They know tires, they helped me with my travel trailerI was having blow outs and he explained why. Now I have 14 ply all steel radials on it. The trailer pulls great and no more blow outs. Thank you so much ZTires.

I went to several tire shops in hopes that someone would be able to help me get the lug nuts off of my tire. Each shop told me that they were unable to help because they didn’t have the right tool. Mark literally saved my life. I have a s550 with 22 inch rims and i was on my way to Georgia Atlanta from Miami and my tire popped and rim CRACKED! I was on the Georgia borderline and he told me to head his way and he will take care of me. And that’s exactly what he did. Got me a brand new tire for my low profile 22 in rims and repaired my cracked which he did a phenomenal job by the way. Def. Def, definitely highly recommend. Thank you so much!

I went there and the man was balance in my tires wrong and then he got mad about how I wanted him to balance leaving all them weights on there when you supposed to take all the weights off and then balance

Godta quick tire change, but the prices were too steep and had I known the price before they were changed I wouldnt have done it. Too costly and tires were out of balance too.

I am a caregiver to an elderly man and as such am expected to handle his business dealings to whatever extent that I can. I went into Z Tire with my boss to get a flat tire changed. He had earlier expressed wanting to change aftermarket tires and rims back to original parts. The owner asked us to come to his office to discuss a solution we could afford. I had some questions which the owner laughed at. Then he spoke down to and about me to my employer as though it was the 1800s and the fact that I had anything to say was ludicrous. He followed up with an offensive joke to further make his point.Needless to say, when he later contacted us later to ask if we wanted him to look for the parts we rejected his offer and took our business elsewhere.
