I have had the absolute WORST luck with Precision Auto on N Ashley St. I originally stopped in because my car was having trouble cranking and I had to keep jumping it off. I arrive at Precision and explain my problem and they immediately prompt me to get a new battery and charged me for the look over. Remind you, the battery was only a month old maybe so I still had warranty ! I arrive at Advanced Auto Parts and explain my discrepancy. They test the battery and tell me it is perfectly fine almost new and that the terminals were the problem . They decide to call Precision. After lashing them for falsely accusing Advanced for the battery, Brody assured the technician (Dalton) did not even open the hood and would be reprimanded. Brody insisted I come in for new terminals at a discounted price. I arrive BACK at precision and Brody comes out and TIGHTENS UP THE BAD TERMINALS INSTEAD, promising everything was fine. The car still struggled to catch power, where he THEN made a diagnosis that it was my alternator . I left to find accurate work.Being naive, I come BACK to Precision for a simple ALIGNMENT desperate to get back on the road as I commute for school. They lifted my car and came to the conclusion they could not do the alignment without me buying new control arms, ball joints, and front shocks (totaling about $2,000) and that I would have to pay a lift fee for the inspection (approximately $30-$40) after not doing ANYTHING. Fast forward I pay for ALL the parts, come get my car and they say they still couldn’t do the alignment and that it was in fact the steering rack now ?(extremely expensive part) This shop is a group of mechanics guessing diagnostics and taxing for parts and bare minimum labor. I won’t be doing business with them ever again! I warn you like the other mechanics warned me “Avoid the shade trees!”

Took my girlfriend’s car here to get the front wheel hubs replaced due to the front passenger side wheel bearing starting to go bad. That was the last time the tires were removed. A day later her front passenger side began to make a wavering squealing noise every time she braked. I called and told them about it and they basically just told me it wasn’t their fault. Today I changed her brake pads and brake rotors, upon taking off the tires each tire was missing one lug nut, one of the passenger side wheel studs was broken off about 4 threads down, and the passenger side steering boot was torn. Long story short I took a vehicle there for one thing and immediately afterwards it had a completely different issue, when I confronted them about it they denied having anything to do with it, I decide to investigate myself and found missing hardware and broken parts. If you have the time and capability just fix your car yourself, if not I’d recommend a different mechanic.

My son brought his car here for a oil change and they put a bad filter on the car. He did not make it 2 blocks down the road before the car ran hot. I called to let them know and the lady who answerd the phone was very rude and stated she cant help that all of the oil leaked out if the car from the time he drove out of the parking lot. The technician admitted that they put a bad filter on the car. I spoke with the district manager and he stated they were going to fix the car and no cost. The car still has not been fixed they are now telling us the car needs a new motor. We had our mechanic go by and look at the car and he stated because of the mistake they made the car may have messed up the motor. He said oil was everywhere and that should have not been the case. The car was working fine prior to bringing it here. I would not recommend you bringing your car here for an oil change or anything for that matter.

Great guys to deal with. Had to replace alternator. Obviously prices are higher these days, but they were able to diagnose and install my new alternator in under 2 hours from arrival to leaving.Well worth it, and will use these guys again.

I had a great experience with my beat up 2001 Buick Park avenue. There was a lot of people ahead of me so I thought I was going to be there a while. However when I checked in he told me to pull right up to the bay door and into the bay. Turns out the other people are there for different services.So I was in and out in 20 minutes. Done! 22 bucks, fresh oil change. You cant beat it. Never got out of my car after I checked in. And not to mention they were quite busy.

Went 8:15 a.m. this morning got an oil change and my filters done etc soon as I started driving the car maybe about an hour started overheating and a bad smell was coming from underneath the hood took it back about an hour or so later talked to the employees there and they laughed in my face and thought I was accusing them which I wasnt I was telling them that it wasnt happening before I got there and then when the oil change was done it was happening then one of the employees laughed and said drive safely. Very DISRESPECTFUL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT!!! DESTROYED MY RADIATOR! FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING THERE!! AND I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING!

Stop in for a quick oil change guys got the job done quickly

First off they are liars about the service provided. I went for a front end alignment and they told me the parts that I had on my vehicle was not good. So I went back to the mechanic that Did the work and he then showed me the parts were new and working properly. Let me add he has been working on my cars and trucks since I was 16 I am now 43 years of age. They failed to do the correct work and tried to blame it on someone else. I wish there was some way to get my money back. Just was not happy with the way things turned out.

Fast in and out services with great prices..

I called to price something they told me one thing but when I got there it was a different price. The guy didnt charge me the full price because of miscommunication but he still charge more than he said on the phone.

Honestly, since Frank has moved on to better and brighter things, Precision has gone downhill.Ive taken my cars here for years and never had an issue when Frank was the shop manager and Sydney was my mechanic. Since theyve gone, Ive had 2 issues with 2 separate cars that werent fixed the first time I brought them in. Its been such a hassle ever since.They no longer have my business due to having to keep taking my vehicles to them to fix multiple times for one issue.

I always use Precision Tune Auto Care. I have for years. This is another place that you can go and dont have to spend all day waiting. My oil changes usually is handled expeditiously and the prices are perfect fit my wallet. I definitely recommend going here.

I was quoted one price on the phone and charged more money after the service. The manager had left. In a follow by phone he was out.

My 15 year old truck started leaking radiator fluid a day after driving over 200 miles to Valdosta to have repairs made to my college childs car. I walked in to Precision on a Monday morning and was promptly greeted by Chris who was very upbeat and friendly. He listen to my problem and gave me prices of each diagnostic test they may need to do in order to pinpoint the leak. Within minutes my car was in the shop and the leak was found. My radiator was cracked and needed replacing. Chris was able to explain the cost to me before removing my old radiator, he priced the most it would cost. Turns out my bill was lower due to some lines and other components not being connected to my radiator. I got 12 month 12K mile warranty and the work was done within about an hour and 1/2. That was with a radiator being delivered after Chris did calls to locate one for my truck. Thanks to Joseph for a job well done and Chris was a great person that helped me make light of the situation! Made it back home and truck is still running with no leaks!!! Great job guys!!! Precision can do more than just oil changes if you need their assistance.

Fast service. Should let people know whats going on when they pull up though especially if its a line. I was so confused when I came there the first time and I left and came back when there wasnt a line. They treated me like I already knew the process and I couldnt hear them. I wish one of them would have come to my window and talked to me before trying to get me to move forward

Fast & accurate service

The technician I worked with told me my rotors were completely shot and very unsafe to drive despite him saying my brakes were fine. The car is only 5 years old... I had three other people look at it and they all agree that my rotors are completely fine and that he was obviously taking advantage of me because I am a young girl who knows nothing about cars.he told me it was so unsafe that I literally parked my car for over a week and was put out getting back and forth to work because of this. Screw this particular precision tune. I mean he really laid it on thick even saying that he was willing to help me out with prices like he was trying to help me but he was really just trying to screw me.

I would give them a zero star if I could. This is the absolute worst place to get your car serviced. They are only focused on making money and getting as much as they can from you. I took my car there to get the brakes worked on. They told me that my master cylinder needed to be replaced. I had just gotten my master cylinder replaced by them 5 months prior. So I told them that I had it under warranty with them. When I told them that, they told me that my master cylinder was fine and no longer needed repair. I thought that was funny that it was suddenly fixed when they realized they would have to pay for it. Fast forward 3 months and my brakes stopped working and I rolled into the middle of an intersection at a red light. I took my truck to another auto mechanic and they told me that my master cylinder was faulty. So I had it replaced with them and my truck has been running amazing ever since. Precision was simply trying to pass time until the warranty on the part ran out. I will not go back here because of their lack of integrity.

Be careful what you have in your car when you go up there. The technician dug all through my middle console and had absolutely no reason to. The only way I knew to look was because he didnt even close it back all the way. When I opened it up all of my things were moved around. Other than the feeling that someone is trying to steal from me they done a great job but I will never go back.

I get my oil changes here almost exclusively. Fast service usually. Wednesday seems to be the best day. I have had occasional issues.

Installed a cold air intake for me. Took about 30 or 40 minutes so didnt have to wait long, and everything looked and sounded great. Awesome group of guys.

Instead of telling me they don’t know how to fix tires, they told me with certainty that the weather caused my tires to deflate. The next day, after going home from their shop, my tires deflated again, and I had to take it to a different auto shop to get it properly fixed, where a nail was found in one of the tires. They wasted my time and put me at danger of a blowout, by not being honest. In addition, the coolant flush I got was $20 more than another auto shop in town. Overpriced and dishonest. I won’t be back.

They installed front struts on my car. I was very pleased with the work and comfort of the new struts. I am also pleased with the oil changes performed there.

I had an amazing experience comibg to Precision Tune Auto. I never go anywhere but here for all my car needs. Uncle Frank and Leon gave the best service. My brake lights remained on and he did a diagnostic test and got the part for my vehicle quickly. Then my strip off the door was coming off so he put a weather on it to hold it together. He charged me absolutely nothing for this service. Finally my car battery needed to be replaced. He found me a great battery and at affordable price. Precision Auto Tune always gets the job done. They are efficient and also they talk to you in a way that makes you understand. Ill never go anywhere else.

Precision Auto Saved My Life!This is absolutely the best place to have your vehicle serviced! I highly recommend Precision Auto to ANYONE! I came in simply to have my oil changed, and left with a safe vehicle! Honestly, I dont take very good care of my car. I Hadent had my car serviced in over a year and it was 12,000 miles over due! Its an older Malibu that was in pretty bad shape! Instead of simply changing my oil, Uncle Frank pulled me to the side and told me everything that was wrong with my car. Not having my vehicle serviced for a year caused severe damage to my engine. Not only that, my breaks were completely destroyed. Needless to say, I could not afford to pay total price to have my repairs done at that time. Uncle Frank and Sidney absolutely would not let me leave without ensuring that I was on the road in a safe Vehicle! Uncle Frank Sacrificed the cost of the labor because there was absolutely no way they were going to let me leave like that! I am now on he road in a safe, fuel efficient, healthy vehicle Now knowing the importance of service, I will forever give these great people my business!

This place was beyond amazing! Im a college student who had some serious issues with my car, and my boyfriend had previously been here and got an amazing deal and had a great experience. When they inspected my vehicle it was going to be so expensive to repair. This of course freaked me out cause like I said college student and only working part time, there was no way I could afford it! The manager/owner worked with me and gave me an amazing deal, and I couldnt be any happier! I had great experience at Precision Tune Auto Care. I brought my car there on a Saturday and got my dianostic done and it came up to be a fuel pump assembly problem. The manager Mr. Frank told me to bring my car back Tuesday he will have the part to fix the problem. I returned on Tuesday right after they closed. They were able to stay open a little longer until got there because they knew I needed my car for work the next day. When I got there Mr. Frank told me that my pressure to the fuel pump assembly was fixed but my check engine light was still on. He had took the time to research what might be still causing the problem. He figured that I needed another part that helps regulate the pressure and he guaranteed me that it would fix my problem. I had already paid a lot of money to fix the fuel pump assembly so he told me that he would order the regulator and put it in free of charge. I would just have to bring it in on Monday. I dropped my car off at 3:30pm. I got phone call from Mr. Frank that my car was fixed!!!! His team did a great job on fixing my car and making me feel comfortable while I waited for them to finish everything! Love this place. Im truly a customer for life! This is the place to bring your car for great service and auto care!

We are from out of town and called 3 different places in the area before calling here (because they were listed as distance from us) and they were so nice on the phone that we decided to stop there. I am so incredibly happy that we did!! They were so nice, the prices are great, and we were in and out within half an hour.

Vernell and his team provided excellent service for us; We had an AC problem that was originally $550 to fix. He got creative and went above & beyond to do the repair for half the original quote; We saved a bunch of money and got a quality repair. They are customer service focused, and we will be back if a car repair issue arises.

Uncle Frank at Precision Auto Tune is the absolute BEST. I was stranded at the beauty supply store with a dead battery and the first place I thought of to go to was PAT because I knew hed look out for me. I walked 6 blocks up to the store and Mr. Frank immediately took care of me as soon as I walked through the door. I was frantic and going crazy cause I know nothing about cars but he drove me up to where my car was parked and recharged my battery enough to make it back up to the store. He then checked around for an affordable battery for me and installed it FOR FREE. All of this he did and the store was technically closed. He couldve turned me away, but Out of the kindness of his heart he helped me from start to finish. Theres truly no other place in Valdosta you could go where the people care about you this much.

I called Precision before I went and the man that answered the phone was so awesome and kind so I decided to take my vehicle in to have the brakes done. I heard some scrubbing as I used the brakes and learned I had also damaged my rotors. These guys at this facility took the BEST CARE of me and gave me the best customer service and price that I have ever received. As I sat and waited (while being notified of the timeframe and etc..from the staff), I asked could they change my oil and just take a look at my a/c. Needless to say, my a/c was fixed right along with EVERY THING else I needed before I left. These guys now will have ALL my business. We saved time and money and want to thank these guys for being kind, fair and simply AWESOME!

Ive had a wiper that wouldnt work for years, and no oil change business would ever look at it for me. Uncle Frank fixed the wiper in a couple minutes and only charged me for the wiper. They are fast talking and have unethical practices. I had my AC tested at Firestone for 9.99. They told me that I needed 2.5lbs of Freon. However, their service charge was high. Therefore, I called around and told precision tune that I needed 2.5lbs of Freon and they said 89.90. So I came in and had the service performed and they charged me more than 89.90 and told me that they told me this on the phone, that only 2.0lbs are covered for that price. Truly unethical.

This the worst plays I’ve been to in Valdosta, GA. I had an overheating problem and they told me it was my radiator leaking. So I paid $450 for a new radiator and labor which is way to pricey for a 2001 Honda Civic. But time wasn’t on my side. So I got it fixed, then not a day later it continues overheating, I go back and let them know the problem, next they find a hole on the hose that is connected to my coolant tank. At this point I am fed up and ready to just stop using there service but I paid way too much money. The hose ended up being at the most $15 for its cost but the guy cut it and screwed it back. Which solved the problem for a week, so who knows if my radiator was the problem..... but now it’s overheating again, I will not return and I also recommend that this is the last option that you select if you need to get your car fixed. This place is only good for oil changes and that’s it. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Searched for an auto repair shop online and found this place with over 150 5 star ratings on Facebook. they worked on our vehicle all day, called to keep us informed and finished a very large job by the end of the day. Great service. Thanks to Frank, Wayne and the rest of the staff.

Went there to get my brakes and rotors done and every since I have been having problems with my car. Went to another shop come to find out they put the calibers on some of the parts that go with the rotors on backwards.

Came in with an AC issue. They immediately got me in, diagnosed, fixed, and out the door in about an hour. Exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back.

Precision Tune Auto Care on Ashley St is a good place to get a oil change, quick service. If you have any other problems that need to be done, definitely do not take it to them. I went in for ball-joints, which they suggested, and when I got in they had it in shop 5 mins not lifted or in an open floor bay and told me it was going to cost an additional $100 dollars. I went and bought my own parts and came back. Saved $115 dollars from their new price. They replaced the control arms and because they know nothing about alignments, which is required for that changed part, I ended up spending way more time and money at an alignment shop. They offer services that they should not be offering. Trust me it will cost you more in the end. Take it to a professional and leave the simple oil changes to Precision Tune.

Was told car would be ready same day. Than got called that they was staying late to finish job. No call Next morning called shop was told they stayed until 830pm asked why no follow up date. Was told whu we didnt call told manager we call shop with no pickup. Stated they ran into problem. So car was there for 30 hours and no we sorry are discount. When we did get car lady was awaiting on her car and the shop closes at 4pm on Saturday. No way was her was going to be completely done because they was waiting on part.
