We had help from Terry looking at both the Honda Pilot and Ford explorer. Terry was super helpful and Took the time to show us a few cars. we took a couple test drives trying to figure out what would work best for us. We did end up finding the perfect vehicle at a dealership closer to us but Terry was very helpful without being pushy, it was a good experience and I definitely would recommend visiting Buerkle.
First of all, I’m a little tired of constantly getting up sold on service every time that I come in for service, and my recent experience was the worst that has happened to date. While I’m in there I get notifications that something has failed, usually accompanied with an angry red “FAILED” indication that I find to be manipulative and intended to put you in a sense of danger. You will get no evidence to support why it “FAILED”.Yesterday I was told that my brake system was contaminated, but no proof was provided, so I don’t know how a sealed system becomes contaminated. Then the fix was just to flush and replace the fluid with no suggestion that the system was compromised. So can I reasonably expect that this will happen again, since the reason it was “contaminated” was not addressed?Also I was told that my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, again with no backing evidence, and I just had to accept the info at face value. Maybe I’ve been spoiled in the past by at least being shown the defective parts, or some form of evidence. It’s hard not to feel like I’m just being taken advantage of by the Buerkle service team.Worst of all, I logged in to my online banking today and discovered that I was double charged on one of the payment methods I used, and when I contacted Buerkle to correct this, they told me I would not get the money back for 1 week. This is not acceptable. I authorized 1 charge to my debit card for $1,000 and I was charged twice. In no uncertain terms, “THIS IS STEALING”. This is utterly inept and unprofessional and an irreparable abuse of trust and what should be a common understanding that someone will not be overcharged for services provided.I could not recommend anyone do business here.
We had a great experience with Dee! She was very knowledge and helpful! She spent a lot of time with us and showed us many different vehicles. Unfortunately, we didnt end up purchasing only based on the fact of lack of inventory for a new car we were looking for in a short time frame. Would definitely go back to Dee for future purchases

I am thrilled with my new Honda CR-V. Adam Gifford was my salesman and he couldnt have been more accommodating to my special needs. My spouse is on home-hospice so my time away from home is extremely limited. I was nervous that I would exceed the time away from home. Adam and the sales mgr. understood my time constraints and the sale was stream-lined, yet I felt he answered all my questions and showed me the features of the CR-V. Adam even downloaded my iPhone info. for me while I was signing papers to save time! The car is perfect. The Honda is the 2nd car Ive purchased in a year from Adam. I had such a positive experience buying a car here from Bruce, and Im so happy with my new Honda! I was not looking forward to purchasing a vehicle for several reasons but mainly i just wanted no regrets. Well, it’s been two weeks now and not only do I not have regrets, but I’m thrilled! Got the cutest white HRV; it’s reliable and really feels like ‘me’ — (even though I still fondly think of my old Kia manual at times.- but alas, it was time for an upgrade in mileage and transmission.) I’d been to a few dealerships for my search and saw some solid possibilities for cars, but something was always just a little off about the sales team— either they didn’t take me seriously as a buyer or they were using bullying and sales tricks that basically insulted my intelligence. I just needed something more high-level with an even-keeled energy. Bruce was patient with all my questions and took his time and was just overall chill and professional. Dave Price was very patient and knowledgeable. A lot of times when buying a car the sales people only know basics. Dave was able to answer all our questions and functions of our new civic . He was also very accommodating as we were trying to find the perfect car for our daughters first NEW car that didn’t break our budget. When he found one that we really liked but it was the wrong color but Dave made some calls and actually found one in this crazy car market !! more than what we wanted to spend he wasn’t pushy and gave us time to think about it and of course he gave us a great deal on a 2021 Honda Civic sport so If you are looking for a new Honda see Dave Price and you won’t regret it!

They advertise cars as available that are pre-sold or arent actually for sale to get you in the door. Call me naive, but I refuse to do business with a dealership or even a company that starts off a transaction with dishonesty. Happily trading in my Toyota Tacoma for a different hybrid at a dealership that was honest about their stock & wait time & worked to make sure we got a fair deal. Buerkle Honda is everything you hate about the car buying experience.

Given the positive reviews, my experience with Buerkle was especially disappointing. Scott Steinbergs special Costco price for a financed 2021 Odyssey EX: $33,615. The internet price that anyone can get for the 2021 Odyssey EX financed: $33,560. We found the same car at another Honda dealership for $2,000 less. When Dudley Peterson, the General Sales Manager, emailed to follow-up about our interest and I pointed out the price discrepancy and asked for an explanation, he didnt respond. If youre looking to purchase a Honda through Costcos Auto Program or get a good price on a new Honda, Buerkle Honda isnt the place to go.

I can honestly say that Scott Steinberg is the best car salesman we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was nice and patient and answered all of our questions.
My service advisor Austin was phenomenal, he took the time to go over every detail about my car, made sure I understood everything that was going to happen in the repair process and was very communicative throughout the whole process. I was expecting the repair to cost more than it did, so that was also a nice surprise. Im usually very skeptical of going to a dealership but I would trust them and Austin with my car anytime.
We called to see if they had a couple of parts we needed for a repair job on my 2016 Honda CRV and the parts specialist Rodney was fantastic. Sold me a used vehicle that overheats, overheated the day I bought the vehicle. They said they fixed it but they didn’t vehicle still overheats if you drive it more than 20 minutes.

Recently brought my vehicle here to have my transmission fluid flushed and a small variety of other things. Both Taylor and Anthony, who helped me in each of my appointments, were excellent. They were knowledgeable, personable, and professional throughout. The pricing was also superb and extremely fair. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here and will absolutely be returning in the future.
My 2008 Honda CR-V went into Buerkle Honda Service for a starter motor replacement. Check engine light comes on immediately (in the parking lot) after picking up the car from Buerkle. ODB-ii reads P0325 knock sensor and P0141 O2 sensor error. Service advisor refuses to take a look at the issue more in detail (unless I pay diagnostic fee). I take it to my independent mechanic, and turns out the knock sensor wire was disconnected. Reconnected the knock sensor connector and both P0325 and P0141 code went away. I am certain that the technician at Buerkle didnt re-connect the knock sensor wire after replacing the starter motor. FYI, the knock sensor is on the same plane as where the starter motor mounts. Buerkle could have taken care of their customers - but no - the service team decided to 1) NOT take responsibility for their service that was paid for 2) attempt to cash in on the opportunity.Very frustrating experience at Buerkle after spending $950 for starter motor replacement and gets treated like an idiot. Totally could have spent another +$400 for Buerkles mistake. I do not recommend this place. I will no longer do business with this place.

They were very prompt in finding the car I wanted and set up an appointment. It was great to be able to get the deal I wanted within a short time. Most importantly, I felt that, as an elderly woman, I was listened to and valued as a customer. This Honda was the fifth car I have purchased on my own since 1980. And the experience was the best! We had our car, 2007 Honda Accord 127xxx miles, in for an oil change on 08/05/20.Upon completion our service advisor told us the threads for the oil pan bolt came out. I took that to mean they were stripped. He said they put a longer bolt in and there didnt appear to be a leak but that could change. I asked how that could happen and he said he was told it is just wear and tear. I told him I had never heard of that and as far as I was concerned it was from over tightening the pan bolt. I have changed oil on many cars for a lot of years and have never experienced this. A friend who has had his on repair shop for over 30 years said that hes never heard of this just happening and the only way would be from over tightening the pan bolt or cross threading it. After going back and forth I asked how much a new oil pan would be since this is the correct repair. I was told it is ~$540. I said Id pay half and was told that our advisor would pass that on to the service manager and he would be calling me.Today is 08/28/20 and I have not heard from the service manager. I expected to hear from him within days of when we were in.We are now left with the option of eventually having an oil leak, or having to spend over $500 to fix this problem correctly.We have had issues the last two times now when we were in for service at Buerkle Honda. Last year we were charged for a tire rotation that wasnt done and this year the incident Ive documented above. Also on the most recent service date of 08/05/20 we had the tire rotation done and weere3 not charged, but a tire was checked for leaks, including dunking it, and the valve stem cap was not put back on.We sent an email to Ken Anderson the service director on about 08/12/20 expressing our disappointment and have never heard back.While we waited for the service to be done we shopped the lot as my wife wants to get a new car in the next year even though at 13 yrs old the car only has 127xxx miles on it.We like the Honda brand but at this time would be hesitant to trade at Buerkle Honda.

Got service done quickly. You need to tell the service people if you have a service plan, as they dont seem to get that information automatically even when you buy a vehicle from that same location.
I brought our 2018 CRV in for service on July 1st. As always very professional and efficient manner in checking in, answering all questions. After I picked it up and drove home I noticed a dent on the hood. I called Service and reported the dent. The next day I brought it in for the service director to see it and take pictures. They called back and said they reviewed the cameras and could not find or see anything that would have caused the dent but also could not say it didnt happen in their care. They took 100% responsibility to repair it. They set up a body shop appointment, provided a loaner vehicle and fixed the dent and repainted the hood area. This was above and beyond superior customer service. I have told everyone I know this story of a company doing the right thing. I am a customer for life for purchasing and service. Thanks to the entire team.
I worked with Isaac Oberg to buy my late model used car. Isaac is a great sales person if you want a low pressure sales pitch. Isaac had answers for all my questions, was readily available when I called or texted him, and if he didnt know the answer he knew where to get it. After I purchased my car, there was a small problem with the paint job, but Isaac was able to get if fixed super promptly with no cost to me. Highly recommended.

Buerkle Honda service center has always been incredibly helpful with any issues Ive had with my Accord since purchasing it in 2015, and I wouldnt trust servicing my Honda anywhere other than this location. Employees are never pushy about getting work done and only suggest when things should be considered, and the parts department encourage self learning and want to make everything easier for you when you have similar issues. Would absolutely recommend this location for all your Honda needs!

Well, i May not know much about the car industry but i think i know a lot about a door latch light that is on drains the battery. When you spend $1935 on your car, you expect an excellent repair service and treatment.As i was driving out after 2 days of using the complimentary rental service, i realized that the door wasnt closing properly the light was on too.I humbly requested what was going on and i didnt like the lecture i got from Mr Buchman:That i didnt come to fix the doorThta the door wasnt workingThat a new set of spare parts will be requiredAnd worst of all i should just turn off the door knob buton!!The mechanic was eventually called and agreed with me 100% the latch which costed 736 dollars to fix wasnt after all closing.after couple pull and push of the door(trial and error) the clocking sound went away and the latch closed.I left and will never return here.
