Don’t waste your time with Napa,If they have the part- it’ll be extremely overly inflated price, well above fair market value.Customer Service is always poor-Jerks on the phone, I just tried again to give them some of my business, just checking on a simple part, guys transferred me 3 times abruptly- with no explanation in mid conversation, then the last A- hole was extremely arrogant,Fine- as it saved me money,I just ordered the part I needed on RockAuto.com, in 1/2 the time wasted call the Napa losers, only cost me $19.95 delivered to my house 🏡Absolutely Zero Hassle,And my past experience with them has always been positive.Napa will not last much longer in this competitive environment,Companies with lackluster employees with bad attitudes will fall - and fall quickly.Good riddance!👎

Wrong part purchased yesterday, had to swap it out for the right one. They were professional and courteous. Got the right part this time and now we can close the convertible top on our Mustang! Yeah!!!!!

They know what theyre doing and they almost always have the parts when I need them even the hard to find parts. If they dont have the parts in stock they always have them the next morning and the prices are very reasonable.
