A young man wrapped in a big shawl/ blanket acted like he was sleeping in the back room... Definitely didnt want to be bothered by customers who btw, went to the mattress firm and bought! Hire a new salesperson who cares about selling mattresses.He didnt seem to know anything about your mattresses!

Mario was awesome!!!!! He asked a few questions to see what we were looking for and then took us to the bed we asked about. He let us lie down while he explained a few things to us, handed us the iPad with the control features and walked away. He let us lay there for as long as we wanted and gave us time and space to discuss everything. When we were ready, he led us to our next option and did the same thing. He answered all of our questions without being a “pushy” salesperson. We enjoyed our experience very much and would highly recommend Valdosta and Mario!

We had a great experience at Valdosta Sleep Number! The whole staff was personable, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. Mario helped us seal the deal on a new i8 adjustable king size and we are so excited!

My experience with the sales rep at Sleep number was awesome! Britney Ross was very knowledgeable about the products and I was able to make an informed decision about the bed that was best for me! She was not pushy or forceful like some sales reps are. She is truly a Sleep Number expert!

Terrible service the sales person was so busy dancing around that he was not very personable. And did not ask what he could do to even get the sale this would have been a third purchase. As soon as we left he was on his way next door to get a drink as if his agenda was more important than helping us.

Mario was very helpful and wonderful. He helped my husband and I find the perfect sleep number for us and the right bed to fit our needs.

The sales staff did a great job showing the different models and helping us select the model that would best meet our needs and budget. Everything was going great until we purchased the bed. We were led to believe that the bed could be delivered in 5 to 7 days until they received our money. Once the order was placed, we found out it was going to be 21 days before our bed could be delivered. Called customer service and that was a waste of time. They were not helpful or willing to offer any help. They left me with the impression they were doing me a favor by letting me purchase a bed. At this time, I am not sure if we are going to take delivery or cancel our order. If I do take delivery of the bed, I am concerned about the level of customer service I will receive if I need them in the future.

We had a wonderful experience trying out the Sleep Number beds in the Valdosta store. The Brittany, the sales associate, was friendly and an absolute joy to work with for our purchase. We look forward to getting our new bed.

Great place. Salesperson Brianna is very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that wants a good night sleep should come in. Now after sleeping on this bed an update will be essential.

We have had a Sleep Number bed for 15+ years, and decided to upgrade to an adjustable frame and new beds. Looked around and found cheaper AIR Beds and found one that says they were better than Sleep Number Had a 120 night return policy. so we decided to try it!! Got their top of the line bed, found it to be a big disappointment.! The other brand does not come close to comparing to a sleep number bed. Have now sent other bed back, and waiting on our new SLEEP NIMBER BED. Tried it at the store and cant wait for it to arrive!!!! Will Never try another Fake Sleep Number Bed again!!

The shopping experience was great - Brianna did a good job of explaining everything to us. We are awaiting delivery. We hope that we “get what we pay for “since we spent a large amount tonight on a new bed, frame, and all the accessories.

Worst customer support If you have any issues you will never reach anyone outside the store and they will tell you to call a number that just says they have high value of calls right now. was waiting on the line for a hour.... DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER!!!

Useless bed, waste of money. worst customer support.Did try to contact store for help as my vibrator on my bed stop working in 4 months after purchase, store sales person never replied back.its been 4 weeks I have been waiting for some one to come and fix the bed, they said that they dont have vibrating motor in supply.I would have given this 0 stars if possible. Side of the bed is very slippery and you really cant sit on the edge of the mattress as bed is made up of air mattress inside with 4 foam on side. Dont buy this please its waste on your money.Remote is also very slow and vibrating motor makes lot of voice.
