This is a good company, today was a bit odd though. Work was fast this morning, they were missing a part that they needed and were supposed to come back later this week. To our surprise it came in after they left, but they were able to come back the same day to finish the job - definitely a plus there. The odd part was that they forgot that I was home even though I greeted them at the door. They shut off power without any warning. I of course was baking food, so it was a bit shocking 1/2 hour + of food sitting in the oven with no electricity. The technician was nice and finished the job. I would still recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician.

Needed a Level 2 charger for my Pacific PHEV so I bought the box and they wired my garage and installed it. Joel Javier was incredibly friendly, efficient and install was perfect. Also shout out to the scheduler, I think Samantha. Would not hesitate having these guys do recess lights or any electrical work at my house.

Office staff was great at coordinating appointment, arranging parts, and making last minute adjustments to the project. Service was faster than expected, permits handled promptly.

Electrician Patrick Trujillo diagnosed our problem (burned wire connection on a wall outlet), installed a new child-proof outlet) and fixed our problem. It took him just a few minutes. He was courteous, quick and professional. Will definitely use Vine Electric for any further electrical problems or projects.

Very professional on time very courteous

Initial estimate was clear and detailed and communication with the office has been timely and hassle free. On-site installation crew was on-time, professional, cleaned up after, and closed the garage door before leaving. The only negative I have is the crew left after completion without notice. So we didnt have a chance to review the work with them on-site or ask about the next steps for the city permit which is in the applied status.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience with a contractor. They were organized, punctual, competitively priced and very friendly. I got bids from 5 different groups and saw the good, bad and ugly. Vine was the most professional and also competitively priced. I recommend them highly.

I had electrician Ryan Cook put in a outdoor light on my patio on 11/26. It took him around 10 minutes or less. When he finished the installation, he told me it needed to be caulked around the base to seal it. He checked for several caulking tubes on his truck but told me they were all dried up. I checked two old tubes of mine & they were dried up as well. I asked him if he could go get some & he said no. It would have been appropriate to offer to swing back by at the end of the day or next day to finish sealing the base. After he left, I went to Ace & picked up a tube for 9.74 (with tax) & sealed it myself. With the sealant cost, the job cost me $184.74. It would have been better customer service in my view to come back & seal it. Thank you.

We needed help finding a loose wire that ended up being in an unused outlet, and the Vine electric guys were great :)They cleaned up all the switches and tightened some other loose fixtures while they were here.
