Stocked with cold soda, cold coffee beverage(single 1 litre servings)flavored water, teas,You dont have to walk the store to find a quick in and out item like a cold beverage.(1 litre single serving). Try it at safeway. Most grocery stores dont chill 1 liters... And for that reason alone... I thank you...

I went by Lucky Store in Vacaville to get some miscellaneous things. I like the store a lot but we dont have it in Sacramento. Its a full grocery store.No photos taken.

I go in for one thing and come out with ten items. The managers specials are so good. --items that sell for $5 or $6 can be marked down to $1.20--so I end up purchasing those needed items, too. The employees/managers are all so kind and work hard. I appreciate their dedication to customer service.

Not the cleanest store. But a fairly large one compared to other in the area and as a result theres alot more variety. Prices are usually comparable. The meat sales are definitely something to check out if you have a freezer to stock.

Personally, I have shopped at Luckys for more than 20 years. When the Pandemic hit, Luckys benefitted. I havent seen this place so busy....so, good for them!!I still go there, as always, but am happy to see it doing so well...

I stop by LUCKY Grocery store whem Im in the area. Because theres No LUCKY Store in my Town, at onetime there was. But they Closed it down

I have not been to a Luckys in years...but recently moved back in the Bay Area...their selection and cleanliness was very impressive...along with the deals I found :-)

Answer your PHONE! smhI was calling to locate an item before driving there to purchase it. However, after waiting through the menu and the million times the phone rang, and then it cycled through the whole thing again…nobody EVER answered. We’ll be going elsewhere to get the item.

Friday is my goodness a great time to go shop they have the best sales on this day, I bet you fine a few good deals, for real, and the staff is always so helpful and treat you so nice.

Product availability was good. Needed more human cashier, too much self checkout. Whats the deal with no cash or exact total. Older customers are not considered. Not all customers use cards or have them!!!!

Tends to be very pricey. Cashier always pleasant. The people who work in the bakery, meat dept. or who are on the floor....not very friendly or helpful.

Yesterday I went to the store to grab a few things, I hear an older gentleman on a scooter asked someone stocking a visual soda can tower by the entrance for help and dude says thats not my section/deptThe older gentlemen was super sad, he backs his electronic scooter then heads to another worker for help and she happily directs him to the area dude was stocking cans again, and she left.Dude looked so sad....he already knew where to go but because he was elderly there was a lot of bias. And employees didnt listen to his request, just pushing him off to the side.The employee he asked first was a younger kid super annoyed this older gentleman asked him this. The second was a female about 30/40s and seemed helpful but didnt follow up. I left feeling really bad...maybe I should of helped...why did I just walk away.

Generally it has the things I need, but often times they dont have something on my list in stock. It sucks that they lowered the limit for cashiers check, so now I have to go elsewhere for that.

Poor every visit & long long waits at their pharmacyI have yet to experience pleasant behavior from their pharmacist unknown as to the why we have to wait near an hour when no one is there... when I contacted their assistant manager this morning to discuss he never called me back and my attempt to get attention to this poor customer service have gone no where.

Never enough cashiers

My most recent visit gets 0 stars, but the one before that gets 5 stars (for very helpful & friendly service). That is why Im giving a 3 star rating. Today I walked into the store and the air reeked strongly of rancid fryer oil that needs to be changed. The smell was so bad that I had to leave the store. It cant be healthy for staff to have to breathe that all day. Management should fix this - I have noticed this smell in the store before, but not as strongly as today.

Personal experiences have been Fabulous. No complaints!

Fresh looking produce good prices for meat

Its like a budget Save Mart. During COVID-19 there is no control over masks or lanes. I never feel good going. Other than the pandemic, its an ok/fine grocery store.

I love Luckys! They have great prices, quality foods, including organic. The only thing that I didnt find was cut up turkey parts. Separated breast, thighs, wings. I was surprised. Ive gotten them before. Ended up getting a whole turkey. Now I get to cut it up. No biggie, I still think theyre a great market!

Lucky is always a great place to grab groceries or just a few quick items. There are four convenient self check out lanes for quick shopping. As well as a red box inside for movie buffs. Prices are mostly reasonable here. There are always sales and manager mark downs as well. Most staff is friendly here. The seafood department always has fresh meat and seafood. The butchers are great with customer service. There is a bakery with plenty of baked goods to choose from and a deli with plenty of prepared dishes, including baked and fried chicken. Alcohol selection is good here. Many cold selections as well as wines and hard alcohol.

I use the pharmacy primarily. The pharmacy has two excellent pharmacists. Very helpful, kind well informed. . The store is nice feels and looks like an older store. Not very busy . More management doing things then staff.

Decent store. Last time I went they had employees without masks on as well as customers so I avoid it now.

Always a good place to shop and not very crowded for the most part. The cashiers are all very friendly and helpful. They have a nice selection of clearance items and great organic produce.

Great everything shop. Small selection of toys for younger audiences. Great meat selection, and an abundance of produce selections. Plenty of drink options and lunch meat, everything you need for a picnic is right here. You can even purchase dessert here.

I go to Lucky because it is small, friendly, sensibly arranged and easy. They often have 5 meats for $5 ea. A real neighborhood store. Reasonably priced, close parking, 2 entry/exits. 3s a crowd + self checkout.

Lucky Store we have 2 in Vacaville. I dont shop very often. Lucky keeps their prices above what other stores charge. If they would be more competitive, more people could afford to shop there.

Prices are fair, usually only one or two registers open, the staff (who you can talk to) are usually nice, not a whole lot of selection as far as food allergies are concerned. ( Not a lot of gluten free dairy free choices). Overall 3.5 stars

Luckys in our town are slightly overlooked because the competition from WinCo, Wal-Mart and Safeway...I live close by a Luckys and their store is always clean, nice looking with full service deli, bakery and pharmacy, self check area. They also sell seasonal items, available as you walk in the doors. I like Luckys, its a good grocery store with the old fashioned style customer service. Meanwhile dont forget about Luckys, its a great corporation.

I have been shopping at the Luckys on Peabody Rd for 20 years. I always feel at home when I shop and have always got excellent service. People are great there!

Everything we needed was in stock, and easy to find. Cashiers were courteous and speedy.

All their electric carts broken or missing and they are not going to to be repaired soon. I cannot shop there without an electric cart. I was offered a cart I could push but then I would only be able to shop for only a couple of minutes before my knees would prevent me from doing anymore walking. So ifyou are handicapped its not good place to go.

I love the produce here. My husband finds it easy to pick out good produce but we find the apples are not consistent. Since we eat a lot of apples this is why we took away one star and the employees are not always cheery.Most of the time the clerks are helpful. The meat mark has a large selection and there is always a sale going on. Just make sure you have your Luckys savings card to get in on the deals. Its free and you can attach your number to it.

The manager is the best. The employees and the customers love him. He called 911 and saved my friends life

This is my favorite grocery store. Even though Wal-Mart has lower prices, Luckys has better meat, produce, and is cleaner. The staff is always friendly and I rarely have to wait in line.

Should work on customer service.. during check out time... checkers always having personal conversations during check out time. Make you feel your interrupting there conversations very unprofessional. Been going to this store for 17 yrs and not been enjoying going to the store the pass 3 years. Use to go to this store at least 3 times a week. I can say now maybe twice a month. Due to the service at check out time.

Confirm your online orders by phone at least a day in advance!!! Made an order online for my sons birthday cake and a veggie tray for the party (a week in advance). I received a confirming email maybe a day after I made my order-so everything seemed in order.The day of, I go to pick up the cake and tray- no one knew of my order!!!!! My heart dropped- The woman at the bakery called her manager or assistant manager and whoever was on the phone began arguing with the employee whos fault it was in front of me! I showed her my confirming email and the baker told me I need to go talk to the deli about the tray. The women in the deli were so nice as soon as I told them what was going on they ran around gathering everything they needed to make the tray I had ordered. Luckily I made the pick up time for the cake/tray an hr before the party started. They took $5 off both the cake and tray but it didnt make up for the lack of professionalism I witnessed. The tray wasnt pretty but I dont blame anyone for that. I was so upset I left and told them Id come back to pick up the cake/tray. When I came back the assistant manager (I assume) apologized. I felt she shouldve been down a lot sooner.Advice: your customer could careless whos fault it is or what went wrong, you make it priority to walk over apologize and manage your employees to fix the problem! Figure out what went wrong behind the scenes/have a meeting/hire a tech person to fix glitches in the computer system.

Generally, they have wide selection and are never overcrowded. The only thing I wish they had was a raw nuts and seeds dispenser similar to Raleys. Otherwise, I choose Lucky first because they carry all the things Raleys does not.
