Good service! I had an online order and had it shipped overnight. Everything arrived on time and in good condition. I spoke with one of the mangers here named Kianna she was phenomenal.

In transition to a Barnes and Noble store....current merchandise is very, very expensive for college students.

Unfriendly service, and the prices are ridiculous. Most of the workers seem like they don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing.

I made an online order jan. 7 for 10 books. I then received an email that 8 of my books were ready & went to pick them up. A week went by & still nothing about my other two books. I emailed the bookstore and they told me it should be ready by the next day (it wasn’t). I sent another email & they told me it was delivered but they couldn’t find it. I finally received an email saying it was ready for pick up a week & a half later. I go to pick it up & they put one of my books back on the shelf. Seems very unorganized. I know the first few weeks are stressful but when people pay for books it needs to be kept in the back & not put on the shelf for someone to potentially buy it.

Valdosta State bookstore. Its great. And besides my daughter goes there.

Very pleasant University book store. If youre looking for a book/supplies, the workers will definitely make contact with you and see if you need any assistance. Ive personally been going to this bookstore for two years now and havent encountered a problem.

Gave is a discount while we were only visiting but purchased items for an incoming student. This was very helpful and was not prompted but was offered. Thank you!!!

Store is great. People are nice. But the prices.. Kinda ruin it

Great clothes but books are more expensive than online

Not understanding why a product costing over $1200 was delivered without requiring a signature. Long story short. I never received the product. I blame FedEx equally as much as VSU. The product did not require a signature and VSU bookstore does not want to reissue the product nor refund. I am not understanding how I just lost all of that money over poor service and judgment. How can a university scam students this way?
