Super frustrating, no one will help you with re filling a prescription, I’ve gone to pick up my prescription after getting messages that it’s ready 4 times and still don’t have my medication over 2 weeks after my doctor prescribed it. Now, they’re saying it’s out of stock and I have to wait another 5 days. Un believable.

The pharmacy is the worse. Ive been on hold for 30 mins and still wondering whats going on with my Rx because Ive been waiting for 2 days. Their automated system for Rx refills are inaccurate and they literally dont work on Rx until you call and tell them youve been waiting. They either need more help in there or a better system for processing Rx because what theyre currently doing is not working. Staff is usually nice and apologetic but their system of processing is obviously broken.

Let me just say I love their program where you can get all these cool deals online like seriously I just woke up this morning and looked at my email I got a 40% off coupon 30% off coupon I got a free toy coupon I got a extra bucks reward if you shop there you get so much more like I used to not shop here because its expensive but if you really take advantage of their reward program you really get a lot back you get all your money back pretty much like I am so loving this I didnt do it before but my friend Jessica said i should start using the extra bucks Rewards program because I had asked her if she could buy me baby wipes because I was broke it was the end of the month and she was like sure she went in and she came out with like three packs of baby wipes and shes like oh you dont owe me anything I didnt pay for it and I was like what you stole it? shes like no! I use my extra bucks rewards I was like what!??? at first i was like CVS is too expensive and then I went in there and I spent some money and I was getting all these cool deals thrown at me and Im like wow this is amazing it makes me want to shop there. Also you can go paperless with your receipts and get them sent to your email! Its hard for me to save receipts especially when I have three kids all under the age of 3. For someone like me with three kids and on a budget CVS is definitely the way to go I am a hundred percent happy with this extra Care Program and it makes me want to write a review and let everybody know hey use it it works!!! Im going to go shopping now!!!

Had a COVID test scheduled by appt and waited in line for a ridiculously long time. The test takes 1 min. Seemed very mismanaged and slow.

Long line for the drive thru takes for ever, they only have one person working the window,the communication between North Bay Hospital and the other CVS Pharmacy on Elmira Rd is horrible, Ive been back for my mother who is disabled about 7 different times and make about three phone calls and one doctors appointment to clear things up with my mothers medication mind you shes dealing with with this situation for about two months now until she nearly ran out of medication which shes diabetic also and all she did was move back to Vacaville from Oroville and transfer her medication from CVS in Oroville to CVS in Vacaville but we now have her squared away hopefully and my mother is fine by the way thank you God Bless.

If you shop wisely and use your coupons and extra bucks CVS is a great place to shop for savings. But thats not the only reason its my favorite store... its because Its always clean and neat and its easy to find what I need plus I never have to wait for service or checkout and they are always genuinely friendly. They make me feel like family.

Prescription called in by my dentist at 3pm arrived at 5pm to pharmacy and they made me wait another 65 minutes after getting my wisdom teeth yanked just to have to drive another hour home.It is now 6:05pm and am finally leaving. I arrived here at 5pm.Piss poor management and organization. They plainly forgot but played the it takes a long time to get it ready they were pain killers.... Next time be honest and dont lie to customers to cover your mistakes or forgetfulness

Awful Pharmacy! This store has the worst Pharmacy customer service. The live feed says its not too busy but I waited on hold for 36 minutes. This has happen before as well. I keep kicking myself for not switching but enough is enough. You have lost my business.

I started coming here 3 months ago for my prescriptions. The employees at the store are very nice and everyone at the pharmacy are just wonderful! I love the drive through it is so convenient.

Have serious health issues spinal cord degeneration along with other health issues that are degenerative why we recently moved here in Vaca CA a few months ago. Was not happy with Way she spoke about my meds. Second time here and when go back tomorrow to pick up if same pharmacist speaks making me feel badly will not only report and call the BBB will leave and cause her a world of problems!!

This CVS pharmacy is the most poorly managed pharmacy in Solano County. They have more people assigned than the old store yet they are far less efficient. They advertise a drive up window yet it is never open lately because they dont have enough staff. With prescriptions half way to the ceiling, you would think they are making enough money to hire someone to man the window. I had a prescription placed at 10AM Fri went in to pick it up at 4PM Fri and it wasnt ready, I told them I would be back. My wife went in Sat PM and it still wasnt ready. She waited 20 min and picked it up. At 2Pm I get a call that it is ready for pickup. This is great customer service. Someone needs some mgt training.

I agree with the comment that the policy changes based upon convenience. I have had a raging sinus infection all week. My doctor has tried a few meds. Every time my doctor sends over it’s a hurry up and wait. I made four calls this week to get status of my medication. First call placed on hold 25 minutes then hung up on, second 20 minutes disconnected, third fourty five minutes, today fourty eight minutes disconnected. Went to the store waited in line 25 minutes waited another 25 for my medication. This place is a total dump. I have come here for nine years. After this latest sinus infection I will never be back. Pharmacist had the nerve to complain back to me about how he got no break today. Staff up CVS.

Sutter health sent a prescription electronically over to this CVS since its right down the street from them. Ive never used this location, let alone CVS. Apparently, Melory the pharmacist couldnt tell what day it was. Because she told me my medication has to be special order and wouldnt be available until 3 PM the following day.Its saturday (the next day), I just called to confirm my medication. Its not there. WHY? Tu the second pharmacist told me that they dont get deliveries on weekends, and that I will get it monday. TU even called melory, but Melory told her that she told me i would get it monday. Its a lie, she told me the next day. She didnt specify that the next day meant 3 days later.Ive already email corporate, but wanted to put the warning out. I didnt check the reviews of this location before having Sutter sent the prescription. I should have known better. Im just glad tricare will be dropping them come December.

Came in to get my Covid vaccine (Pfizer) Kim was fast and she made me feel comfortable. I didn’t even notice she did it. She is AMAZING!!! I’d recommend anyone to come see her and get vaccinated. It’s my first dose and I feel great!
