Stopped by to fix my fridge that wasn’t cooling. Opened the door and said it needed to defrost as the coils were frozen, cost me $85. Cool, easy fix. I let the fridge defrost and a week later it stops cooling again. I opened up the fridge and took off a panel to find a wire came out of the defrost assembly. If the technician actually took the time to look at my refrigerator I could’ve had this fixed and not pay a technician $85 to just open the door and guess. Trash service. Thanks for stealing my money, Eubanks. Now that I found the issue on my own I’ll have to pay another technician to fix the issue that YOUR tech should’ve found.
My grandmother bought a fridge 500$ used and paid 60$ delivery charge same day.. They called that day said they cant do it. Called the next day they couldnt do it said its supposed to be today. So thats 3 days with no fridge, she is 83 years old with no way to keep her stuff from spoiling ! I think they should give her half or if not all the 60$ back for waiting so long. I feel like they took advantage of her .. They got her money and was like wait on us to deliver! No u said SAME DAY DELIVERY FOR 60$!!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was dealing with Eubanks. My 91 yea old mother’s washing machine went out yesterday. She lives by herself and was frantic because I couldn’t get Lowe’s or Home Depot to deliver before May. She has had Eubanks repair appliances in the past and asked me to call them. I called early this morning and The young lady I spoke to helped me so much and went way beyond to help me help my mother. I picked a very nice Kenmore washer out and it was installed today. My mother (who is very picky) was thrilled. She loved the washer and said the gentlemen who installed it were so very nice and courteous. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Walked in four women sitting at front desk there was no salutation or greeting so I stood there not to disturb them and there business I felt ignored finally one women lifted her head to speak and basically answer my question but was not committed to sale the product I needed I was referred to them by the hardware store, I couldve order the part but wanted to go and purchase on hand ..I will not refer anyone to this place period

Let me tell you about Eubanks. I have an LG refrigerator, I did not buy it from them, it has been a nightmare LG, NOT Eubanks. Elizabeth called me and made an appointment for someone to come out and work on my refrigerator, she was kind, sweet, understanding. Had to cancel twice, then they came out. The gentlemen that came was wonderful .My LG wasnt doing what it had been, but he checked it out, we discussed it. He was absolutely wonderful, he also had manners, explained everything, etc.. I will use them again and if I need an appliance I will go to Eubanks!!

I needed my dryer fixed so the ren tdd al company had Eubanks come out i tried to move everything around the dryer so he could work but when he went to look at it he said JESUS CHRIST i was in shock i have a neat and clean home and a lack of closet space so i had to put brooms and a few things by the dryer he continued to work while he was working i told him the guy who installed the floor forgot to hock the dryer back up right and the main reason was there was a noise coming from the dryer well he fixed it and let me know not to push the deyer to the wall which i already told him i had not he was rude the way he talked to me you should teach your people not to curse Gods sons name also we are Christians in this house very shocking
They called the day of my appointment to reschedule after I already been waiting to get my washer fixed over 2 weeks. Go with someone else, who value their customers time

South GA with no ac is miserable, especially with a 2 month old who isnt used to the heat. I called Eubanks twice this morning, both before 11am. I know I need a new unit but they wont quote me without a tech coming out. Ok lets schedule for a tech to come out!The lady asked if she could call me back in 15 mins to schedule the appointment and took my name and number. Its 2pm and I have yet to hear from her.Looks like Ill be taking my business to another company!

The receptionists and repair staff are professional, patient and friendly. Purchased a used dryer from them during the COVID quarantine and really appreciated their hard work and ability to adapt their business model to reduce virus exposure.

AVOID THIS COMPANY BY WHATEVER MEANS AVAILABLE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is appalling. Absolutely terrible. Overpriced parts which arrived 10 days after they originally said. No refund, discount or even apology offered. STAY AWAY FROM EUBANKS!Our oven stopped working on a Friday. We had to wait until Tuesday afternoon before a technician could get to our home. While helpful, the technician wreaked of smoke. After a quick diagnosis (~10min) he ordered the $90 part ($45 on Amazon), and they require 100% payment up front. He said the part would be here in 1-2 days, so he left the oven disconnected, which also disabled my stove. When we never received a call, we called Eubanks on Thursday and were told they tracked the part and it would be in tomorrow. We called the next day and again, they told us it wasnt in, but it would be in on Tuesday the following week. On Tuesday we called again, and Eubanks pushed it back to Friday. Through all of this, Eubanks showed absolutely no remorse and didnt even offer an apology let alone a discount or refund. I asked to speak to a manager and they said the owner would have to call me back. I called numerous times, each time they promised I would get a call back and never did. I continued to call after the part was installed. Finally one of the office assistants said she had talked with the owner and he would not talk to me regarding my issue. You would think for a company that claims customer service is their number one priority, the owner/manager would take 10 minutes out of his day to speak to an unhappy customer. I have never experienced customer service so bad. Please use a different company or do it yourself if you are able. Eubanks is NOT the answer.
I phoned the Eubanks company, of Valdosta, about trouble with my washer. The technician, George Bush, not the President unfortunately. 😂😂, was a very informative and a knowledgeable person. He explained up front he wasnt sure about the repair. He quickly searched the internet and figured out the problem. I would have never thought the problem was what it was. He addressed the problem, ordered the part and had my washer running in one day. Truly, George is a huge asset to this company by not giving up and finding the problem. A genuine, kind person, Mr. Bush was. His professionalism is highly appreciated. If you are having trouble with major appliances, I highly recommend Eubanks of Valdosta. Ask for George Bush and you can say you met him, the President. 😂. A great company.
While switching from a 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet, I noticed my dryer was missing its grounding strap. The part was $17 online from G.E., so I called Eubanks to see if they could order one. They fabricated one for me in about 10 minutes and only charged me $1. I would recommend doing business with them if you need an appliance repaired.
It was my neighbor that used them, but if we need them we will give them a call
I have used Eubanks for A/C, appliances, and heating: they have done everything well: show up on time, call ahead, and on a/c and heating it has been same day service. Prices are very reasonable compared to other quotes I had received in the past; They are a good service company and they actually have someone to answer the phone. A real person!!! Worst service ever. When bringing my new appliance in the front door they took the door off the frame than left it that way over night. Saying that slamming the door till it wouldnt open made it locked. And they would get to it as soon as possible then hung up on my husband. This company needs to learn how to take care of things THEY broke. And the poor guy who brought out our appliance was yelled at by a woman on the phone who said that the door being slammed beyond being able to open made it locked and it was fine he left here looking upset and scared. DO NOT under any reason use this service. I cant believe how messed up this is . I have pictures to show how ridiculous this is. I could not sleep knowing that our door was not locked while my husband and child slept inside. I can not stress enough DO NOT use this service. For YOUR safety!! Pictures do not show all of the damage as the door was slammed beyond being opened. Again DO NOT use this service! It still has not not been repaired and wont be for hours. There goes my sleep. I have used Eubanks for several years. They have come to my home for repairs numerous times. I have found this company easy to work with and always honest with me. The appliances we have today are not of the same quality that we had years ago. Also, the customer service at Eubanks is excellent.
The guy who came out to work on our stove got lost, and that happens a lot. However he was extremely rude and kept interrupting me on the phone when I was trying to help him. Also they don’t give a time that they are coming by. They told us between 9am-12pm. They don’t seem to realize we have jobs and can’t wait around all day.
Be sure to have some knowledge on what your repair consists of prior to calling this company to come and repair. I paid $80 just for a technician to come out to fix a simple unscrewing of the back of my dryer to be able to plug into the wall (something that should take no more than 5 minutes). The technician took at least 15-20 minutes “fixing” it. A few days later I used my dryer and noticed that it was no longer blowing out heat (a problem I never had prior and I’ve had the dryer for 3 years). I call Eubanks to let them know the issue and they proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay $40 for a part and $60 to have that technician to come back out! The technician then starts blaming the apartment maintenance, the plug outlet, etc. I believe I paid this company $80 for a technician to come and remove a part just so that I’ll have to pay them again to repair what they originally broke! I do not recommend this place!!
Had a problem with our dishwasher that was covered by extended warranty from the retailer where we purchased it. They made a referral to Eubanks to come and repair. We called on Saturday and the repair is complete on Thursday. No problems, excellent service experience.
Excellent service. While their old-school phone system bothers some people (its local, folks), their service was great. They scheduled an appointment for the same day by phone and the tech guy beat me to the house. He had the washer repaired in about half an hour, and he was polite and professional.
I have used Eubanks several times in the past and had OK service, but this time was terrible. I have an LG washer purchased from Lowe’s with warranty. First called Lowe’s warranty number on Dec. 12.They scheduled service for the next day which Eubanks called to reschedule, ok at this point. Then had to reschedule due to emergency within their business, again, understandable. Finally get serviceman out on Dec 26th and he has ordered wrong part due to the description of the problem from the Lowe’s warranty dept.I called Eubanks next day to try and figure out how to speed up this process, the person tells me part should be in Jan 3. DID NOT hear a word from Eubanks again until this past Thursday Jan 24.I now have my washer repaired after a month and a half.

I am amazed to read some of these negative comments. We have relied on Eubanks for years and have always found the customer service to be excellent, as well as the help received from technicians. We have never had a reason to seek service anywhere else.
Good place to buy appliances and appliance replacement parts, prices are fair and their inventory is large. Very knowledgeable people with a very pleasant and helpful attitude, I highly recommend this company..
I typically don’t take the time to write reviews, however I wanted to make sure no one dealt with the same issues I had with this company. We had a warranty for a Samsung dryer through Home Depot and Eubanks is the contracted to repair the appliances. After the dryer broke for the second time in less than three years, my wife contacted Home Depot (28 Mar) and they relayed a technician from Eubanks would come out the following day. Eubanks called and said it would take a week for someone just to look at the dryer. After that week, the dryer was looked at, but needed a part for repair. That part took over two weeks to come in. When the part actually came in, it was the wrong one! Ultimately, after many trips across town doing laundry and playing phone tag between Home Depot and Eubanks management, we purchased a new set at Lowes (American made). Rather than taking accountability of a very messed up process, Eubanks blamed Samsung for their inability to repair a dryer within a month of waiting. They never followed up or gave a status of anything without me calling first. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and go with a different repair company that takes “customer satisfaction as a priority”.

My dishwasher was not draining and it left dirty water in the bottom. The technician shows up in a t-shirt and cut offs, a bad impression right away. He brings in the shop vac, then after looking at the dirty water in the bottom of my dishwasher, he informs me that Ill have to reschedule my appointment after I remove the dirty water myself. As I am disabled and over 60, this is something I cant do. I told him I would call someone else and walked him to my door. Going back into the kitchen I find there are 2 large metal panel lefts on the floor with no screws. When I call to complain they claim I made a gesture for him to leave, which I did not. So now I am left with no screws, 2 metal panels on my floor, with no idea where they go, and no ability to put this back together. Did anyone from Eubanks offer to come back to put the panels back ? No, of course not...I would avoid this place like the plague
Horrible company! Customer service is terrible. I purchased a used washer less than 30 days ago and Ive been having issues ever since. Of course they have a no return policy. Would not advise anyone to purchase from this company, service is horrible and half done. They do offer a warranty however they can only come fix the issues on their own time. If your schedule doesnt fit in with theirs then you are SOL. Im not sure about the outcome for my washer however I hope this post will save someones money before it goes down the drain. This company is a rip off when it comes to purchasing used appliances BEWARE!

Definitely do not use Eubanks. They came out and didnt fix the issue, however, when you call them about the same issue, they want to charge another service fee to come out.
My Samsung washer stopped working. It is still under warranty so Samsung put out the work order to eubanks. They took a week to originally call after receiving the order then came out and looked at it. It has now been another week and they havent even ordered the part! I called to try and get information and was told the person I needed to speak to was on lunch and he would call in 45 mins. I waited 4 hours after the expected time and then called to check in only to be told they switched their phone lines over 30 mins before they close. No one ever called back for 2 more days now. Samsung assigned me to a new company yesterday from Florida and the guy called today to schedule to come out!! What a difference in customer service..
I was charged $10 for a $1 part and even though it was never opened... its nonrefundable, no store credit... nothing but an oh well. Very disappointed and will not be a return customer. Nor will I refer anyone I know!!!!!
Ive had Eubanks repair stovetop heating coils, dishwasher handles, and washer/dryers. They have consistently been responsive, effective, and courteous.

This place is a joke. Told the phone operator about a broken part on my stove. She says they have it in stock. Technician comes out and tells me that it is discontinued. Then they still charge me for coming out to fix it, which they didnt. Stay away from here. There products are terrible too, looks like they go around and get the appliances out of dumpsters.

Scheduled an appointment through GE for 28 Dec. After not hearing from Eubanks, called at noon on 28th only to be told my appointment is on the 11th of January. They rescheduled my appointment and never let me know, and didnt care one bit that I had it scheduled for today. Cancelled and called someones else who can come out sooner. Terrible customer service, if thats what you want to call it!

Literally had a lady at the counter and it wasnt closing time but the doors were locked. I came looking to buy a set but I guess they didnt want our money because she ignored every knock.

I called for a service call. I was on hold over 10 minutes. The operator never came back on to take my information or even ask what I need. I hung up...Ive used them before and was not 100% happy.
I asked for a momentary contact switch for a dryer She told me she had none that look like the 1I got She told me she had nothing for me basically kick me out I call back to talk to the manager and I talk to her and then she finally figured out what I was talking about What she said she didnt kick me out
They came into my daughters home, to check the refrigerator and the heat pump unit. Fridge had not been cooling properly and the compressor was not coming on in the heat pump... they were there less than 10 minutes total... the guy stuck his head in the refrigerator and said it was the cooling fan...He went outside and was back in shortly...said it was the compressor...the charge was 155....Another company came and looked at the heat pump and said it was the coils clogged up.
Two appointments missed after taking days off. Contractor for Frigidaire so no other option.
A friend said they had low prices. Wrong.
