Scott is super professional and was able to change my whole windshield super fast. He didn’t try to sell me any crazy product. Instead, after I gave him a call, he just tell me what I should be expecting. If you got a broken windshield, give them a call and let them take care of the rest!

This is the second time I have used 1st choice. They are my only choice for auto glass. They know how to run a local family business. Excellent customer service and a job well done. And easy for my auto insurance to deal with also. I highly recommend them.

Scott & his son did an amazing job! My wife called to get a quote and appointment & Scott explained everything very well and gave us a quote. We made an appointment and we appreciated not only a confirmation with all the details we discussed but he also followed up the day before confirming everything. When appointment time came everything was super quick. He explained everything step by step with my wife and even adjusted some problems with the last windshield we got replaced. Several months ago, I needed my rear, electric, sliding widow replaced. 1st Choice, came to my house and installed a new one the very next day. Prompt and Professional. The window, had some Manufacturing issues, that needed to be fixed. 1st, Choice, handled these issue, quickly, again by coming to the house and at no cost to me. The issues, were of no reflection on 1st Choice, the Company that made the window, is the culprit. 1st Choice, a great Company, a great service and they stand behind their work. Five Stars *****.

I wasnt able to go forward with the repair (complicated situation), but after speaking with approximately 20 different autoglass replacement shops in the Solano County region, 1st Choice Autoglass was by far the most helpful.Scott was knowledgeable, kind and honest during each interaction I had with him. Not only did he provide quality customer service, but he also offered me the best price out of every shop I had called prior.I will definitely be scheduling any future glass repairs that I have with Scott and this company.

GREAT SERVICE! Needed my windshield replaced after it cracked completely and needed it done ASAP...although he was booked up he was squeezed me in and took care of me the next day! They even came to my house! And to top it off.. he gave me the best price i found after calling several shops... definitely has a customer and reference for life here.

I got my windshield done from this company about a year ago. And then another car got hit in the windshield. They were able to get me in the next day (windshield was pretty bad)! Not only were they able to get me in the next day, but they only charged me $340 instead of $900 like the insurance company quoted me! On top of that they were able to refer me to a place for my other car for my star to be sealed! Over all great experiences everytime!

Very polite and professional. They followed up on their service. I had an appointment and drove 45 miles. Easy to locate and no time was wasted. Price was $45-$65 cheaper than shops I called the previous week. Price was as quoted and windshield went in and looks great.
