These guys are great. They saved me a bunch of money. On an older car I had just purchased they discovered a major problem with a rusted out front wheel well and didnt do the service I had requested as it would have been a waste of money. They did not charge me. These guys know their stuff and are extremely honest. Good guys.

I was with my mom to help her pick up her car that was being worked on here. I was very impressed with the customer service and just the respect they showed her. Shes 87 years old and they didnt talk down or anyting. So Im very impressed with the store yes!

Stopped for car wash. I understand now why there is no line...enter car wash and it seriously smells like a rotten trash bin, NASTY! Overwheming stench. Cant wait to get out of this!!Owners: what IS that stink?!Plus side: cashier was pleasant 👍

The bathroom was scuzzy and has no hook to hang up your coat or purse. This is Minnesota and you need to hang up your winter coat.

Great service - Andrew was fantastic help. He even pumped up my tires for me because he noticed they were low during the oil change. Love this place! I will always recommend it. Also - please give Andrew Johnson a raise. Hes a rockstar.

Tim worked on my car about a week ago he was very nice as he always is .I was out less than 45 min. And I got afree car wash voucher to use any time .I highly recommend.

The gas pump ran very slow. I had wait in my car because of the outside was every cold. When I noticed the price shown was more than I expected, I went out. The gas was overflowing. I stopped the pump and got into the shop to talk to the cashier. the cashier said they were aware of the pomps problem. Then she made a call to the owner. After listening to the owner for a long time, she told me that the owner said there was no compensation for my loss.

They need to correct their car wash rates on their gas pumps. I expected to pay $10.99 as posted for the car wash and they charged me $13.99. Not happy.

New to the area Ive been coming into this bp for a few months and staff Dani is always so polite and kind to me she even remembers what kind of tobacco i buy and has it ready for me when i walk in she takes the time to ask me how ive been and how my day is goingi appreciate this and will continue to come back

I’m disappointed with the time it took and I believe I was charged almost double the labor time that other BP service stations and chevy charges for an alternator. Was charged 1.3 when Jade Auto/Roseville BP and others all have it at .7 plus the same belt at O’riely Auto parts and NAPA is 33% cheeper. Plus they had my car for 6 days for an alternator. The manager is a very nice guy but I think he is using the wrong labor charts that warranty companies and several local shops do not use or cover.

The service shop attached to the gas station does awesome work. Very affordable. Chris the service manager is great to deal with.

They need to clear snow better.

Used to be one of my favorite all time has station I go to. Too many new employee work here they dont know a lot about how to give there customer a discount on car wash purchase when buying over 8 gallon of gas. I used to just vuy6the car wash ticket outside when get gas but unfortunately they machine outside by the self service pump does not recognize gas purchase with car wash ticket; instead it just charge you full price instead give a dollar off. Had to go inside to talk to the cashier about it but the new employees werent train how to take off a dollar when purchase with minimal 8 gallon of gas purchase. They have to call there supervisor everytime which is holding up the line. I hope in future these issues will be fix. Because I like to do my business here then with other competitors.

Vacuum cleaner at this station is not working properly. Waste of $2. Not recommended!

Hours say open at 7am... There is no employees and its 12 mins after... How professional does this look... I just getting off to go nap and go to my next job... But I am setting here waiting on employees to show up... This is nonsense!

This gas station is a must go they carry octane 93 plus they have express lane which for credit or debit user exclusive. Night time user can still pump gas when using credit or debit card.

James and the staff at Vadnais Heights BP do an amazing job taking the time to explain what repairs need to be made and the options we have to work it into our budget.

They work on our vehicles. Very good work
