I had a wonderful experience in there today. All of the ladies were phenomenal. I was pretty indecisive about what I wanted but they were very patient and were quickly able to help me pinpoint exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with my purchase.

Visiting for my first time a little over a year ago I purchased my Fiancee her wedding ring here because Fred Meyers Jewelry closed in the mall and I found my new home to buy my Fiancee jewelry since the man that helped me at the time was originally from Fred Meyers so it made sense but since then every cleaning they given the ring has been a great experience.

The staff at Vacaville Outlet are extremely helpful. They will take the time to help you find what you are looking for. They are professional and knowledgeable. Give them a try the next time you want something special.

Terrible customer service. had to wait days for a refund and I understand that they barely get any money, because no one even shops here anymore, but still. Blonde old lady was very rude and accused me of cussing her out which never happened. They overprice you for bad quality jewelry and are shocked when you want to return it. You are better off buying jewelry on etsy or online. Pathetic
