Bought my luggage here travel a lot always seem to have what I need at a great price. My bags get beat by the airlines from OHare to Honolulu and Samsonite stands the test of time. Break a wheel they are more than ready to get you fixed up and back on your way. Manager is very friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I went in last night to purchase some luggage, but we were not sure exactly what to purchase, if anything at all. The sales associate, Nakeyah, greeted us as soon as we walked in and happily let us know to ask her if we needed any help. After failing to come to a decision on exactly what we wanted, we approached Nakeyah and she kindly and patiently asked us questions and figured out exactly what we needed, without trying to oversell us on things we didnt need. It was a great experience and although were hoping to not need more luggage any time soon, well be happy to return if we do.

The sales associate was so busy on the phone that she could not be bothered to assist any of us peon customers. She would put the party on hold if she was asked questions but would not hang up. I finally ended up leaving and going to TUMI instead.
