Will never do business with these people the guy who does the financinig was so rude. We came in trying to look at two different vehicles and instead of letting us look at them he just started spitting off about financing. We just turned and left. The guy who works on the cars though couldnt have been nicer. Unless you want to have the worst car buying experience ever I highly suggest not going here.

I just witnessed the worst customer service possible over the phone.. the girl who answers the phone is VERY RUDE! Other than that I’ve seen that they are great people to work with, the other ladies in the office are sweet and nice. Just don’t deal with the young snotty gal.

I had my keys stolen while I was on vacation and I called the dealership to ask for a spare key to get my vehicle back home. The manager had zero sympathy for me and literally yelled at me basically telling me that it was my fault, and that he couldn’t help me because he didn’t have a spare key for the vehicle. I work in the automotive industry and I know FOR A FACT that dealerships are supposed to have a SPARE KEY FOR EVERY VEHICLE. They also have no sympathy for customers and their financial situations and do nothing but hound people for money. Yes, I do realize that paying for the vehicle is my responsibility but it wouldn’t hurt for them to be A LITTLE understanding. I’m literally at my wits end and I’m tempted everyday to just stop paying for the vehicle all together and let them reposses it and just be DONE. I would advise that you proceed with caution and use this dealership as a LAST RESORT.

Charlie and Jennifer were the two nastiest individuals in terms of attitude that I have ever dealt with in my life. We bought a vehicle, was told it was in great condition, with one previous owner, etc. Less than 2 months later our car was unable to be driven and they offered no help or solution. These were mechanical issues I could have never caused over the course of 2 months and they both had a nasty attitude when I called in asking to see if there was anytime of limited warranty on their vehicles. They laughed in my face and made me feel stupid like I should’ve known the answer to that. Long story short, they care only about business and wouldn’t have a 5 star rating but they have friends and family members write “Glowing reviews”... that makes their rating extremely misleading and false. If this had an option for no stars or negative stars I would have gladly selected that. I hope they get everything that is coming back to them for the horrible service they have provided over the years!!!! Do Not Trust These People!!!! They only want your money.

These people are SOME CROOKS INCLUDING JENNIFER... Do not I mean not go purchase your vehicle from these people!! They will sell you lemons and wouldn’t careless.. I have a lawsuit in the process now!! First car motor failed then I was offered to get it fixed or get another one.. I decided to get another car and that vehicle was a lemon as well and before I can get second vehicle I still had to make a payment on vehicle that was not operable. These mofos will be seeing me in court. Very unprofessional staff and I will not recommended anyone to go get a vehicle from these people. An to mentioned purchased two parts for 1st car sold to me, got the parts put on by an local mechanic”bc we thought will help the vehicle operate” when the vehicle finally broker down. I got it towed and had to pay for towing and owner didn’t show any empathy towards me trying to get vehicle fixed on my own. And kept the new parts from car #1

Called in advance to see if I needed to schedule a test drive, not needed, told her I was on my way. Showed up 20 mins later, and she said Were closing early, cant test drive today. Gave no indication over the phone that they were closing early, so the ride I paid to get to the dealership to buy a new vehicle, was completely wasted. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.Update: Charles, the sales manager called me this morning (the next day) to apologize for the previous day. He arranged for transportation to pick us up from home and take us back after we test drove. He was very sincere and apologetic.

I just read a review that was pretty similar to my situation I also read the response from the owner. I have called and emailed several times in order to try and receive help as far as getting me a vehicle thats dependable as I was driving 70 mph on the interstate with my wife and kids in the car a wrench light popped up on my car and my downshifted violently to 2nd gear and would not shift into 3rd or 4th I simply stated that I would like to continue business with ss but need a dependable vehicle and asked if anything could be done. But since Ive had the car for 11 months and not 12 that I couldnt trade it in.... now I received a letter stating I might owe on the vehicle if they cannot sell it for more than owed after being the car back to them at a buy here pay here !? I have a family to support and it has turned my entire job, family and routine upside down....

I purchased a white Hyundai Sonata from here and all within a month nothing but problems first with motor throwing a rod which was inspected by their mechanic and somehow they didn’t notice that and drove it back to their lot with a bad engine.which was replaced by Hyundai (but still drove like garbage after ) then the vehicle had multiple electrical issues kept blowing brake lights and headlights signals as well as the brakes locking up while the vehicle was operating..didn’t offer any type compensation complete garbage and run down...Trash
