This Target is always clean and tidy! I dont think weve ever seen clothes or items laying on the floor. Employees are nice and friendly. The carts are sanitized. The customer service is friendly and very helpful for returns and such as long as you have your receipt. This Target does have a Starbucks. Overall, an excellent Target. We go here instead of Wal-Mart across the street. Doesnt have as many items as Walmart but its significantly cleaner and better than Walmart across the road.

Had a great experience at Target. All of the staff that I past were very friendly and asked if I needed anything. As I was looking at the vacuums and realized they were locked up an employee came right by and asked which one I would like unlocked. I also returned a recalled item and the employee was great about figuring it out.

Ive always had such a great experience every time I go here. Ive utilized Drive-Up, Order Pickup and in store shopping. The staff is always friendly, Im always greeted and feel like a valued guest. I believe Markus has helped us in multiple departments over the past year and I remember his name because hes phenomenal and helpful! Clean store.

I begged my daughter to assist me in creating a Google account so that I could post evaluations. I felt compelled to write a review for this store. To begin with, Ive always been a big target enthusiast. Amazing bargains, extremely tidy and pleasant. This place, on the other hand, exceeded my expectations. I came in looking for a variety of products, and as Ive become older, Ive begun to lose my sense of direction around the store. My husband and I were going on a camping trip with our grandchildren, and I was having problems obtaining air mattresses for us. I was going to seek an employee for assistance, when a sweet young lady walking by with a red cart spotted me struggling and offered to assist me. I didnt have to ask; she already knew. She welcomed me with a friendly greeting and inquired about my well-being. When I told her what I was looking for, she smiled and guided me in the direction of the aisle. I felt like the staff cared about me and my well-being because she was so polite and pleasant. We walked down the aisle and began little, casual talks. She brightened my day. Its quick and straightforward to ensure that your visitors are having a good time. The young lady introduced herself as Christie. Here you will find excellent employees.

My Vadnais Heights Target is the best! The staff, especially Sean, one of the managers are outstanding in customer service and managing customer flow a checkout.

Target is organized, clean and staff watch the check out lanes to be sure the check out process is efficient for the customer. You are much better than Walmart.

Your womens bathroom this morning around 10:15 this morning was disgusting.

Great target. Can have a smaller selection in some things but really has all the essentials. They are always friendly and someone is always cleaning carts for people and clean the belt before you put your stuff down. Im really glad that they provide a safe feeling place to shop as I have been very worried at fresh thyme next door.There is no deli which is kind of a bummer but no big deal! I love this target!

Very nice store with a Starbucks. Nice home decorating section. Unfortunately, I was there to get a gift on a bridal registry and none of the remaining gift items were in stock.

From what Ive seen, Target provides a safe, warm, and friendly atmosphere for everyone. The employees there are kind, helpful, and caring. They take the time to connect with us at the checkout, seem driven to help customers find their way, and have been happy to help solve my silly, frantic questions like where to find bottled water.

Hmong manager likes to hide trading card products for her family and when the limit is 1 per person she allowed her family members to get 2. Breaking the rules and as a manager she should be fired.

This store is organized and laid out well. Most of the aisles have enough space to get two carts through, but some areas in the grocery department are tight fits.

Not a Super Target, next to a Fresh Thyme for groceries in Vadnais Heights.

The electric carts need to all be replaced. If you start to use one you get to start shopping but during two recent shopping trips, I got half way through my shopping list when the battery died at the the far end of the store...very frustrating & annoying. Target has always been a favorite store for me but sorry to say not anymore.

The cashier was very personable and friendly.

I love the atmosphere products and red card with the old cartwheel but getting used to the new Target circle.... I know it has been tough with folks clearing the shelves and Target has done a great job responding and limiting those products folks have hoarded. Thank you also for giving the vulnerable/susceptible to the virus, special shopping times. My mom is 80 and its nice to know she can shop safely. In my experience I was able to buy baby wipes for the first time in two weeks and there was everything else I needed as well. I love Target! Good work!

I prefer this Target Store over others because I like the layout and its usually clean and free of clutter.

First of all, I love Target. This review is targeted at this location. Yesterday, I visited the family restroom inside the entrance, the one where parents send their children and bring babies in to change. There was a box cutter left on the sink, which I assume was left by an employee. I returned it to the greeter immediately. I may have left it alone, but my experience with employees in this store has been poor and I wonder if there is a lack of leadership and/or training. A month ago I came in to pick up an online order. They gave me a bag that was missing half the order, in addition while I was looking at the items at the counter i noticed that the container of 3M hooks had been opened (obvious) and 5 were missing. The employee resolved it after I pointed it out, but all of this could have been caught with one look/check of the order before giving to the customer. Next, when picking up an order at another time, the interactions between employees in front of the customer (me) was childish and unprofessional, even embarrassing. I hope this review is read and that changes can be made for future improvement.

This target is my go-to because its close to home. I dislike that its smaller than other targets but it carries all my essentials. I realize I can get in and out quicker thanks to it being smaller. Ive always received great service at this location and I visit a few times per week. Angela in the front end is super sweet, always says hi to my daughter and gives her stickers too!

Over the past couple years, so many every day items are ALWAYS out of stock. Ive been taking pictures to send to corporate because its getting ridiculous. They often carry very expired dairy items as well. Switching back to cub despite the fact that I (used to) love target.

This has always been my least favorite location, but of course it’s the closest one to my house. They are not well stocked to begin with, but my visit yesterday is what did it for me. I have had the cashier price adjust to match the online price in the past. If that policy has changed, not a big deal, I get it. But yesterday I had an employee accuse me of forging the price when I tried to showing her the online price. Scrolling in the app and on Safari and she still thought I had forged the price (a huge savings of $2.50). It’s one thing to explain a policy, it’s another thing to accuse a customer or forgery.Coming back to update because this location has clearly done nothing to better train their employees. I was looking for an item three days ago that was “in stock” at this location and it wasn’t on the shelf. I went back today and it still wasn’t on the shelf. An employee checked and confirmed they had 7 in stock and said “I could check, but it would take too long, just come back another day.”

Excellent communication, guiding long lines (which moved fast) and gave polite, great customer service, despite being really busy. Seriously impressed at the effort to social distance (even 3 months in).

For not being a Super Target this store has a really nice sized grocery section. Fresh produce, dairy, frozen, etc. Employees are always friendly and ask if help is needed without even needing to ask. If there was a con its that every Target in the area is laid out completely different. Just make all the stores the same so its not a scavenger hunt when going to a different store.

I hope Target Corp is paying attention to customer reviews. This is my neighborhood Target, but I have become so frustrated that I will make an effort not shop at this store. We have noticed dairy items such as milk that is over 2 weeks expired. When we shared this with the manager so they could be removed, she stated that this happens all the time. During another trip we purchased hamburger buns, but had to return them after finding a hole in the bag and what look like mice had been eating the buns. Another issue is how frequently they do not have what we are looking for. This past Saturday I ran up to get some items. When I got to the checkouts, my only option was one of two self check-out registers! Not one register was open! When I asked the very nice employee if I could speak to the manager, she stated that there was not one in the store!

Ive been a target customer for almost my whole life but today I was so disappointed, my daughter and I went grocery shopping today and the price displayed on the shelf for one of the items was different than the price at the checkout not the first time this has happened but when I mentioned to the person at the register she told me the price was the one showing on her screen and she asked if I still wanted it on a very rude and sarcastic voice, I wasnt able to see her name because she was wearing a coat over it.

I love Target and spend alot of time there. However, the renovation missed a MUCH needed redo of the restrooms (assuming the men’s is as bad as the women’s.)It is often dirty, stalls out of order and rusted at the bottom. Tiles are dirty, as are the vents in the ceiling.Please also get rid of those ridiculous giant shopping baskets that take up too much space in the aisles.

I always wondered why this Target always had an empty parking lot, now I know why. Plenty of employees standing around & no cash registers open! Hey management, where are you? Shameful and discriminatory against people with disabilities! I will be watching for this to occur again and be contacting the ADA. Could be a payday for someone!

First time ordering from Target online with store delivery. It was awesome! Within 15 minutes, the order was placed and I was contacted by the store that it was ready for pickup. When I presented myself at Customer Service the item was within arms reach of the representative and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes, Nicely done!

Convenience, ease of access, was able to submit an online pick-up order and wake up and have it ready -- wasnt expecting that!

Disappointing stop at the grocery store today. They were out of eggs (how can a store that size be out of eggs?) And in the frozen Eggo waffle section there were signs on every shelf saying that packages were normally $2.69 but if you bought 2 they were only $2 each. So I bought 2 and they rang up full price with no discount. Why arent they more careful?

Very convenient with kids in the car. I would’ve liked to be able to purchase a bag of pull ups but they only offered a box and I didn’t need that many.

This Target is remodeling and has temporary fitting rooms. While changing, I noticed that there were cameras that could see into the fitting rooms!! How is this allowed?! Incredibly uncomfortable. I took pictures of how obvious they could see into the rooms. Fix it Target. Ruined my shopping experience and I still dont know what was seen through those cameras while I changed, but Im sure Loss Prevention has been having a hay day with those fitting rooms.

This is a great target to shop at. It is very clean and the staff is helpful. Unlike Walmart the employee speak English and great you in a professional manner. This target is in a safe area, so you are not afraid to walk to your vehicle when its late or dark out. Great price on food or virtually anything that you are looking for. It is connected to a lot of local shops. Great places to bring the family and stop to eat after. Like make targets it also has a Starbucks inside.

Good staff and plenty of parking. Rarely have I seen not enough cashiers for a quick exit. Floor staff is friendly and helpful. Grocery area has most things one could need.

I used to love coming to this Target, but the last 6 or so months its really gone downhill. Today was another reminder for me to stop coming to this location, which is a shame because its only 7 minutes away from my house. Every time I come here the store is a complete mess, and theres a very dismal selection left of even the most basic food items. Today was the closest I got to having a full blown anxiety attack while shopping here and solidified the necessity to take my business to Shoreview. Will not be coming back unless they dramatically change.

I had to pick up a prescription yesterday for my son, but the clinic had failed to send it to the pharmacy. Upon calling the clinic to find out what happened (and getting the run around) the pharmacist over heard what was going on, and took action! He called the clinic personally and got the job done! He went above and beyond to get the medication for my son, who really needed it. So grateful to him! Would highly recommend this CVS pharmacy to anyone!Thank you for the stellar customer service!

This store doesnt even deserve 1 star. THEY CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!.Just caught them selling market pantry milk for $2.79 per gallon and when you scan it in cartwheel it comes up 1.99. Then just went to another target and they are selling the milk for $1.86. This is not the first time I have caught them doing this! On top of it they NEVER have their shelves stocked and the employees are so RUDE!

I usually find what I want at Target-and it will be beautiful when the remodeling is done. Prices are reasonable. There is a Starbucks which is nice.

Friendly curb side pickup workers

The manager at Vadnais Heights target last night should be terminated! I go there w my 8 year old son to get some groceries. The manager was all of a sudden up by the register. Which I deemed odd till after I checked out. I have a dead foot from a cardiac arrest and when I overdue it I limp. This made the manager call the police for drunk driving. Which I passed the 3 squad cars of officers field tests. If this manager thought I was impaired, she should have asked me how I was and avoided the embarrassment to her, target and any following legal ramifications for us all. I’ll never step foot inside another target as long as I live.

Well supplied store. I typically find what I want here, well lit and quick check out, I have only praise for Target ~ keep up the good work
