This is long overdue…we went to the store on 04/11/21 at 05:30pm. We had many questions regarding my account and a very nice, helpful, knowledgeable and caring girl name “Tristen” took care of us, it was the end of her shift and I’m sure she was tired and ready to go home, but she was so accommodating and patient -never lost her smile- she went above and beyond and took the time to explain things…I can’t thank her enough! Thank you so much Tristen for such a WONDERFUL experience!

Store team was great. I lost my wallet one of them had picked it up and put it behind the counter for me. Cashier was friendly. Fitting rooms were clean and open.

Nice store. Little disappointed in the quality of the Love by gap t-shirt pajama pack. Pants are not a good cotton blend. Feel rough not soft at all, almost like paper not cloth. Maybe because they are Made in China? Very disappointing for GAP!

Factory outlet. 50% off on high quality merchandise. Picked up a few including my favourite white shirt

Nice store. The staff is friendly. The only downside is finding a certain size. Not all sizes in all items. Lots of XS, S For ladies in tops. Jeans and athletic better selection. Mens and kids variey of sizes of basic items and Accessories.

I had a bad experience at gap the other day when I bought a couple things When I went up to pay the employee at the register I payed what I got but then realized he put the wrong amount that I gave him and I told him that I gave him they money but he put a different amount so they had to call someone in to count the money to make sure that I was telling the truth and after they found out that I payed the right amount the employee didn’t even say anything when I had to waste my time for them to give the right amount of change that I was supposed to get back
