells the items for a cheaper price.

I live roaming the very organized aisles. Staff here us super helpful. Even when the line is huge they stay cool under pressure. They understand their sales coupons and products.

They have everything you could want or need for craft projects. The have silk flowers for all the seasons as well as flowers for bridal bouquets. Michaels has a great assortment of home decor, picture frames, cake decorating and all supplies for bead making projects.

This Michaels location was great. Clean and tidy and the staff was excellent. We were helped by a woman named Morgan M. who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. She knew exactly where the products I needed were. I will definitely be back.

I was looking for yarn. I found what I needed. They had a good selection. The line to pay was long and a little slow but the cashier was friendly and efficient.

New location is awesome, huge location with great selection, only complaint is the check out line taking forever! But this isnt the checkers fault, too many discounts, coupons etc make check out take way too long,I wish Michaels would just lower their prices instead of offering all these gimmicks that clog up the check out.

When I was in this location, the manager Kevin decided to stare at me throughout my entire visit . It was really uncomfortable and I don’t usually have an unpleasant experience ever .

The workers there are always willing to help you and Assist you in looking for the product youre looking for great place.

As with all Michaels, this store was organized. We couldnt find a couple items, and we were hoping staff could suggest other sections to look in or alternative materials that could work for project. Unfortunately floor staff were few and hard to locate, then didnt know where to find the sections for the items we already knew and had nothing to suggest for us. Cashier very friendly and did have some good suggestions, but we didnt have time to stand in the long, slow checkout line again.

Big compared to the old one, overwhelming but good because they have lots of inventory. Prices are high but it is a craft store. Wish they had a better rewards program so I would shop there more.

I normally have no issues with this store. I called to see if they had a clearance item in stock before going into the store, as it wouldnt allow me to order online and then do store pick up.The first person who answered the phone, kept repeating what I said to someone else and I could hear a person in the background responding. It was very generic (yes, they carried the brand). When I clarified I was looking for a specific item, they said theyd have to look.A few minutes later, another woman (sounded older) answered the phone. She said she would have to go look for the item. Well, as I write this, Ive been on hold for almost 30 minutes.Customer service would dictate you pick up the phone and let the customer know you are still looking or you are having difficulty locating the item. Can no one else in the store see the line is on hold and might want to find out if that person is in need of assistance?Very poor customer service and obviously customer service needs a bit of retraining, imo. #stilonhold

My first time at the Vacaville Michaels store. I was very impressed at how neat and tidy the store was kept and everything quite easy to find. I asked a staff person where an obscure item was and she knew exactly!

There are only 2 reasons to not give Michaels at least 4 stars. 1. Everything is slightly to heavily over priced so their frequent sales do well. (And they do). And 2. The narrow isles drive me nuts. Otherwise, Michaels is awesome for the variety of craft essentials that they stock. Really good.
