I am extremely pleased and delighted by the service Victor provided today!! I ordered a monstera for my mothers birthday and she was very happy!! Victor was very kind and happy and willing to answer any and all questions I had. He went above and beyond to make this delivery happen. I am not from the area but wanted to send flowers to someone local. I ended up calling the Red Anthurium flower shop and it was a great decision. Just over the phone I felt Víctor did everything to accommodate my wants. He took the time to pick special flowers, colors and even put up with me attempting to write a funny family joke on the card! 11/10 recommend. The arrangement came even better than I’d imagined. Theres no store. Its in residential. Vm is full, no way to contact them. I sent a PM on their Facebook page but no answer. I guess theyre too busy. I went elsewhere.

I have never used a florist in this area before. I decided based on all the great reviews, I would give them a try. I believe this was probably the best floral purchase I have made ever! The communication was top notch. The flower quality and arrangement I was told - was first rate. The stuffed bear was a big hit as well.While Im sure there are other good stores in the area, I have no reason not to make THIS STORE, my main store for all future floral purchases in this area. Last Saturday, I ordered a pretty assortment of green and blossoming plants in a terracotta pot for same day delivery. Victor Ortiz took my call and promised to make it beautiful. I ordered same day delivery flowers for my best friend (on a particularly hard day of the year for her) at like 2am. I figured they would be delivered in the afternoon but she text me at 10am and had the flowers already! It was a lovely start to both of our days.

My Sister tried to have flowers delivered to me from the Red Arthurian. She told them my family was sick so No contact, leave flowers on porch and call us. They refuse to take her order or deliver flowers to our home. So sad 😞 . Ill never order from this company
