My daughter dropped her Hyundai Santa Fe off for a check engine light. They were able to take the car in and troubleshoot the problem in a quick and efficient manner. Service advisor Shellie was quick to respond in calling us and letting us know the vehicle was ready and took the time to explain a current recall which we will return as soon as they have the parts available.. She was very knowledgeable and had a pleasant attitude. Thank you Shellie and the Langdale Hyundai Service Dept. Recommended.

My husband and I came in to buy a new SUV. We weren’t looking at the brand new ones but ended up leaving with one! We absolutely love our new 2022 Tuscon! It is such an amazing car! I went to trade in my new Challenger that I’ve only had for a few months. The Finance Manager, Brandon Stephens was extremely rude and had the WORST attitude. He spoke to me as if I was incompetent. Do not go here unless you want to be disrespected!! The sales consultant I worked with was great and I planned on leaving with a vehicle. At the end of the day Brandon’s attitude is why I didn’t purchase.

My car has been in the shop for about a month now. The service department rarely returns my calls about the car, I normally have to keep calling for 2-3 days straight leaving multiple voicemails before someone will even get back to me. The service department continues to refuse to give me a loaner so I can get to and from work in order to have the money to pay for the ONE SINGLE PART Ive been waiting a month for. This is by far the absolute worst experience any dealership or mechanic has ever put me through.

I live in Albany ga and drove 1 hour and half to Langdale Hyundai of Valdosta to get me a car. On the radio Courtney the Great has an Ad no matter your credit as long as you make so much per month, 500 dollars down they will put you in a car. I get there the salesman runs my credit and comes back and said they cant help me. My credit isnt that good going through a nasty divorce. So I asked about the Ad on the radio, the part where Courtney the great said no matter your credit score and I got a lame excuse. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. I was really upset because I make good money over the amount per month they were looking for and I had my down payment. Just to turn around and have to drive back home without a vehicle. I would recommend you to go to another dealership than Hyundai of Valdosta, especially if you dont live in the area because their Ads are false advertisements!!!!

The service staff are fantastic! We had a tire suddenly begin to vibrate significantly while we were about 15 miles away on I-75. We called ahead and arrived about 20 minutes before the technician was scheduled to leave. They were able to diagnose and locate a replacement tire (from a vehicle in inventory!) and get us on our way in about an hour. We decided to buy 2 tires so they would match. The technician stayed past closing to finish the job and we were able to get to our destination the same day.Your service is outstanding. Thank you so much!

I was able to get my car towed to Langdale and was immediately scooped up by Stephanie, the manager, and treated like family. She made sure my son and I both had food, water, AC, comfort, anything we needed as we were 5 hours from ANY friends or family. Caitlin took over my “case” and treated me just as well as Stephanie. She took care EVERYTHING! From hooking us up with a rental, a ride to get it, and keeping me informed every step of the way even tho I lived 5 hours away. I have never experienced customer service as great as I did at Langdale. These women truly stepped up when I, a young single mom, needed them the most. I will be forever grateful to them for our safety that day!

I’ve only dealt with their service side. Most of their staff are usually friendly, but you do have to constantly check behind them. They will not usually contact you when they say that they will.

Since my car was out of warranty, I felt the prices were a bit high, even with the discounts offered for my age. We had to return a second time for a part that is not usually carried in the parts department. The second trip was very quick and thorough. After returning home, our yard man found an oil filter cover, which looked like an old cover, and were still not sure where it came from, but we believe it was left inside the engine compartment somewhere and finally dislodged when we got home. Overall the dealership is great, and is the reason why I purchased a second car there. I love the Hyundai brand, and have owned the Accent, Elantra, Sonata and Santa Fe. KUDOS to the assistant service manager Alena who assisted us every step of the way.

Bought a 2018 sonata back in March 2019. Brand new vehicle. Sydney was a wonderful sales man. July 22, 2019 my check engine light came on and the car will no longer accelerate properly. Had the car towed to the service department... that I had to find a towing service.. service manager call and ask me what was wrong with car she couldnt remember what my husband previously told her. Funny because when u crank the car the computer tells you the problem. Needless to say Im without a vehicle, the service department gave us a very hard time about a rental car. The manager is very rude. I will never suggest this place for a car... just because the service department has no compassion, or empathy for a loyal customer...

Wonderful customer service! There was a minor mistake that was done but they covered the full expense of the service charge! Then, we got a screw stuck in the tire and they patched it all up for us, free of charge! They certainly did not have to that for us, but they did! I am very happy to say that I came here yesterday and bought my first car from Langdale Hyundai. My salesperson, Vanessa, was great and completely attentive to what I wanted. I knew which exact car I was interested in and what my price range was and she was able to work with me to get me into the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Everyone who I dealt with who works there is unkind and rushes you to purchase a car. After I purchased a car, they forced me to drive it home after saying they’d deliver it to me (leaving the car I came with)....I lived almost 100 miles away. I called regarding getting my car back amongst other concerns and they accused me of “cursing them out” and continued to be rude to me (especially the front desk guy who helped close the sale, forgot his name). You got your sale though. Bravo. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Shop elsewhere.
