Absolutely love love target! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. The store always has amazing deals for everyone in my household. It is always super clean and easy to shop

I went to pick up an order. The young man who carried my order out to my car loaded it and said “Have a good day.” At the same time I received a phone call I had been waiting for all day. So I talked to the person on the phone for maybe 2 minutes at the most. Now keep in mind there is like 8-10 parking spaces for drive up orders and only my vehicle and another one two spaces over we’re sitting there. The RUDE YOUNG MAN kept beating on my car window yelling at me that I had to leave immediately because I was taking up valuable space and his time! The person I was talking to on the phone overheard him!! And the reason why I had to resort to drive up orders is because Target just this year ships via FEDEX. FedEx left 2 of my large orders out in the pouring down rain and all of my goods were damaged! And Target nor FedEx would replace my damaged goods or refund me my money! NEVER AGAIN!! Plus Target’s clothing falls apart time you touch them let alone even wearing them or washing them one time! Furious is an understatement!!

I am a bigger woman, and went to see if I could find a swimsuit. All of the other stores I went to only had small sizes left because all the larger sizes had been purchased. This store had the largest selection of any local stores, so I was pretty excited. However, when I couldnt find anything in my size, I happened to look up at one of the signs, which stated that the small sizes are carried in the store, but sizes 14 and up are all online! 🤬 Size discrimination much?? Furious doesnt even begin to tell how I feel right now! Target can kiss it!! I gave my money to Kohls, since they dont mind carrying all sizes.

I ran out of vitamins and went in to pick up some more. Clean store, neat products. Great experience.

Im always impressed with Targets selection, prices and neatness of the store.

I accidentally made a large payment on my husbands closed Target account. Instead of returning the money to my bank they kept it. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund but as it is an old account they claim they can’t find it. It’s impossible to get any help from this company. It is a large sum of money Andy we need it back.

Am trying to make the switch from walmart to Target. Our local Target is very limited compared to walmart, but I and my family are so very fed up with the way we are treated at walmart and pleased with the way Target looks after us as customers, that we are trying our best to visit Target every time we think you have something in stock that we need. The score reflects that about half the time, you do.

The online set up Target had for the Nintendo Sanrio Amibos cards was awful! Was not able to place my order due to glitches and when I called customer service the lady was extremely rude.Not my first bad experience with target either.

I have always been satisfied with Target and their products. When we were living in Texas, we had a Super Target in McKinney and that was our store. Now I live in Lake Park and I use the Target in Valdosta. The staff is always ready to help.

Doing an online order thru the Target app was super easy. All the items have great descriptions to make it easy to choose exactly what you want. You can even apply coupons or other discounts. Pay for the items. Within a couple of hours, youll get an email that the items are ready for pick up.

Nice clean store. I love the baby and childrens dept. For gifts. There are lots of other nice things too. It sure beats going and waiting in line forever and most all you need is usually out at Walmart.

Love coming to target. Way better quality and experience than Walmart. Always checkout the discount racks. I always find brand name clothes for my son for way cheap. We went by yesterday and left with 5 bags for clothes for only 30 dollars!!!! Way better than the competition

Masks continue to be required, and I especially feel safer with your staff member at the door checking masks, offering hand sanitizer and wiping down used buggies. Thank you!

Customer service and sales/clearances. This location always has amazing sales and clearances every time I visit. Whenever I visit from Florida, I make it a point to stop by because whats on clearance at this location, is not at my local Target. The customer service in beauty is top notch.

Ordering my items was easy, preparation of my items was fast, and it was all done in the same day! The service from the team members is phenomenal!

Went in today looking for a small dresser. The one I found was extremely heavy so I was unable to lift it. I found an employee to ask for help. Only after speaking did I realized he was deaf. He was so sweet and motioned to let me know. We communicated via his cell phone. He loaded the dresser with help from another gentleman. They took it to the front for me. Amazing customer service Nat, thank you for all your help!

Saddest excuse for a location. Drove miles upon miles, hours to get to the store and had called countless times on an item ready to do all I could to get it. Once I got there, someone else bought the item and the lady apologized, even though she couldve actually done something to either hold the item or let me pay for it over the phone, which I couldnt do either of. The lady laughed when I told her the drive and that other people had called from further away, yet didnt make the drive I did. Horrible worker and deserves to be fired.

Small Target so less selection than most but shelves were well stocked. No family/unisex bathroom. Only one entrance - exit and it is easy to miss because youll be focused on the light ahead that gives the impression of an entrance but is only for Home Depot.

Every was friendly. People were constantly cleaning or stocking. I found everything I needed.

Customer service overall in Valdosta Georgia is non-existent but not at Target. Brianna and the other associates at the Customer Service Desk were so friendly and pleasant. I was shocked. I love this Target. Even the associates stocking the shelves stopped to answer questions and help you find what youre looking for. The store is super clean and the shelves are neat and well organized. I will be shopping at the Norman Drive Target more often.

I love target, but don’t feel as if they always honor the coupon deals they advertise. The store employees act like it’s a huge deal to use paper coupons and like I’m trying to steal from them even when it is a target printed coupon from the paper.

Different selections, wide variety, well kept store

You can find great stuff. From groceries to electronics. Great quality products. Good prices. My wife can spend an entire day inside.

Considering it is the only Target for miles.. this is a well maintained store with courteous employees that go the extra mile to help.

Compared to other Targets, it has less of everything, so things get picked over quickly. The dollar area is practically nonexistent. Employees are subpar and unhelpful, or worse, have an attitude. The customer service area is basically just two registers. No official counter. Concession area is unimpressive. Clothing area is messy, cramped, and always slim pickings. The Hearth and Hand by Magnolia display is pitiful. No pride is put into the display, sadly. This area deserves a better store than this but obviously it’s not a priority to the Target Corporation. Not sure why.

Was visiting my new grandson and son & his girlfriend in Valdosta. Went to Target to get them some things.Walked in, was greeted. Immediately noticed - nice store, VERY clean & pleasant atmosphere. Found everything I needed and EVERYONE WAS SUPER NICE! My cashier, Cookie, was very helpful and had a kind heart.Im telling you, this store was clean and every employee I even glanced at was a decent, kind, person. Either they are all good actors or management knows how to pick GREAT people to run that store. Good job yall!

My child’s first year in college and this Target was a blessing. Took stress off me on hauling an mini fridge 3 hours from my home. I was able to order item early and pick it up anytime before September! Very convenient, easy and fast pickup! I only had to take it about 5 mins away to the dorm room! And to put an even bigger smile on my face, they give a college student discount! Love it!!!!

Ive been to this Target a handful of times and so far its been great. My daughter and I like to enjoy a pizza in the eating area for lunch before we do our shopping and the employees are friendly except for a few who just dont seem to really care, but other than that Ive had no issues.

Clean, friendly Target - location is convenient on side road off of main road, is right across from other stores like PetSmart, has better priced Cat Chow Naturals dry food than PetSmart. Great grocery selection, Select flavors of Ben & Jerrys ice cream only at Target which is currently on sale 2 for $7, even if you only buy 1 you still get it for sale price of $3.50. Fast self checkout, went there late at night and early morning while staying in nearby hotel. Great sale and clearance prices, easy parking, not too big of a store but has great selection.

UPDATE - The store has undergone some improvements. The addition of self-checkout helps with the long lines. The employees have a better approach to customers and are friendlier.Staff is usually rude and unfriendly. Prices are more than you will pay at other stores for the same product. Long waits in line.

It was super easy to order on-line and pick up in the store. No waiting in lines is a great incentive for a busy mom with three boys!

Target is 1 of my favorite store

On the bottom of the receipt said that I can see return policy details on the official website,the website saidOpen music, movies, video games and software cannot be returned, but may be exchanged at the store for the same title, for the same or different gaming platform. But when I went to the store, they said the return policy is different from the web and store, so they dont let me exchange to other gaming platform. Its just ridiculous! If you dont want to admit the policy just delete those words out, why you put those words on the receipt but dont admit it？
