I had a great experience in this store very organized I were so elated to find out its owned by African American, great prices he also had more grey hair than I expected, great location.

Loved the selection and decent prices. My brother used to date the owner Glen and that’s how I found out about this place. They have wigs and tons of hair supplies. You won’t find high end wigs though. The salespeople were nice. I would say they should put hair models on the billboards to get more business. Congratulations to Glen, love to see the LGBT community win!

Excellent place to shop and they have everything! The owner is extremely nice and the workers are too! They welcome everyone with a kind and happy spirit. They interact well with their customers and are so helpful. Amazing place and huge! I shopped at their old place too. Im excited that theyve grown and expanded!

This was my first time coming to Priceless Beauty Supply and it will not be my last. Its a little far from me but its well worth the trip. I am not saying this just because its black owned but because of the helpful and professional staff. It is easy to miss but if you are on St. Augustine Rd in Valdosta, GA, it is located right next to Waller Heating & Air Conditioning. There is a big billboard located in between the two businesses.

Very pleasant atmosphere, the workers are kind, polite also knowledgeable. Great merchandise So glad to support my own.

Be careful. You will pass this place if youre not looking. Otherwise, I was able to find the products I love and then some. The store is clean, stocked, and organized. Will definitely return.

My daughter and I was attempting to walk in and the manager stopped my daughter and told her she needed a mask to shop. That’s just fine, I just didn’t like the sassy attitude he gave my daughter. I love my Gay people but he was a little much. Looked online and he’s the owner. Glen, just be a little nicerplease. If it wasn’t for that, I would give the place 4 stars. The other times I’ve been here we’re perfectly fine.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They had exactly what I was looking for. The store is clean and products are easy to find, unlike some other places in town where you have to dig through boxes on the floor. I happily drive across town to Priceless rather than go to the place right down the street from me because Priceless is way better.

It’s good to see Black Gay men with their own businesses. I was referred here by some friends and was pleased. Selection was good and prices were reasonable. Location is near the mall but easy to miss at a quick glance.

We had the pleasure of visiting this location and I must say I was NOT disappointed! The prices are reasonable, the quality is exceptional, and the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way possible. We will definitely be back! I went in there today to help my friend who is going through chemo get a couple of nice wigs for when her hair falls out. The man who helped us was BEYOND AMAZING!!! This is a scary situation for any person who is going through chemo and he made it such a nice and fun experience. There were SO many styles to choose from and such a good selection of natural hair as well. He educated us on what we needed for the wig to help keep it in place, how to clean it etcetera. They also have a great selection of body jewelry (for me lol)! Thank you for a great experience for my friend. You don’t know how much this means and how it has made the process just a bit easier!

This is a huge Beauty supply store and the prices are great compared to other hair stores Ive been to. They also sale clothes and costume jewelry which is cool. Its stacked with hair off different varieties, colors and wigs.

I bought some clip ons, before I made the purchase I asked the lady that helped me if I could return them if I had any problems she said yes long as I have my receipt and the item is still good. I came in today to return them just bought them yesterday afternoon, being that they are very thin and definitely not the right color for my hair, a different lady at the counter couldn’t help me but to text her boss instead of calling him professionally and her answer was just no. I will definitley not be back, and definitely not a good spot to buy clip on extensions.

Awesome people, great quality and variety of hair! I just wish they opened earlier than 130 on Sunday. I needed only one more pack of hair but they was closed until 130, but I had to go, was headed out of town with head not finished 😥😣😭

Very nice store and friendly helpful customer service. They had everything we needed and helped us find items we were looking for.

One young lady that works here is always rude. Notoriously so. Its as if shes annoyed by the fact that she has to assist a customer with the things the store will not allow you to touch without an employee. I try to avoid her at all costs. The owner is nice and tries to be accommodating, at least in the interactions Ive had with him. I will say this though: Successful businesses plan. Today is the second time (in a month) that Ive been to this store and they were out of a very popular hair. Itd be wise to overstock any products that fly off your shelves. Thatd prevent people, like me, who are TRYING to support local black businesses from going to other non-black owned local stores to get what they need. Economics 101: supply and demand.

The customer service is beyond bad. I was returning the hair I bought earlier that day and the employee was very rude and acted as if I was getting on her nerves. And also was on the phone with the owner making it seem as if I was returning the hair to try to get over on the business. I fully support black owned businesses but this establishment WILL NOT be receiving another penny of my hard earned money, Ill patronize Ms.Royal from now on instead of coming here. Priceless beauty supply store should think about how they treat their customers. The disrespect is not called for and for that reason I do not recommend anyone shop here. Worst beauty store in valdosta.
