Great selection, friendly staff and when you catch their sales you can get a good deal as well. They were especially helpful recently with a transaction and I appreciated it.

The selection is pretty selective, store is nice and clean and organized.But the workers are something else. One day theyll be helpful and cheerful but on another day if you ask them for help they seem to have an attitude or seem inconvenienced because you asked for assistance.

Came into store and was immediately greeted by SCOTT. HE was SUPER awesome and showed us everything we were looking for. We had gone to a funeral service today and wanted to toast our family- he was so helpful(especially when we went somewhere we werent supposed to_- He was kind. We invited him to come have drink- he was that SUPER AWESOME!! THANK YOU SCOTT

As soon as we walked in a guy asked if we needed help took us straight to what we were looking for. In and out within 5 minutes. Everyone was very nice and helpful

Today I went into bevmo with the intention of doing a return for the first time. I waited patiently with other customers for service while three workers were gossiping in the back. I had to walk to the back to ask for help at the register. In no rush at all, one lady was at least willing. After the customers before are finally helped, I am told I need to get help from the manager for my return (no big issues at this point). The manager tells me that she cant return my item because its illegal to issue a refund for hard liquor and that I would need to do an exchange. I go looking for something I might want to exchange my bottle for; however, I notice that the receipt does not say anything about hard liquor being an exception to the return policy. When I go back the manger tells me that I can speak to the store manager. The store manager Gabby tells me that its illegal for them to refund a purchase on hard alchohol, but that she doesnt have any written documents and I would have to Google it myself. After I Googled it myself I return to the register to show them what I found. The first manager that I spoke with was obviously irritated. She lets out a oh my god and steps aside as I speak with the store manager. I show the store manager that it is not illegal to return hard alchohol so, she goes and prints out the store return policy for me. The policy does not state that she cannot refund my purchase, it actually clarifies that she can. She contacts someone above her and they finally issue me a refund. Apparently, these managers arent just unprofessional. They arent even familiar with their own store policies and the legalities of selling alchohol! Embarrassing! If I ever decide to shop at a Bevmo again, it will not be at this location.

Nothing rivals their options! And the staff have been great every time. I didnt have a shop card so this last visit my husband and I signed up and it was super simple and the most modern way Ive seen it done. Was just a nice touch at the end. And we were able to save money

Good location with a large selection of wine and spirits. They didnt have everything I was looking for, but the staff were very attentive and helpful. They have a fairly good amount of cigars there too for those that are interested.

Every time I go to purchase a keg of beer here its like getting a tooth pulled. Hard to find someone to assist you, selection is limited compared to other Bevmos. My advice is to order ahead or go to other local wine & spirits store by Staples as they will beat any price, will order you any beer in any keg from anywhere, and are not rude.

They didnt have prices on a number of items I was interested in, but they have an excellent selection of drinks of all kinds and lots of mixers as well. The food is marked way up, but then again, it is called BevMo. Very neat store and prompt customer service as well. They had a new ale from 21st Amendment Brewery that a lot of other places didnt have yet so I was impressed with that as well.
