The place was cool they didnt have a lot of selections for me but its definitely good for people who got kids or small feet .. I wasnt feeling the store

I don’t know why I even try this place, literally could pick out any shoe on the wall and “I’m sorry we don’t have that one” is all that ever happens. More like shoe dungeon.

6/11/20 employees in the shoe palace Vacaville outlet. Disappointed with the behavior of the employees.. we’re on the line outside(3 people) then 3 customers came out so we came in, and then theres no employees on the door guarding... then when we enter they told us to go out... a lot of employees are inside only chatting with each other and don’t pay attention with the line outside... irresponsible and disrespectful employees...fu

1st time going into shoe palace in the outlets very bad customer service four employees standing around did not greet when entering or asked if we needed help. Talked to the manager he was not apologetic towards the situation of his employees standing around not doing what there supposed to

The employees are Great there willing to help ! But I think its the Manager who is on the computer the whole time you ask him for assistance and he just yells out for someone and goes back to the computer no eye contact at all so not helpful he seems to use intimidation to control his employees so SAD!

I got 2 left shoes one is a 6.5 and the other is a 4.5. I watched the check both shoes in the box assuming they were correct. The one time I didnt check for myself was the one time I received 2 left shoes.

Ratchet white girl working there did everything short of accuse me of stealing. I had stuffed bags from nike addidas and gap and didnt find any of their rip offs worth buying so i left since the other stores in the mall have same shoes for pretty much half of what their asking . If you dont like your job find a new one and when someone comes in with a few bags worth more than your wages you should always stay proffesional no matter how it makes you feel. ill never walk into another SP just cause that one employee that wants to treat a potential customer as one her friends.

The selection for kid shoes was slim. Looking for a size 3y. Not much to choose from, walked out.
