I had my windshield replaced by them and they dealt with the insurance company (which took away so much stress), showed up exactly when they said they would, and were finished in less than an hour. I called the local office and scheduled an appointment. The repairman gave me a courtesy call about a half hour before arriving. The repairman installed the new windshield in a timely manner along with cleaning up the work area and discarding the old windshield.The vehicle was located at my mother’s house, so naturally she walked outside and met the repairman. He was extremely polite and explained the process to her. My mother had a new rolled up rug delivered that morning and the repairman carried it into the house for her. She was extremely grateful for that and enjoyed talking with the repairman. I strongly recommend The Glass Doctor based off my experience with them. From the beginning to the end the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

Everyone was extremely friendly and responsive. They quickly set my appointment and provided a phone call the day prior to my installation to confirm my availability. My technician, Justin Cambre provided a phone call prior to his arrival and worked very quickly to have the new windshield installed. He was thorough in explaining everything he had done and what I could possibly expect. He detailed what things would be covered under the warranty and who to call if anything happened. I got my windows replaced in December, my windows starting cracking and has spread. I reach out to Glass Doctor because I have a one year warranty to replace the windshield. They ignored my phone calls 2 weeks and emails. As soon as I called from a different number they answered. They set up a appointment to replace it and never showed. I am highly upset, I will not be taking anymore of my business vehicles there ! They only want new business, if you have a warranty on your purchase they will try everything not to replace it. Just called Corporate to get this dealt with.

Wow...what a great experience from start to finish! Not only did Glass Doctor cut a major competitors price almost in half, the associates on the phone that helped me with the quote and then scheduling my appointment were very friendly and professional. Today was my scheduled appointment and everything went off without a hitch. Justin Cambre, the lead technician, called when he was on the way, showed up, introduced himself and got to work. He was so quick but yet so precise, it was obvious he had done this quite a few times. And although he had a good distance to travel after he left here, he took time to have a genuine conversation and was glad to educate me on some questions and misconceptions I had about the industry. Needless to say, I couldnt be happier and the next time I need services like this, I wont even waste my time getting a quote from anyone else!

After the job was done I had the chance to speak with his father who went above my expectations and even fixed my car door which was jammed shut. I would highly recommend these people.

The staff at Glass Doctor were all great to work with. The price was better than what safelite quoted and they got me scheduled the very next day. I got home after the job was done but my mom raved about how nice Kyle and the other tech was. Even though Kyle told my mom how to care for the windshield over the next couple of days he also called me when he finished and gave me the same information. Sorry service. Took the windshield out of my truck then calls and says he can’t put the new windshield in because of a few rust spots around the frame. Then leaves my truck sitting in the driveway with no windshield. Guess who’s interior is soaking wet. Will not do business with them ever again.

They do not answer phones. They keep you on hold, then the call goes to voicemail.

Husband scheduled an appointment for 9 a.m. this morning. I waited since he has to work, it’s 11 a.m. and nobody has showed up or called. Don’t waste your time with them. I would give zero stars if I could.

They replaced my back glass the very next day and they were the cheapest of all the places I called. Highly recommended

Had two chips repaired on my new (to me) chevy express. They charge way less than safelite. Considered replacing but it saved me a good chunk of money

Im so glad I didnt have to buy a new windshield like 2 other companies told me I would have to do! I will use these guys again for repair or replacement! Horrible horrible service. They cancelled on me so many damn times and each time i would give them the benefit of the doubt, but of course they let me down each time. So I just went ahead and cancelled and decided to go with someone else who had my window fixed within a week. Dont recommend them at all.

No one local, difficult to make contact, and big hassle. Finally gave up and took vehicle to somewhere else to have windshield repaired.

The technician came out this week and replaced the windshield on my Toyota Corolla. I chose glass doctor after seeing their price was almost 2/3 of what safelite was charging. They even gave me a free can of glass cleaner!

They install low quality glass. I had the Front windshield replaced and where the rear view mirror goes a piece of glass attached to the rear view mirror popped off Now i have a hole in my front windshield where my rear view mirror should be. See photo upload.These people are scumbags I was told by one of the receptionist, that the owners will not return anyones complaint call.They will not return my callI will be filling a small claim court.Update I found out that it is not worth doing a claim because the court cost would cost me almost what I paid for the cheap glass they installed. And I was told that they are aware of this cost, that is why they will not return my calls.These are really low people and company Glass Doctor in Tallahassee FL.
