The audiologist and receptionist were very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I can hear just about anything and everything for the first time in 20 years or more! I got very emotional! I was given “loaners” while I waited for my aids to be made. Jodi explains everything very carefully to you so no surprises! No whistling hearing aid. Clear and concise hearing! Best investment in myself and my mom ... EVER! My brother is next. This is the place to go if you want to know your kind of hearing loss and what you can do to change your life. Excellent caring staff!

The entire experience was great! The audiologists is an educator in her field. I learned so much about my hearing loss. She asks questions, listened and was respectful of my decision to order the hearing aids at a later date.

I arrived to the Hearing Specialist waiting for me. She and her staff saw to my comfort and then began by asking me what problems with hearing I had. Then I went in the booth for the hearing test, and, once again she was careful for my comfort. After the test, she told me where I was having the most difficulty and offered the hearing aids that would help me. When I differed the decision, she offered me her card and said she would call in a month to see what my decision might be. As tests, go this one was fine.

I’ve been going to hearing services since I was a little girl. After, one of my hearing doctor retired, I got another one and she is one of the nicest and kindest I’ve ever had! She helps me out a lot and helps me fix any problem I have with my hearing aids! Thank you for everything! I highly HIGHLY recommend Jody!

I have been going to hearing services since 1986 I was a young mom with a hearing loss and couldn’t keep a job. I received my first pair of aids in Vallejo a wonderful place friendly and kind. I went to get a routine check and had put them in my lap while driving to air out my ears as I wasn’t used to them all day in my ears. I arrived to my apt and jumped out of the car . Yes the aids flew into the street and a car ran them over. I went into hearing services crying as I depended to survive with my aids I couldn’t hear without them. He patted me on the back we went in the street and picked up what was left and he sent them away with a new ear mold and I received a new pair. This is just one of my few stories of a hearing impaired mom that hearing services has always been there to help me. I currently go to Vacaville hearing services wonderful woman always happy to help me and after 32 years of service and 3 hearing aids later just to keep up with there awesome technology now. I’m looking forward for many more years of 5 star service and sometimes a little more stars because they simply care about your confidence, comfort and hearing in this loud world ♥️♥️♥️Thank you 😊Michelle R

I had a Very professional, courteous and thorough experience at Hearing Services. The facilities are modern, clean, with particular attention to COVID-19 Preventive Protocol. I was made to feel welcomed and comfortable. The actual Hearing Test was very thorough and the procedures clearly explained. Afterwards, the test results were throughly explained. I highly recommend Hearing Services.

Great customer service!!

I was nervous (I’m always nervous about the doctor) but hearing services employees put me at ease! The woman at the front desk (dark hair, French nails) was super friendly! She didn’t make me feel weird for being nervous. She got me into the system super fast and offered me some snacks and drinks for my wait, which ended up only being enough time for me to fill out the paperwork! Super quick service! The building was clean and welcoming. The waiting area was cozy. The hearing tech was wonderful as well and explained everything to me, and also answered all my questions. she gave me the results of my test right away! I don’t think that my visit took any more than 20 minutes tops which is amazing . I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs hearing tests or hearing related services.

The lady at the counter when you come in is super friendly and helpful. I had an appointment last Friday for my sister and I received our hearing aids. The staff was excellent and we are super happy.

The team here is great! I unfortunately could not find someone to watch my youngest baby and had to bring him along. The staff was as accommodating as possible and did the best they could so that I can still have my hearing tested. The Doctor was very sweet and patient when I felt like I was having problems with the test. The front desk woman is awesome and has snacks in the office for those who have an early appointment with no time to eat.

Wow!! What a breath of fresh air to have a professional willing to listen to all of my concerns, give their best assessment with the utmost grace and kindness. Absolutely one of the best audiology appointments our family has had.

The entire staff was very pleasant. Dr. Felicia Nepomuceno was very thorough and explained each test when she was finished. Before leaving she had written a report for my VA Claim. Highly recommended.

These are some amazing women.. my lack of hearing has always been an issue when dealing with others... even hearing specialists ... but these women made it so easy and comfortable. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their hearing.

Felt very comfortable even after working with this company for two years. Closed today but I needed batteries for my hearing aids. They were there for me. All I had to do was call, let them know what I needed, drive by and they brought them out to me. The ciient is always first.
