Very nice and friendly people work at Publics there. They will always help you find what you are looking for if they have it. The store is always clean and well stocked. We shop there often.

Excellent as always. Publix is the place to go if you value excellent service but arent so foodie that you need exotic hard to source ingredients. We ARE foodies but we go to Publix anyway because they try so hard. Trust me, we put em to work. They always try their best to find out if they have what we need, they often do! You can tell they go to more effort than other grocery stores to hire the best, their staff are genuinely fixated on understanding what people use ingredients for: the butcher saw us buy beef feet and came out to ask is what we use them for.The prices are right in that sweet spot, they have the generics for dishes where it doesnt matter but theyre not vulgar for the better selections. I like that they dont carry an excessive variety of the high end items and let them get old. Have you ever sprung for the top-shelf ingredient for a special dish and gotten home and realized it is a bit old? Not at Publix, they pay attention and they do it by treating their staff properly. Priceless.

Pulled into this Publix to grab a quick bite to eat to take with me. Sandwich from the deli and some potato salad to get me down the road.

Clean well stocked, great butcher depth. Lots of fresh vegetables, and fruit.

They have a very good selection of items and the quality of their produce is high. The service is friendly. I wish that they had a self-checkout for people purchasing only a few items. The parking lot has a steep incline. If your mobility is limited, consider this. The entrances and exits to the parking lot are normally congested.

They have the best produce and sushi in town. If you are looking for something unique to try this is the place. Excellent selection and very clean. You do pay a bit more but you get what you pay for.

The deli workers have the worst attitude amongst the entire store. The ladies constantly gossip while assisting customers about personal conversations. I love the BOGO deals as well!

Great store. Always stocked. I had a lot of faith in Publix during the pandemic. It put my mind at ease to see an employee wiping off every cart that came in the building.I understand a lot of lifting the requirements okd by the Governor but because vaccinations are not mandated, I believe a corporation of Publix size could still afford having an employee wipe down carts. I would appreciate this since I am vaccinated but have an underlying health issue. Thank you

We had confirmed online appointments for Phizer boosters. Rude pharmacist was snippy saying we dont have them yet maybe next week. She said they dont do computer appointments walk ins only. Explained I used their website to schedule. She said through her teeth, we dont have them and I dont know why the appointment scheduler is on our website we dont use it.

Bad day at Publix. We love ordering subs and picking up at the deli. We ordered today and our order was scheduled for 5 p.m. We arrived. No order. We asked about it. The counter person said they were working on it. We watched seven walk ups with multiple subs in their order be served and leave while we stood waiting. We got our subs missing tomatoes but finally at 5:36 we got them. What is the point of ordering ahead for this much frustration and then not have the order correct? Wow. Bad day in PublixWhile we were there we saw the soups nd decided to try them. Nope. Not enough in the bottom of the pans to even scoop out a small serving.While all this was going on there were four employees not working the sandwiches just laughing and gabbing in the deli

MS.CONNIE V — very disrespectful she wanted to be rude and disrespectful because she decides to hold a conversation with a customer that she has already checked out meanwhile I’m standing waiting for her to even acknowledge that I’m standing waiting patient and have all of my things on the belt to be scanned . She gets made because I’m about to go to another cashier because of her prolonged conversation. So I told her I was gonna tell the manager she she began scanning my things Todd them down the line . I told her I was telling the manager and she laughed and said I couldn’t get her in trouble . The manager Bill Jenkins came, ms. Connie keep laughing still carrying on either the bagging boy as if nothing was an issue . I truly don’t appreciate the disrespect . I will keep complaining until this matter is handled

I always have a great experience shopping at Publix. Im in love with the Publix digital coupons and weekly updated store sale ads. The staff upon entering and checking out exceeds expectations in customer service. The customer service center is knowledgeable of all their products and departments. The bakery and deli always has a fresh variety of foods to choose from hot or cold. My favorite produce while shopping are the fresh variety selection of fruits and veggies. Publix has taken extra precautions throughout the store during this pandemic to insure everyones safety. I would most definitely recommend Publix to all my Family and friends.

Its a love hate thing. Theyre close but not as well stocked as Perimeter. If you order on line theres a good chance someone will be rummaging through your deli order like its a sale bin. Both pharmacies are slow or used as an additional 20 items or less line. Baytree is the worst. Were from Palm Harbor area so we know a challenged Publix when we see one.

Publix ALWAYS has electric carts for the disabled to use. Always clean and in good repair compared to Walmart who rarely has carts available and most are in some form of disrepair.The employees at Publix are wonderful, so polite and helpful. Just walking into the store can ease your state of mind. They always help me get cases of water, help me unload my cart, and take my purchases out to my vehicle. I love going to Publix!

When I think of rating a grocery store, I think of cleanliness, customer service, area, items stocked and pricing. This place checks all the boxes, with the exception of it can be a little bit on the pricier side. The red meats are awesome for us carnivores. Mostly all vegetables and fruits I can get fresh. As I mentioned the pricing may be a little higher, but for what the presentation brings, I think its worth the extra.

They have everything you need to stock your kitchen.

It is the usual excellent Publix. We live in MS now and rarely shop at one.

Hugh shout out to Corey for helping me figure out a meal for dinner and offered up great suggestions on how to improve my working idea for the meal. (I requested to see his shining smiling face - only reason he removed his face mask - Publix please dont be mad - it was my fault!). Ive never been let down by this store or their staff. Love love love them all and its the only grocery store Ill shop at in Valdosta!
