Dan and his Wife are the best. Purchased a few bikes already and looking for another one. My bikes there right now for maintenance.

I had the pleasure of working with Dan on purchasing my first bike. With prices and fees worked out, he had the best deal in the area on the Vitpilen I was looking for. We worked entirely on the phone and email until the next day where he personally delivered the bike to my home at over an hour away (for a fee of course). Dan was very thorough on breaking down the paperwork and nuances of the bike! No fuss, no issues, and would gladly work with Motoexotica again.

Extremely satisfied by the sale and support of MotoXotica. I purchased my 2020 xTrainer there in February of last year from Dan and it was a very good experience. Well over a year later, this bike has been an awesome performer on the all trails, especially the Rubicon and Fordyce trails.Im now considering a Beta 430RR-S to replace my older dual sport, I will be contacting MotoXotica if I decide to pull the trigger on that purchase.Thanks Dan and MotoXotica for creating a happy customer!I have to say, any of those low reviews of this shop are either fraudulent or completely off their rockers...this is a great shop.

Being first time buyers we werent sure what we were looking for, the place had a good selection of bikes but the customer service was TERRIBLE, the lady working there was not helpful at all whatsoever, it seemed she was in a hurry or having a bad day. As a business owner myself I know what to expect when it comes to customer service, I would terminate her on the spot if she was working for me. Id be taking my business elsewhere and keep looking for 3 bikes for my teenagers.

My father got an amazing bike and the man he bought it from, Dan was is name, was very knowledgeable and good with bikes. All in all, my father and I were very pleased with the service.

Just bought a Beta Evo 300 4T trials bike from MotoXotica. What a great experience. Small shop, friendly owner and wife. Easy transaction and no pressure. They helped secure financing from Freedom Road Financial at a good interest rate, and I couldnt be happier. Bike is also great. Id highly recommend this shop.

I shopped for my 1st dirt bike primarily to improve my Adv Moto skills. At the time, MotoXotica had 2 of the bikes I was looking for in stock. I live closer to another dealer that sells Husqvarna, but after going to Ann and Dans shop....I was sold. These people are the real deal and are passionate about dirt bikes. Dan confirmed what I was looking for and has provided sage advice on parts to complete my build to enjoy the bike. On a visit to pick up parts, I shared with Dan how much I was enjoying my plated 4 stroke. He asked me where I was riding and what type of riding I liked to do. He then advised that I should consider a 2 stroke for the playful nature of the bike. At that time, I could not fully understand what Dan was trying to convey to me....I was already having a blast on my Husky Fe350s 4 stroke. After a challenging ride with a couple new buddies on two strokes in the Forrest, I called Dan to share my experience....he told me I should try a 2 stroke and put me on a list for one of the last remaining Husky te300s before red stickers were being phased out. The bike came in. I bought it. It changed my life. I am now fully into 2 stroke dirt bikes and a HUGE MotoXotica fan!

Mom and Pop shop! Just purchased the Husqvarna 701 Enduro today. However 6 months later and its difficult to get them to answer the phone or return calls. We had some work done and we had to take it to another shop to re-do the work on the shocks. I do hope the best for them!

This has always been a great place to do business. Dan and Ann are great at what they do. Bought a 2001 TM from them in 2002 and rode it every weekend for 14 years. I will only buy from MotoXotica. If you want to ride something different this is the place to go.

My wife and I purchased two scooters from Dan and Ann this weekend. Excellent experience!!! We worked with them two weeks prior and Dan was able to order exactly what my wife wanted, an anniversary edition genuine Buddy. I am loving my Rough House. Very knowledgeable, great prices, super friendly, huge recommendation for anyone looking for a scooter or accessories. We are thankful the shop is in our hometown.

Dan and Ann at MotoXotica are great! They were able to get me a Husqvarna Svartpilen 701 when no one else could, at a price no one else could match! I love this shop, I almost bought 2 bikes during my first purchase at MotoXotica. It’s a little mom and pop shop so patience is sometimes required, however the owners are very nice and the shop’s motorcycle technician (mechanic) is extremely capable. He was able to fix my old 2006 Husqvarna SMR 510 clutch when no one in the Sacramento area could. Anyways, enough said, I’m a customer for life.

Absolutely fantastic people. The wife, who co-owns the place with her husband, helped my wife into a fantastic, cheap used scooter. She helped her get a scooter seat that is the right height for her, which was something that has been worrying her throughout our scooter search because shes not tall enough for her feet to reach the ground on most models.The wife specializes in scooters and the husband specializes in motocross. They really know their stuff. Very friendly, too, they gave us a bag of nectarines from their tree before we rode off.

Purchased my scooter there, great sales people! And my husband gets his dirt bikes worked on there, the mechanic is very knowledgeable with all makes of dirt bikes.

Sold us a complete lemon, this scooter stopped running within a week - turns out this model is riddled with issues, in fact our local dealer in SF said he had hundreds on order that he had to cancel, and even did a buyback on the 5 scooters that he sold. Instead, Motoexotica happily sold us one without any warnings. I called and turns out they didnt do a mandatory recall as well and they handled it by screaming incoherently at us over the phone when presented with these facts. Even Genuine, the maker of the scooter said they werent surprised since theyve have trouble with this dealership. Weve been waiting for the plates and title in the mail so we can sell it for a loss, called the DMV to inquire and turns out they didnt even send in the paperwork for a month and a half. Run, dont walk, away from this business.

Very impressive inventory and excellent customer service! Went in just hoping they could order a few parts for my husqvarna SM610. But ended up walking out with eveything I needed and then some! Prices were reasonable too. Hands down the best place around for parts!
