Staff was helpful but they have very limited inventory. I would love to give a higher rating but with being able to make a purchase I cant.

Well I took in a 2008 polaris 90 sportsman to get rearend bearings only in December of 2020 I was called back in a couple days and told it would cost 414 labor and material today I go get it 1 25 2021 I was told the bill was right at 900 no one ever called and told me there was more things wrong because I would have said dont fix those things just the rear end be careful useing these people

South Georgia Power Sports & Outdoor Equipment has the largest selection of equipment that you could ask for. They are very competitive and knowledgeable. The service is second to none.

Had a shifter issue, got calls every day saying something else was wrong with it. Keep in mind Polaris 900 ranger wasnt mistreated and was bought last year. Im serious!!! The bill is 5000 dollars and if Id a known that I would have burnt it. Either Polaris is PURE JUNK or Ive been robbed!!! Hard to believe theres that much damage to a machine that only gets used to take off trash a mile away. Never again will I buy anything that says Polaris.

Went in a few times last year to shop for an ATV. Prices compared to the other places here in town and further out were good. The sales guy seemed to be an off-road enthusiast himself and was not scared to show me the competitions prices on aftermarket parts. I ended up pulling the trigger on a 2016 Ranger with no regrets. I usually service it myself but recently had to move closer to mom to help with health problems. I Dont have a trailer big enough for my model. Servicing and transportation costs were good. I dont trust many businesses out here but South Georgia Powersports has earned mine.

Very unnecessary waste of my time. I went into this store to buy a part for a Snapper. The lady behind the counter didnt know what I was talking about, so I asked her if they sold parts to Snapper movers. She said the didnt sell the mower or parts for them. I mentioned the Snapper signage the had on the side of the building. She said that it had been there for years. I said that was why I stopped. The guy standing next to me at the counter said why dont you go down the street at buy a Murray or something from Sears. Talk about a mower snob. I didnt know they existed, but there it is. The really surprising thing is it happened in Valdosta, a town until now couldnt be friendlier. If I wanted to be insulted, I would go back to Jacksonville.

Good place to shop for Stihl products, purchase Polaris recreational vehicles, service work conducted on Stihl gas powered equipment, and service conducted on Polaris equipment. Nice sales folks.

Not even worth a star but it makes me put one.Terrible customer service. Dropped off two hubs to get wheel bearings pressed in and 4 days later hasnt even touched them. Not even an hour worth of work then wants to charge me two hours of labor for wheel bearings. What a joke! I will never recommend anyone to deal with them nor will I be back.

I bought a 2017 xb900 Brand new. Only road by my wife and two grandaughters which does not drive it because they are still very young. Started making noise in drive train. Took it back and had to pay and got it home and it had never been touched still making noises. TREATED HORRIBLE.

Who ever the young blonde guy behind the counter is they have lost a customer just because of him. He is the true deffinition of rude . Was looking for a battery and he acted like it was the end of the world that I was in there store. Then before I could saying else he cuts me off and tells me to go elsewhere. Horrible customer service.

Told my mower would be ready in two days, took nine (9) days. It quit working in 30 minutes. Cost me $161.00. Never in the life time will I got back to this scammer.
