This post is directed to the owner of the store. Ive visited and purchased from your store many times, and I must say most of the time you all was helpful. I must agree with one of the comments about some of the staff not greeting and asking the customer if they need assistance. As a business owner myself, when someone comes to me with a complaint, I try to understand their concerns and not deem it as not valid. I notice in your comments that you did not apologize to the customer for the negative experience, but you supported your daughter and the other staff. I feel you as a business owner realize that anyone can have a bad day, and may not project their best attitude forward. And when people decide to spend money with you they should be heard and acknowledged for the concern they took the time to express to you. Because eventually bad reviews will hurt your business. And it is the customers that keep us in business. Just something to think about. Thanks you! Eddie

I didn’t know grocery shopping was supposed to include a personal concierge. It’s heartbreaking that you were not greeted when you arrived. I just wish people would get off their cell phone and get out of the way. And one last thing, pull up your pants.

I would love to shop here, but do not. The owner is cold and distance. Definitely not warm and inviting. I’d rather not!!

I say disregard that 1 star review. I feel she was being extra. They were kind on the phone when i called to see if they had what I needed and when I came in they sort of spoke. It wasnt customer service that you would receive at Sallys but they werent rude. Its not that serious. I ASKED for help and the lady with the black hair helped me find it right away and left me alone to browse. (which I appreciate) The prices are spot on. Place is clean. Variety of products. Fast check out. Convenient location. What more do you need?

In my opinion, the staff is only helpful to people that look like them. Yes, I said what I said !!!!!!

I went into the store excited to find different healthier substitutes for my lifestyle. The two girls working the front counter did not speak let alone offer to help me find anything. They just stayed at the front of the store faces in their phones and talking to each other. I spent about 20 minutes in the store and when I went up to the counter to check out, one asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked for the managers information and they asked why. I explained so that I could let them know that I came in and spent over $150.00 and they displayed terrible customer service. I almost walked out when she asked me was I looking for something after I was already done. They then both tensed up and did not even attempt to apologize but said well usually people just ask us if they need something. I explained the way customers are supposed to be treated from the moment they walk in including a greeting and an offer of assistance. After that, they did not talk to me but rang up my items, put my receipt in my bag which I didnt ask them to do, and then didnt even hand me my bag or say have a nice day. Hopefully the manager will find better workers that make people excited about the store and willing to spread the word about it because I wont.

The owner is very knowledgeable on holistic alternatives to many physical ailments and just daily maintenance on a healthy lifestyle in general! Ive come here for essential oils to help my daughters congestion which worked.... Acid reflux for myself - instead of over the counter meds that didnt work I used mastic gum from her and the aloe drink which solved my issue in 24hours. These are just two examples of the many times this store has helped my family be and stay healthy. I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in holistic alternatives!!!

They carry the basic herbal items. Their selection isnt the biggest. Staff appeared knowledgeable, not really welcoming but knowledgeable.

I came in from out of town and asked for a product and was immediately helped. Great service, prompt, and informed. I appreciate businesses like this.

Today was my first time shopping at Natural Health. I needed a bottle of MCT Oil. There were two ladies working and neither one of them greeted me when I entered the store. I walked through the entire store alone looking for my item while the owner made conversation with a friend of hers. I went up to the counter to check out and the owner still did not greet me. She continued to talk with her friend while she rang up my purchase. I did not feel welcome or appreciated as a customer. If that was the owner’s goal, she succeeded!

Very Knowledgeable about natural Health supplements and CBD oil for Anxiety. I always shop here they are very helpful and not pushy😃👍

I am reviewing and the way it seem as though there is a little discrimination there. We as African Americans spend our money the same way as others but I did go there a yearr back and it was unpleasant they are not friendly toward us.
