Ive been shopping here for years and have always received good customer service until the other day...Employees standing around gossiping and not offering any help to the many people that were in the store. The sad part is Im sure one of them was a manager. As someone who worked in retail standing around talking about your personal life is not something you do when you have customers in the store. Its a shame people like this even have a job.

Great place for work clothes but a bit exspensive for my taste

Waited on by two different salespersons. Both were very helpful. Tried on about six different pairs of boots until I found a pair I liked. Bought shirts, belt and socks too.Nice store.

They dont have a place like this in Hawaii. I was so happy to be able to compare work clothes like socks and pants in real time.

Great selection and we were able to find what we needed. Our only downside to our experience was Dawn(?), an employee. She was not pleasant at all, in fact, came off very rude. My husband did not want to mess up the neatly folded clothes that was too far up and asked for her help which she seemed bothered to do so; although I bet she would be even more bothered if he disturbed the clothes without asking! The constant staring and passive aggressive comments/tone was unnecessary. If you are so bothered by customers, why are you working here? The items are meant to be looked at, tried on, etc. in order to be purchased, especially since they are big$$purchases, so what’s the issue?Another employee helped us towards the end, I was unable to see her name because she was also busy assisting other customers. She had colored hair. She was very helpful, friendly and pleasant!

The saleslady working today 10/05/19 @6pm was so displeased and reacted oh my goodness that some of the scrubs (about 5 pcs) i pulled from the shelf were kinda messed up as i was searching for the right size. Really, why would you be displeased when a customer is in the process of choosing the right item? And btw, being the only customer during that time wont hurt you with your workload. Excellent products, awful customer service experience. Never in that branch again.

Staff was helpful getting boots. Boot selection is decent but dont come here for cowboy boots. Limited FR clothing.
