Stopped by the shop to get some advice on what I could do to improve the stock system in my 2021 Super Duty and theses guys delivered! Vince gave me his suggestions, took the time to explain the details, & never tried to sell me components I didnt really need for what I was trying to accomplish! A huge Thank You to Vince & his team, now Im hearing parts of the music that I didnt know were even there! AMAZING!!!

They are knowledgeable from autos to rvs, Im going to go back and see if they can do my motorcycle without losing my handle bar buttons for volume and stations...

These guys are knowledgeable and friendly! I took my used Toyota Tundra here right after I bought it and thank God I did. The audio set up was all messed up from the previous owners and sounded awful. These guys fixed me up quick and did it right. They are pricey, but I dont know many cheap experts.

I drove over an hour to get my car calibrated and when i get there he tells me its updating. I come back an hour later he tells me his computer is updating. I thought he meant my handset. Wow just waste a whole hour of my time these guys are not professionals. Now i have to go somewhere else to get my car calibrated. I had an appointment at 11 left at 12 with no work done and 3 hours of lost time for an appointment i planned. These are not professionals

I found Audio Xperts through google and their high rating. I called because I wanted to get a new Head Unit for my truck. Vinny was incredibly patient with me. He answered all of my questions, addressed any concerns and, the best part, was that he was not pushy or aggressive at all to make a sale. He encouraged me to come in and take a look at some of the head units to see what would be right for me before considering making any purchase. He really took the time to make sure I was well informed before making any purchases. I eventually got my Head unit installed with Audio Xperts. The quality of the work was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone. They are great people and do great work.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. We had them add a stereo and a back up camera to our vehicle. We were very pleased with their professionalism, availability to install it that day and great attitude. Would highly recommend to family and friends. They also Solder connections so you get great quality and less likely hood for failure. They are award winning in the audio industry.

Called a week before to setup a appointment to have my windows tinted and showed up at 10 am Saturday August 25th 2012 and there was a sign posted that they were closed until Tuesday. I understand if there was a family emergency or something of that nature but to not call and let me know is just poor service. My money will be going elsewhere.
