We went to two other thift stores before we found nice wooden chairs for the kitchen and they only cost 6 bucks each!Opportunity House had nice chairs but they only came in a set and we didnt need the table, just chairs. I always find a good buy at Savers

Im disappointed in Savers. I loved coming in and finding unique everything at great bargain prices. Not so much anymore. Few things here and there are still ok.Also, be aware they have taken away the dressing rooms. So good luck with wanting to try on anything. They just told my husband and I that corporate did away with them. That we were welcomed to buy all the clothes, try them on at home and return what doesnt fit in 14 days.Update: we tried to return the items that did not fit as 3 employees told us. To our surprise the manager explained that it was for exchange only, no refund, store credit, or gift card for a later exchange.

Savers is usually pretty clean and organized for a chain thrift store. I always find something either practical or just plain odd and novelty. They give coupons and rewards too.

As an avid thrifter (and a cheapskate I admit), I wanted to share the ways Ive found to get around their high prices here:1.) Donate something to their donation place and get a 20% off coupon2.) Seniors discount on Tuesdays and military discount on Wednesday3.) Every week a different color tag is 50% off and Ive noticed that theychange every Wednesday so you only have a chance to get them if you do earlier after Wednesday4.) If you sign up for their membership thing they give you 20% off for every $100 and I started getting some emails for salesAlthough this place IS pricier than the other thrift stores Ive visited, its much more organized (Goodwill has all their clothes unsorted and in bins) and I always just use a discount one way or another to bring down their prices.

Very great second hand store to go to and very cheap prices will definitely be sending my relatives and friends there

Some really cool finds here in the toy department for infants up to teenagers from my point of view. The staff is always helpful and friendly, but the prices are just a little over the top and not in the bargain range is my opinion.

This is an out standing store!! The have just about anything and everything there. Its pretty organized, the prices are reasonable, and the staff are friendly. Not to mention its pretty cool in there, I know this because I service there air conditioning. Definitely recamend the place!

If you want to treasure hunt and browse at lots of different things including jewelry, knick knacks and tons of used clothing, this is the place for you. They also have electronics and their small items are bagged up. And it smells good.

A little bit of everything for everybody. I would have given 5 stars ... But... Prices are climbing to what new items cost...

They are expensive. The prices for many of their kitchenware is right at, or sometimes slightly above retail. Same for their clothes, even when they hold a tag sale at half off, still expensive. I have been driving all the way to Sacramento to go to Eco Thrift; where good t-shirts were a dollar or less if the tag color is discounted enough. Coffee mugs less than a dollar at Eco Thrift while Savers was asking 3 bucks for a used coffee mug. Casserole dishes at savers are more than ten bucks...that is what they cost brand new. Even with a coupon this is easily the MOST EXPENSIVE thrift store I know of. I am giving them two stars because SOMETIMES they are nice...sometimes not so much. So, maybe the two stars are for the consistently clean bathroom and clean store; but those are not the real reason I go to a thrift store. An even nicer clean bathroom is in the same parking lot at Nugget, so yeah.

I used to enjoy going to savers there Prices were cheaper and now there Prices gone up to where they are ten percent cheaper than the new reason Im a little negative about them I went in today to pair of pants identical to each other no price tag on them one was $34 and the other was $27 I asked why the difference in price her answer because

My husband and I love going to thrift stores & Savers has been one pf our favorites, but we have noticed that their prices have gotten ridiculously high. It’s very disappointing, I think they’ve forgotten that they are a thrift store. They have a great selection of items, but most of it is way overpriced

Love this store but the only thing is its a little over priced on there items. Almost feels like they r competing with on line shopping. For being a second hand store....

We are avid thrifters and savers is a weekly stop on our adventure. However weve noticed that donated items are priced at a ridiculous rate as of the last couple months. Unsure why prices are even at times higher than retail for donated thrifted items. I hate to say that we have skipped savers more often than not due to disappointing price points.

This place is huge! Great selection of all types of secondhand stuff and reasonably priced for the most part. Customer service is decent, store is clean and well-organized, and parking is usually abundant even on busy weekends.

A decent selection of items, and I like that its close to my home so I was able to donate my junk to them when I needed to. I also got a few cassettes, old books, and clothes there. I dont understand why they are closed during quarantine though, while Goodwill is open. Wont they go out of business?

I would like to give a big compliment to the African American lady that was working in the evening on Sunday 2/16. Not the store supervisor, the other very nice lady that took the time to register me for a savers card and saved 50% on top of my already reasonably priced items. What a wonderful customer service rep. On top of that I think she was on her break when she stepped into to open a register and help me. This lady deserves recognition for her excellence. I will be shopping there more.

You can almost always find a treasure at savers. Love the way the apparel is organized making it easy to look for clothing in the right size. Found some great tablecloths and dishes too.

This store is awesome for electronics. They have a great selection of clothing and shoes but they do charge more for name brand items which I dont really agree with at least not as much as they do. They never have any good tools or household items like upgradable stuff youd find at home Depot or Lowes but they do have some good furniture and other useful things around the house. I enjoy going there.

Once you start browsing through this store and realize how much awesome stuff they have...your life is changed forever. Went in during one of the 50% off sales and bought basically a entire workplace wardrobe for $80. Lots of brand name clothes in good condition and at GREAT prices. When a blouse is $3, you kinda have to buy it, right? My new favorite way to expand my wardrobe without dropping a lot of money. Also a great spot to score some old school Chucks for $15. Sign up for the club card to get the sales!

Love it. Especially memorial day sale 50% off all clothes . Took the whole family to get clothes after 3 hrs we finally got everything we needed came out to $500 but with 50%off sale ended up at $250. Really helps out for a large family on a budget. Went back to next day and did the same. Clothes for all yr

I visited here recently for the first time and they have a large selection of items. There’s many great things here and there but I do agree that many items are way too overpriced. I really loved that the store was clean as many large thrifts tend to be messy. Interesting overall, good place to check out once in a while.

Prices seemed fairly high, most items I picked up interested in I set back down as soon as I saw the price tag. I did still manage to find a handful of items though. Store was very large and looked as if it used to be a Ross and they just left all the fixtures in place and stuck preowned goods on them. Each section is fairly extensive, so I would say anyone going in can find something they like.

I like this store so much. It is well organized and you can find what you are looking for without going on a sifting hunt. You dont have to rummage through clothes to find your size they are clearly marked.. I pray Gods continued Blessings on you

I totally enjoy browsing the rows and rows of treasures. I loose track if time and my cart is almost always full of goodies in great condition. They dont put out damaged or broken items. Never disappointed here.

Usually walk away with great clothes. They have a lot of modern tops and great selection of sizes. Lots of fun wandering through.

Over priced on many items, such as used small candles. $2.99 and $3.99. Come on... we shop to benefit others while we find useful items. Reconsider pricing is my suggestion. But in fairness, the store was orderly and clean.

Clean, organized thrift shop with a classic Halloween store they have plenty of bargains . I find great deals that Seniors, veterans and military can really benefit from during holidays. Books and furniture they have great deals on everyday.

It was a nice place to shop for used clothes, dishes, kids clothes and various types of things. While you Shop there the Air Conditioning feels Great, just as Good as the Prices.

Their prices are a little outrageous especially for a thrift shop considering that most of their stuff is donated. I mean if youre going to put a price tag for $6 when the item youre selling has a label on it that says that it is only $2 I think that is completely unfair and just completely and smart on their part.

Really nice thrift store! I have been to another one in San Jose and I think they are super similar. Everything is well organized and the store is clean and big, it does not feel dark and tight.I was having a really good time and I went with my 2 friends. I checked out first and the cashier was nice, she scanned my stuff and charged me: normal.When my other friend scanned she offered her a rewards card so she could get rewards. Not sure why she didnt tell me.Point- if they dont tell you about the rewards program just know that they have a rewards program!

You can find some really good deals if youre willing to dig a little. Also every holiday is half off everything in the store.

The prices are pretty good however the lady at the register didnt ask for my 20% off paperwork and by the time I remembered, she said it was too late!

Used to be a great place to shop. However, their process are beyond ridiculous now. I know they have employees to pay etc but 8.99 for used boys jeans?! I can spend a couple more dollars and buy new ones at Walmart. I used to shop regularly but now I only browse every once in awhile when Im bored, I rarely buy anything anymore.

Clean, friendly and always packed with great thing, Savers is great when it comes to a great finding but...... There prices are absolutely bonkers!! I am a dollar store junkie! I shop cheap then work my way up the price tag and good bargains. So excited and anticipating its opening, I just knew that Savers was going to be my next other home. Unfortunately it hasnt even been a take a glance type of THRIFT STORE. Great idea for the Savers brand hangers, tags and stickers! It made me feel less cheap, tacky, and thrifty looking... but the October after they opened I was making my daughters Halloween costume and I needed some last minute things. I thought to myself, well I have a reason to check it out...and I was so shocked, blown back and comically amazed at how expensive everything was. I ended up going to Wal Mart and spending less. I know that all proceeds or some go to epilepsy foundations and that is awesome but when I find things sold at the dollar store priced for $3.99 is just not acceptable. Maybe you should ask the customers if they would like to donate..that way people will know what good they are doing and if they dont their conscience will weigh heavy lol jk.... but in all seriousness I still go by there from time to time but hardly do I buy if its not worth it.

Prices are way to high for a thrift store. And when they make a mistake and tag an item twice / if you ask them they automatically say the higher price is correct. You can very often go to road or Walmart and buy new for what they have a lot of childrens clothing priced. Place is clean though

ITEMS are usually decent but at times over priced for a 2nd/3rd hand store where items were donated free... I do like sometimes catching certain departments on 50% sale..

I love this store. I normally find name brand handbags and shoes as well as clothing for work and recreation. I have visited the Savers in Milpitas and San Jose however the Savers in Vacaville is by far the best.
