On 10/14 the store opened late because I arrived at 10:35 and the door was locked with a lady inside.Upon entering I was asking for earring backs and safety chains for bracelets. The lady reluctantly came over to help me more interested in some task she was trying to do on ther other side of the store.The lady indicated that they had no safety chains and that I could make my own and went back to the other side of the store.I keep looking through the hanging stock and found Silver safety chains . So I again asked the lady saying I know youre busy, ( Im the only customer in the store)but since you have these chains in silver you probably have them in gold too.CLEARLY THIS STORE IS NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING CUSTOMERS PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!SO I WON BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM AGAIN!!!

The lady that works in the store is very very Rude she Acts as if your not supposed to be in the store shopping there.. When I was shopping for beads she super made me feel rushed and uncomfortable by telling me the store closed at 5:00 pm and it was Like 3:48pm.. I Was So Furious I didn’t want to purchase the beads I had but I really needed them! I don’t think she should be treating people like that! It can come off as she’s discriminating.. I have a waist bead business and I love love love their beads, but I’m not sure if it’s worth it! This is like the 3 times she’s been super rude and I’m Done.. Everybody Should Be Treated With Kindness and Respect! 💕 Thank you one Love 💕

They offer a very wide variety of beads of all sorts, glass, wood, shell, of all colors, you name it. Tools too! I always find what Im looking for here. The ladies are very helpful. You will get lost looking through all of the amazing jewelry. They also have classes a few times a week.

I always enjoy going to the Bead Gallery because the staff is friendly and welcoming. There is almost always some ladies at thetable working on projects. Dont be afraid to ask questions bcuz they are eager to help you. Naomi and staff are great! Selection is good and pricing is competitive .

They also offer classes for $10 as long as you buy your materials from them.

I went to this Bead Gallery Store in Vacaville, to look for a certain glass bead that I needed. Unfortunately I was not able to find it, but there was a store associate naned Robina who was very kind and helped me find a pleasant alternative. I had the broken one with me and gave it to her so that maybe they could get some like it. Im happy with the alternative. If they ever find that style, I will be back to buy some. Overall, I Had a great experience. I love their selection. They have a lot to choose from.

Naomi was so helpful, they didnt have a bead I was looking for, but she suggested something else that made my project look even better. I had to go back several times for different items. One Sunday when I went in some ladies who regularly work on projects there were nice enough to help me!

Worst customer service. Selection of beads is ok, good selection of findings. Ill wait for the trade fairs to purchase my beads and shop here only for last minute needs.

Rude. Plain rude. Great selection but irritated by my business. Wasnt greeted for 10 minutes, got a dirty look when I asked a question with a quick no was super friendly with a friend who came in which only highlighted how intentionally rude she was being towards me. Sighed obnoxiously while ringing me up because she had to count all my beads- um sorry Im buying so much and then questioned everything like Im a thief. My inner beader took the high road and just bought my stuff, but I will not be back, I will not give her business, she has the personality of a rock and I will let my entire circle of bead friends know, lady you are rude!

Great selection, friendly help. Arent back for more but they were closed. Then I had to get back to Oregon. :-(

I am new to town and very happy theres a bead store like this in town. The lady working was very nice and helpful even tolerated my purposely annoying bfs 1000 questions. The only thing I thought was not so great is it was a little expensive to buy individuals and not a large selection. Seed beads were a great price though.
