I had my Samsung S8 stop charging and took it into the shop to have it looked at. The owner was so professional and said he would look at it and let me know what was wrong. A few hours after dropping it off he gave me a call and let me know the problem and said he would take care of it . The shop did fix it and now my phone is like brand new and the most important thing was I didnt lose any of my data. I highly recommend this shop for any type of cellphone repair and service. I paid $700 in May 2020 to have the screen repaired on my daughter’s MacBook Air. By Sept, and just outside the 100 day warranty, the screen failed again. We’d relocated out-of-state so we took the computer to a local Apple authorized repair center. They physically showed us where non-Apple parts had been used and where screws and fasteners had not been reinstalled during the first repair performed by Iphone Parts and Repair. Low-quality after-market parts and poor workmanship by this business caused the repeat failure. In defense of Iphone Parts and Repair I did not give them the opportunity to fix the failure because we’d moved.

Needed to get the charging port repaired for an old phone to be used as a hotspot for an 89 year old womans only wifi link. I was leaving for weeks and she would be without her Alexa calling ability. They got the parts and stayed but no one was available to solder it in. The owner/tech drove from Vacaville store to Folsom and completed it that night. It allowed me to get her set up and running just as I was leaving. She is happily calling her children and listening to music.

I had my battery replaced here last July. It died yesterday so I took it to Best Buy instead since they are apple approved. The geek squad at Best Buy told me that the battery was foreign, there were several protective parts missing and several others with stickers indicating that they are non apple, third party parts. So it sounds like they basically organ harvested my phone and now Im screwed because Apple wont fix a phone with this much alteration. I would never trust this place with anything of value. This is pretty disgusting.

This place awesome! I came in to get a broken phone repaired and the gentleman who helped me (Monquese) was very professional and knowledgeable. The entire repair took only about 20 minutes so I was out the door fairly quickly. He even threw in an extra service free of charge because I was a first time customer. I was assisted by Monquese. He is very knowledgable and provided excellent service. My daughters screen broke and it was not working properly on her iPhone. I went to him and he repaired it and did a full diagnostic within 20 minutes. He was able to repair and screen and put a gel protective screen on it. I will definitely go back to him soon to work on my Mac Airs. Definitely recommend this company.

Awful! 2 days and the iPad mini screen is still not fixed. Lied and told us it would be fixed by next day. Another lie. Never once called to tell us Had to keep going back and never fixed. Took the iPad home to take somewhere. Looks like a mess. Don’t go to this place!!! Manager says he knows nothing. Wow really!!?? Pathetic. Wish I could give negative stars.

These guys wanted 249 to replace my phone screen... i can send in my phone and get a new one for 170, and still keep all my pics, contacts, and apps... i wish i could give less than 1 star.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Was told one price and that they had screen in stock. Drove 30 miles to get there only to be told that it will be $50 more than I was told and they didnt have it in stock and it would take 3-5 days to get it. Absolute BS. I will never go back. With more 1 star ratings than any other, I should have known better. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I came in on the 26th of September and was very upset that my daughters phone wasnt working she brought it in multiple times and I was very upset with the lady that was up front that I talked a few days prior however I came in and talked to monquese and he was very reassuring he apologized if anything was mistaken and he replaced my daughters screen let me know if a touches issue happens we can bring it back and and they can fix that issue for an extra $80 I thought that was great my daughters phone works fine right now he is very professional and and knowledgable, if he had his own shop he would have a customer for life with me thank you iparts and monquese.

Took my GS4 in to replace cracked screen. The first screen burned out my LCD so, screen went black. I was told that sometimes the glue used does that WTH?!. The second screen does not work properly. Cant answer my phone after many swipes, screen freezes when texting, when letters such as the n,i,k &l key are tapped I usually get six each ex: annnnnnnnnnnnnnd. There are also floating bubbles when screen tapped. When I took my phone back for what would be a third screen, I was told that they did have a bad batch of screens so they would replace no problem. I wasnt able to leave my phone that day and when I returned a couple of days later was told by the manager that they never have bad screens and he was not able to repeat any of the problems that I said was happening. I know that he didnt even look at it because when I picked it up that afternoon the paperwork attached to my phone was blank and the employee had to ask him what was done. I have to buy a new phone just wish I wouldve done that before throwing away $90.

I sent them my galaxy s6 edge to fix and they said they would have it done in 1 day. they call me when it was supposed to be done just to say that they have to order a new part which takes 2 to 7 business days and i ask if i could have my phone until them they said no because they already took off the glass screen. what kind of phone repair place starts to if it without proper materials. if i could i would give it less than 1 star
