Would give zero stars if this were possible! We called Wednesday for an appointment to get our truck repaired - told them we would be in on Friday; they said they would be able to look at it Friday. We took it in on Friday and checked in - the female at service said she had been out and didnt know what was going on but as soon as she knew she would let us know. We waited until t p.m and hadnt heard so we called them for a progress report - she said they didnt get the truck in and may wouldnt be able to look at it until Monday - we called this morning and were told something came up and they would not be able to look at the truck today and they didnt know when they would!! The AC went out in the truck(possible high low switch) and had a brake hanging up on the trailer. Because they have no idea when they will get to the truck (maybe sometime this week) we went and picked it up - called a shop in Tifton - they will look at it right away! We will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone! We are a local company (B C & C Enterprises) in Hahira and came home to use a local shop but this will not happen again. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME IF YOU NEED TO KEEP YOU EQUIPMENT ON THE ROAD - EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT!!!! Since Fleet Pride took over this shop the Customer Service is non existent!

Not the first person offered to help when I walked in. No greeting of any kind. Thank goodness I knew what I needed.

Got here at 10:34am and was told I would be in after lunch. Its now 2:00pm and the still havent even started on me. Another guy drove up with similar problem and hes already getting work done. Very poop customer service. Only reason Im still here is I dont need to burn up my bearings. (Wheel seal went out on my trailer)
