Definitely will be getting my oil changed and any other service here. Everyone greeted me when I pulled in to get my service. It was done very quickly. Jennifer was even nice enough to throw in a complimentary air filter for me. This place is great! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ recommend.

We dropped our vehicle off at 12pm, never heard back, called at 3:30pm to get an update and were told sorry we thought we called, our mechanic found a black widow and REFUSED to work on the car. My car was there for 3.5 hours with NO work done on it at all AND NO PHONE call telling us they were not working on it. I can NOT believe a mechanic refused to work on this because of this reason. I WILL NEVER give my business to this place ever again and will be sure to never refer anyone here as well. Absolute waste of time and my boyfriend had to WALK with both of the kids to get the car because no one called us when him and I were available to take care of this during the day. Terrible business and customer service. Unbelievable

I RECOMMEND TO NOT GO HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS! THEY CHARGED ME 240 JUST FOR A TUNE UP ! THEY ALSO TOLD ME I NEEDED KNEW MOTOR MOUNTS FOR MY CAR AND TO COME BACK IN 2 DAYS AND THEY’LL FIX IT.. Terrible experience here. drove down early for a simple oil change and waited to be 1st (since its 1st come 1st served) since i was planning to leave for a trip. 3 employees are present by 8am when they open and i am still the only car there. i was then told by who i assume is a lead position that there was a call out and it will be a few hours before we can change your oil and that he just called the manager about it. so at speedee OIL CHANGE with 3 people you cannot change the oil in my dodge??? nothing offered for inconvenience or anything. took my business elsewhere and will not be returning again.

The service techs were polite, informative and professional. I was happy to get in and out without having to make a prior appointment. They were busy but my car was serviced just over an hour.

Pricey but everythings is good.Best customer services & those working people very helpful theyll checking everything before set it out, for safety driving the car.

First time coming to this location. I was so impressed! Jerry informed me of some minor issues I was having, which I wasnt aware of from the other Speedy Lube I usually go to. Ugh. Went there today and the price went from $84 to $106 (tax and extra quart) for the full synthetic oil change. When I asked why the big price difference, the guy said that they raised the price $ 5.00. A comparison of my prior receipts, parts prices have also increased.

Got to the speedee oil change at 4:20 and was out by 4:45. Always great service. I have been a customer at this speedee since 2007.

Took apart my air filter unit lids four clips and tries to sell me a new filter. I refused the $29 price and they didnt put back the unit lid at all and caused me to fail a smog test. Thats how I found out they never even out it back together.

This was my first time coming here. I wasnt expecting to get out of the car only because Ive been going to a place that allows me to stay inside.The staff was very helpful, patient and informative. The price was amazing! I may just make this my official place to go.

I didn’t have my glasses and couldn’t see well so without knowing it I sat in a chair with a herd of ants on the wall next to me. They crawled all over me. It was disgusting. Also, oil change took an hour.

Jose was my technician today. He was so great, really fast, professional and nice. It was so convenient being able to drive up without an appointment, keep my kids in the car with me while they changed my oil, and the whole thing only took 10 minutes! They charged me for 3 hours of labor when they didn’t even work on my car the whole time, theirs water in my oil WHICH THEY HAD DRAINED MY OIL WHEN I WAS GETTING A TUNE UP. Fast and friendly. 1st time customer. I had back to back appointments today and needed to be in and out quickly. They changed my oil and filter, topped off fluids, check and corrected my tire pressure and had me out of there faster than expected and for less than $50.00. The waiting area was clean and I could watch my vehicle being serviced. Great job 5 star experience.

Paid for an oil change. Few weeks later took my car into Honda for service and they told me there was no oil in the car and the filter (which I paid to have changed) was filthy. I asked Honda if there was an oil leak and they said no which is what I thought because I have never seen any under the car. Very obvious that my car had been drained but no new oil was put in. They could have blown my engine. Beware

My brakes have been squealing for nearly 2 years but I thought it was a flaw in the design, not the wearing of the brakes. I thought this because I have come here many times (my last oil change was performed here just a few months ago), specifically asked if my brakes needed to be replaced and have been told that there’s nothing wrong with them every time. After going to another location for an oil change today, I have been informed that my brakes are completely worn to the point where they have been warped, creating a problem that will cost over $600. Luckily, I found this issue before taking my family on a 6 hour drive to Southern California. I originally gave this company 3 stars for their hit-or-miss customer service, but after finding that they skipped over a detail that put my family and I in danger, I’m only giving them the maximum stars needed to leave a review.Again, after specifically asking them to check my brakes multiple times due to the noise they made and not even receiving a warning of the brakes getting low (I was literally told nothing is wrong with them every time), I now have a costly repair job and have been driving with 0% brake pads for who knows how long. I would think that, for a place that focuses on changing oil, a $350 brake job would be more than welcome. I won’t be going here anymore and I should’ve read the reviews before considering them in the first place. This company needs to focus more on quality over quantity, it may help them find flaws on lifesaving features, like brakes.P.S. I don’t want a copy and pasted corporate response shifting responsibility because the company is locally owned and operated. I will not be sending any additional information to anyone. If you’re willing to allow an entrepreneur to advertise the company’s name, you should be willing to ensure they live up to the standards you expect.

I brought in my white 2016 CRV Honda this am Monday 07/01/2019 and was treated with the up most respect. The guys were knowleable and very friendly. The technician brought me over to my car and explained to me what he replaced and informed me my car was in tip top shape. As a woman I am always suspicious when I take my car in for maintenance work. I left this business paying much more than I intended and hoped that the work done on my car was good. I waited to see if my car would break down a few days after but a week and a half later it is running great and with no problems. I had to pay for a new air filter, transmission fluid, cabin air filter, and air filter. Those charges were added to the basic oil change charges. It all came to $275 when finished which seemed high but I think that is the usual price for all of this. Eugene showed me the work he did and showed me the new filter and clean transmission fluid. This was all done w/in a 90 min time period.

Would give no stars if I could. The slowest service I have ever experienced. Was literally moving out of state with a baby right then but had to stop for an oil change. Complained just to get my vehicle actually in the garage. Dont go here. After taking all my info, with 2 cars ahead of me, they gave me an estimated wait time of 45 min. Everyone was leaving their keys in the car and going inside to wait. I dont leave my keys in my vehicles and sure enough some weirdo was creeping around my car. I got back in my cart with my baby and waited.... Till I got fed up not seeing any work being done and complained. Bad service, bad system of operation that leaves your vehicle vulnerable.

Actually kind of impressed...Dont usually get service like this at a SpeeDee. Mech talked to me at my level (I was an aviation mech) oil change and fluid top off was quick. Place was clean and organized. Washed my windows and did a quick vacuum job. Nicely done...

Went in for a vehicle inspection, was told that they were closing soon and had no time. They werent closing for another hour and a half. Had people standing around and asking mechanics if they wanted to go home earlier. What a wonderful way to send potential customers away

I actually read the reviews beforehand but didnt know whether 12 negatives over a 5 year period should influence my decision considering that most satisfied customers never take the time to write a review.The prices they quoted for brakes, a synthetic oil change and a smog check, were better than I was getting elsewhere, so I decided to give them a chance.I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant technician who answered all my questions, confirmed the pricing, assured me I could use a coupon I found online, and told me hed call me when it was done.I picked up my car when it was done and had no issues using the coupon. When I left the lot I felt like I was driving a different car my car was driving so wonderful!Im glad I made the decision to take my car to SpeeDee today. I got a good deal, I got everything done (smog) at one location, I had great service by a very nice technician who also took the time to vacuum my car for the extra touch!Its also not like me to take the time to write a review, but I think the numbers get skewed a bit if people with positive experiences dont speak up from time to time.

My wife had the water pump fail while I was out of town and she needed to get it fixed fast. Not only was the owner very accommodating to getting it in and out quick, his price for the labor was more than fair. I would guess going to SpeeDee was about half the cost of a dealership. I dont know how this place has racked up so many bad reviews, maybe a new owner now?

I went in to get a complementary oil change, they discovered my car hood latch was a messed up and tried to fix it on the spot without my permission. They made it worse, completely breaking the lock. Then they told me they cant change my oil till the next day, so I wait and bring it back. They where telling me that they cant change my oil until They fix my hood lock. But didnt want that fixed just a oil change, and originally they had told me the oil change was going to be free, which I have the original pink-slip, but when I brought my car back they they wanted to charge full price and the cost of the hood lock plus labor.I just wanted a simple oil change I didnt need to be complicated.

Took it in for a tune up at 72,000 miles. And they were honest with me telling me I really didn’t need one and to save my money.

After listening to the owner of SpeeDee (Mr. SpeeDee) disrespect an unsatisfied customer, I was a bit apprehensive to ask for my military discount upon paying for my oil change. So I did anyway, what a mistake. Mr. SpeeDee explained to me that only Active Duty are eligible for the discount because they are currently serving their country. So I tried to explain that I had served my country for 26 years and now I am retired. To make a long story short, its not the 10% off that is bothering me, its serving my country for 20 years and having Mr. SpeeDee explain to me his views about actively serving this great country and the retired military who are not!!!Mr. SpeeDee has a poor attitude towards his valuable customers. His views of active duty and retired military should be kept to himself. I will not support or use this oil change facility again.For all you RETIRED military: Please find another oil change place, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!MSgt,USAF, Retired

Horrible service and they quote one thing even if you tell them the make,model, and year of your car they then charge you an additional $30.00 more. Lose parts off your car and dont reset your computer. On top of that the people working there are rude and incompetent. I would never take any car there. Over priced and cheats. I am in the process of calling the corporate office. Thats how bad the service was. I didnt know you have a guy who just puts the plastic guard on under the car. Dont take your vehicle there you will regret it.

I went here just to get an oil change and stupidly fell for their suggested oil which was very expensive. When I went home and looked at my receipt, trying to figure out why a simple oil change costed me $70, I realized they charged me for a brand new oil filter even though my car is brand new and they never discussed this with me. If youre a woman who doesnt know a lot about cars like myself, dont go here, they are going to take advantage of you. Expensive lesson learned...

Crooks. Called for an Uber/Lyft inspection told to come down and spend $50. Went in and got the $71 oil change, then the inspection guy wasnt there. Told them Id cancel and come back, suddenly a Theo could do it! Got a call after the oil change told they didnt do the inspection because it would be an automatic fail. Went back and asked for the filled out inspection report and commented I would elsewhere for the inspection and if it passed I would expect my oil change money back. Theo tried explaining the kid that talked with me was new....but hed been there three years and what he was telling me was accurate. Told Theo I think the new kid did tell me the truth and the inspection guy wasnt in today or else you would have given me the inspection report.Called Credit Card company and contested charges as they didnt provide any paperwork or do an inspection. Every person leaving a poor review you NEED to contest charges with your Credit Card Company, its called a chargeback and even if you dont win they are tracked. So you get enough of these Theo people feed you a line and it eventually backs up on the company.Calling Corporate on Monday.

Went in for normal oil change, came out no oil in my car.I did not know until my check engine light came on. So i checked everything on my car couldnt find out what it was.then I checked my oil it was empty .I was lucky my engine did not blow .never going back and will tell my family and friends...

I came in 2 min before closing and was able to convince them to service our car. I wish i could remember his name, the desk man, possable the owner was a great conversatuonalist and we spoke at leingth while the guys worked on our car.The work was done quickly and after the vaccumed the carpet.
