I was browsing sweetwater and saw this squier, but the only option was preorder. I figured it wasnt really an immediate necessity and thought why not. Guy from sweetwater called me asking if realized that the guitar wasnt actually in stock. He was so condescending, I felt like I was working for him, and since it was my money, I decided I didnt want to give it to him. I told him cancel the order which made me want the guitar even more.I searched the fender website and it said tweed hut had it in stock. I called them, at first they didnt see it, but they took my information and called me back less than ten minutes later with the good news. I ordered it saturday, they shipped it monday, i got it tuesday, and Im ecstatic. I dont know if they set her up, but she plays like a dream right out of the box. Thanks guys!!

They even purchase items from customers. This resale inventory helps to keep options open for customers on a tight budget.

I recently ordered the Charvel Pro-Mod So-Cal Style 2 HT from these guys via Reverb, and Jeff was helpful, super quick to ship it out, and even set it up with the string gauge and brand I prefer. Its a tough guitar to get your hands on right now because Fenders Mexico factory is at half capacity, and if I tried to get it through a local store here in Texas, I would have been looking at waiting until December to get my hands on it. Thanks again guys!

I love this place. I have had them setup multiple guitars and basses that always come back perfect. Great selection of guitar related accessories. The staff know what that are talking about and are very friendly. They carry a very good selection of guitar amps and electric guitars along with a bunch of bass stuff too. This is easily my favorite music store, you wont be disappointed.

I just walked in to look and got a great deal on two used pedals, but the collection of new is impressive and Ill be back for more. Prices are great, stock is great, but the real value is in the folks behind the counter. Super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and not too salesperson if you know what i mean. They just want to help you find what you want or need and will do a great job at it. Highly recommend!

A friend told me about tweed hut and said I should stop by to check it out so I did. They are so welcoming there. Prices were beyond reasonable. Customer service was on point. They even have layaway. Highly recommend going to tweed hut.

I recently traded in a guitar here. They were great. I absolutely love my new guitar. One of their salespeople (Michael) was very helpful in working out a deal with and getting me the perfect guitar. I highly recommend them. If you live anywhere near them and are looking for an instrument, dont shop on the internet (though you can buy from them online) but go to the store where you can try out the instrument and buy it for the same price as online. If they dont carry the specific guitar you want, they can most likely get it for you.

I was impressed when I saw this place, right away I noticed the way they keep the store so clean and organized. They also have a great selection, and are very knowledgeable and friendly. moved here from the Bay area and I would say Tweed is as good if not better than most shops in the bay.

Friendly folks But poor job on my guitar.1) I took my new guitar for setup and it has the transparent pickguard, it was all dirty inside the pickguard so i had to buy the tool to open the pickguard and clean myself also few screws were popping out. (And also they took off the protective sticker which i kept for a purpose.2) the frets were still sharp which they said they gonna file it off. So i had to take another shop to get it done and i spent more.Drove 160 miles total and spend money for poor treatment to the guitar.

They had a decent selection of instruments, but I was very disappointed with how one of the workers treated my friend and me. We were playing on a few different instruments over the course of about 30 minutes, and at some point a worker walked up to us and told us that the jamming had to stop. Never thought Id hear that complaint in a music store, especially since we were playing relatively quietly. He most likely assumed we werent serious about buying anything (which is far from true), but I can assure you that they wont be getting my business any time soon. Id rather drive the extra 30 minutes to Guitar Center.
