Took my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan in to have a flat tire changed, service took about 30 mins. Blistering fast amazing service. I decided to invest into the bike as well as into the business by having more work done. I ordered Vance and Hines short shot staggered exhaust and a dyno jet. The work is besides the point, the associates stood there with me and helped my find the best parts for the best price for my bike. When I picked up my bike its was immaculate and I was in awe over the quality of the owners work. Extremely respectful and hospitalitable, lowest prices on services and parts Ive ever seen, well placed talent at the front desk, phenomenal business. Will return for any and everything I get done to or on my bike. The mechanics there are motorcycle surgeons.

Found these guys on Facebook while looking to purchase a bike to cruise around on. Was nervous about going to a shop to purchase a bike since other experiences I’ve had was bad. Pushy and aggravated salesman. When I first walked in I was greeted right at the door with a smile, and I seen the bike that was being advertised that I was personally interested in. They had every answer to every question I asked, was very happy to bring the bike outside (even though it was burning up outside) to hear the bike run and further inspect it. And was just over all extremely nice and great people to talk to. Long story short I purchased the bike they had on consignment and couldn’t be any happier with my decision. And even after the shop closed Tom was cool enough to show me how to correctly strap the bike to the trailer for a safe ride home. I will gladly be doing more business with them in the near future, and making this bike my own.

Theyve got a selection of used motorcycles to look at, and even though I havent needed a service from them yet its good to know we have experienced technicians right here in Valdosta. I had a great experience with Zuma Cycle. I came in from another state to buy a motorcycle from a private seller nearby and I asked the seller to meet me at Zuma. I had never met the owner, Tom Hansen, but he came out and looked over the bike to make sure it was in good condition and then spent a while talking with me about different aspects of the bike and giving me tips on maintaining it. I wish this shop was near me, and I definitely recommend it to anyone .

Awesome motorcycle shop. They have fair prices on all items and services. I have called every shop in Valdosta to get bike work done and honestly they have the best rates. Any time I want to buy an item, such as a helmet or a jacket, Zuma has always told me they will beat the price or match it. Fast shipping is a plus too. I definitely recommend them if you need to purchase an item or get your bike serviced or repaired.

Rode down from Atlanta on my Dynabob and got a flat tire in Fargo. No service on my phone so I crammed a bottle of Fix A Flat in my back tire and headed for Valdosta. Almost made it but 15 minutes outside of Valdosta it was flat again. Called Zuma and Lynn sent Derrick to pick me and my bike up on their trailer. When we got yo Zuma Tom and Jason came out and helped unload my bike. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Ate lunch and came back to see Jason test riding my bike. Couldnt believe it when I saw the bill. They knew I was stranded but they didnt take advantage. Great people great service and great price!!!

Certified in Harley Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki & Yamaha. Great customer service, also fast & friendly group. These guys work on motorcycles, street bikes, four wheelers, dirt bikes, side by sides, scooters, you name it they can fix it. They also offer pick up & delivery which I found really helpful. & they can order parts & have them here next day without a crazy shipping fee which I also admire. Zuma Cycle is the go to place!

Its very ironic that the two one star reviews on here are A. An old scorned friend of the owners and B. An old scorned employee ... Terrible experience charged me 760 dolllars to rebuild my carbs took almost 2 months and when i went to pick it up after they called they had still even fixed it had to take it back and they kept it 4 more days and after finally gettin my bike back my gas tank had scratches and dents all over it from where they had droppped the tank

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of accessories and parts are available for your bike both their in the store and available for order. They do custom work and repair work on all makes of bikes. They have used bikes for sale that are both owned by them and are there on consignment from other Riders.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DIRT BIKE HERE! Trusted professionals to replace some bearings in the motor, and then remove suspension to send off to factory connection. the first oil change after the motor rebuild i found out that they stripped the oil drain threads. when they put the suspension back on they put the rear wheel spacers on backwards. The front forks where not on the correct height adjustments, and THE FORKS WHERE ON DIFFERENT HEIGHT SETTINGS. ONE LOWER THAN THE OTHER. the plastics where all put on wrong several of the mounting points where just crammed up against the metal vs clipped onto the place they are supposed to grab the bike, and lastly my front fender was put on incorrectly and would rub my bike when i turned the wheel. I think Tom knows what he is doing, but the kids he has working for him that do the busy work like plastics and spacers DO NOT.
