This store was extremely clean, well stocked and organized. I am disabled and I was offered the use of a wheelchair which enabled me to enjoy my shopping experience even more. I am very grateful that it was available. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us locate the items that we needed. My shopping experience today was a happy one. This is how I love to shop for all of my craft supplies. I will certainly be back to shop at this location. The cashier was extremely friendly and polite. She put a smile on our face even though we were all wearing a mask.

We went to return something that we originally paid with card for and she asked if we wanted it back on the card or in cash and we said card please after about 10 minutes of conflict with the cashier and the manager we ended up leaving with cash. They aren’t even letting you pay with cash, but are quick to make it the only way you can get your money back for a return. I also went in to get a white shirt to tie dye and because I wear a 2XL they wanted double the price than the XL and below. Just because someone is a bigger person shouldn’t be a reason for a big price difference. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. DONT EVEN ASK FOR HELP OR THEY LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID!

Michaels is a very nice craft store. They have most everything you need to do almost any craft. The only problem I have with my store in Valdosta GA is that they do not have a very big oil paint section. Other than that the store is clean, bathrooms passable and the employees are nice.

They have a large jewelry making section. I can find everything I need and the staff is always happy to help

I LOVE MICHAELS. The store itself is decent a little smaller than I am used to but still a nice store. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 5 is EVERYTIME I have been in over the past few weeks every single worker I have came in contact with has been rude and acts as if that is the last place they want to be. Customer service is HUGE and so far this store has NONE.

Great store for all your crafting needs. One of the smaller stores Ive visited. But it carries a great deal of products. Store itself was clean and well organized. The staff were friendly. They took the time to help me find a few items I was not able to find myself. They did have a line at checkout but the line moved quickly and the staff worked together to cash everyone out as quickly as possible.

Michaels is like Hobby Lobby Jr. as far as what the store has available. Since its almost Christmas they have a door buster sale thats pretty awesome, offering a 30% or 50% on many items. Did some Christmas shopping and scored pretty good on the amount and quality of items purchased. Staff seemed nice enough, maybe under staffed for the season and maybe underpaid as well. There were only 2 employees present and the enthusiasm for customer service seemed as though it was waning. Not disrespectful at all but also not happy either. Maybe overworked? Probably a management issue. I returned 2 cars from the parking lot; one from when I arrived and the one I used to cart my purchased back to my vehicle. Neither return was acknowledged, nor was I greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Again, not rude or disregarded just not enough people there for this time of year! I would definitely go back but I wouldnt expect the warmth you would typically receive at Chic-Fil-A or the assistance you would receive at Publix.

If you are looking for craft supplies, this is a good place to go. The prices seem a tad high on some things, others seem like good bargains. Do not bring your rambunctious kids here, as they will most likely break something. The isles tend to be a bit tiny and breakables are for some reason at little kid level. The staff seems courteous and willing to help. Overall, good place to shop.

The parking lot is spacious, clearly marked with wide spaces. The store and entrance to the parking lot are hard to notice from the road, but easy to enter. The interior of the store was clean and extremely well lit. The aisles were well stocked, clearly labeled, and sensibly arranged. The staff were friendly, engaging, and helpful. An incredibly wide variety of crafts are stocked, from cooking and candle making to yarn crafts, painting, scrap booking, and beyond.

They really good place to buy gifts or buy something for yourself just to have something to do.

The wife was looking for red cotton tread for a quilting project. Unbenost to us, its a higher quality thread compared to the standard polyester tread. We assumed Michaels would care this item. Apparently its a specialty type of product. Michaels employees were kind enough to help me locate their thread, but they only carry the polyester tread.

I am an avid shopper youre always greeted with a hello and all the employees that Ive ever had any interactions with her super helpful.

Upon entering the store there were no greetings. I was there about 15 min seen at least 5 employees that past me by. Then finally a young lady (employee) on a scooter helped me out. She is the only reason for 5 stars

Friendly staff and a good selection helped make this a good visit. Stopped in on the way down to Disney world for some stuff and they helped show us where everything we needed was and got us on our way really quick

The items are a little pricey, but the employees have great attitudes. The store is usually clean. The store was a little scattered during this visit. It might be due to the Christmas items that were being combined to make space for the new seasonal items.
