Price is outrageous and trade value is pretty much a rip off. The staff was super awesome and friendly. If prices could reflect how awesome the staff is then this dealership could make a lot of money.

Everyone is extremely nice here! I came because there was a recall for my car’s hood. I was in and out in less than an hour and was even able to engage in conversation with other employees while I waited. Joe (I hope that was his name. I honestly can’t remember) from service made this a very easy experience.

Came to this Nissan dealership when my Juke was making a strange noise and behaving weirdly on a long car trip back to Florida. Joe in service was so kind to explain everything that was wrong with my car and was quick to get what they could done. I eventually made the decision that it would be best to finance a new vehicle and Chuck B. in sells had us in a Kicks in a like two hours. He was very kind and worked with me to insure I got the best possible rate. We wouldn’t have gotten home if it wasn’t for this amazing team!

I am currently in the market for a vehicle and i wanted to look into valdosta nissan as an option for purchasing; however, the way that they did my co worker is very disheartening, selfish, and out right cruel. I would advise every one of you all to not purchase at this location. She went in for a diagnostic test and when she picked up her vehicle, her transmission was no longer working. They admitted to not doing a diagnostic and putting the wrong transmission oil in, but will not fix the issue. All they did was offer a cheaper rate for repairs. I am disgusted at the integrity of this place. Please be careful. There is not telling if the brand new vehicles were properly inspected. I know that mechanics take advantage of women and that is what upsets me the most.

Recently purchased a new car here. Have to say was a pleasurable experience for sure. Very impressed with the quality of the vehicle!! Salesperson was very polite and attentive to needs and wants. Will see how service goes when it comes time for that and will update at that time! So far so good, and glad for the experience so far!!!

It was great! The whole entire staff were so professional. They each were very nice, warm, and friendly. I had a terrific experience because of how I was approached and greeted. I had a business trip planned on a Friday afternoon. One day prior (Thursday evening), my Pathfinders AC went out. I immediately contacted my service tech-Joe Lieupo. Once again, Joe approached my situation with a sense of urgency and helped me out. He was able to make an appointment to have my compressor replaced early on Friday morning and I was on the road Friday by 12:00 noon on my business trip. Thanks Joe! You are an asset to this organization and you always surpass my expectations. Joe is #1 in customer service which is why I choose to continue to purchase vehicles from Valdosta Nissan.

Eric is amazing! I I thought I would have to get a rental but I was able to wait while my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired. Rentals are pricey and I am thankful I did not have to get one.

We took in our 2016 Sentra to have a diagnostic evaluation of the CVT transmission.While it was in they discovered a recall issue and took care of it as well.

Had a decent experience with their maintenance department. Only reason for the 2nd star. However, they have very shady advertising methods and sales staff. I receive letters all of the time from the sales manger with what looks like handwritten notes (totally copied) saying call me direct! I want to buy your car from you! But when you call, you never get them and you end up talking to another sales rep. Same thing when you go in, the manager never talks to you. They also kept pushing me to buy new when I was looking for something specific. They took my info and said they would call, but they never do with a deal. Just more advertising. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They dont actually care about you, the consumer.

If I could give half a star, I would. Came in last week to get an oil change. Talked to young man, Steven. First off, not the best customer service. Couldn’t get two words in without being interrupted. The I told him what oil I preferred and he told me they are required to use another brand. How? He gave me some skill about some policy that I have NEVER heard of. I told him I was here to do business and he pretty much told me to try another Nissan. Will not return.

This one is for the service department. Thank you for listening to me, for checking my vehicle and ordering the replacement part while I was dealing with my Cadillac extended useless warranty that wanted to force me to use the GMC dealership that treated me like less than a human.I know you did not have to go all out like you did, and because of you I will be able to finish my journey to say farewell to the person that means the most to me. They always have time to fit me in their maintenance schedule. I had an issue with my battery and they quickly worked me in the schedule, called me and proceeded to fix the problem very quickly. He also took the time to explain my new battery warranty. The service department here is great.

Both times have been great experiences. Would definitely return for my third vehicle.

Judging by the previous reviews I’m glad I didn’t get Steven. The people I dealt with were super friendly and pleasant. When I called to make my oil change appt I think I spoke to Eric he was kind and helpful. When I dropped it off the morning of my appt I’m not sure of the guys name but he was very kind. Then when I picked my car back up I dealt with Michael and he was also very kind. I have had a great experience all the way from the day I purchased my vehicle.

Took my moms car in there for an oil change. Was greeted, not in the best manner, by Steven one of the advisors. Guess he was having a bad day already because it showed in his body language, his tone and definitely didn’t show any patience with me and my mother. Went up there to do to getting a contest flyer in the mail Went up there they talked me into purchasing a car which was a 2019 car approve me for a loan And after I got the loan and left in the car the bank took back the contract and I never got a phone call a text message or an email it was only then when I found out about this was that we had to go up there to sign some paperwork and wouldn’t let me leave in my 2019 car they told me the bank disapprove that long and took it back they approved me for another car in which it was a 2020 car!! I like the car don’t get me wrong but this experience was and after I got the loan and left in the car the bank took back the contract and I never got a phone call a text message or an email it was only then when I found out about this was that we had to come up there to sign some paperwork and I wouldn’t let her leave in my car they told me the bank disapprove that long and took it back they approved me for another car in which I like the car don’t get me wrong but this experience was Not too good only got one key they won’t give me the other one! I got a nice car that I needed and I like the car but I would’ve liked to of had the option to pick out what I wanted instead of just getting settled with a car because I was looking at an SUV

My appointment was at 8:00 am but I had 4 other cars before me when they opened at 8:00. My car was promised back to me by 9 am but I had to call and it was almost 10 when I called because no one called as promised. Every time I come for service Im given a list of things that need to be done but some things I have already had completed elsewhere so I questioned their recommendations. I would love to feel comfortable with this dealer but its always something. Ive had to travel the Tifton location for some service because of the mistrust. My car was cooling fine when I took my car for an oil change and rotation and now its only blowing out hot air so Im upset and Im sure it will be something else I need to pay for.

I was here for a oil change and tire rotation, several employees passed by not one of them exemplified customer service.Only one African American male greeted me with a smile. Hopefully next time I will have a better experience.

Valdosta Nissan Service Department was the worst experience! I have always had delightful experiences at every other Nissan Dealership that I have visited and after my recent move figured I would have that customer service here too. Sadly that was not the case the service department was lacking in customer service. When asked if I wanted a tire rotation I stated no that I had someone else who had just recently rotated them when I purchased new tires. Not only did Valdosta Nissan rotate my tires but charged me $20. They failed to provide me an itemized receipt until after my card had been charged. And then it was a hassle to correct the issue. Ronda didnt know what to do and wanted to sigh often, I wasnt the only customer having an issue either another customer was having to make several phone calls because Ronda didnt want to enter a credit card manually. Im sorry at 5 oclock in the afternoon we werent holding her up from going home she still had an hour and a half! Secondly, their prices were astronomical even compared to other Nissan Dealerships nearly $25 more than I have ever paid at a Nissan, with no extras to go above and beyond (free vacuums, etc!) Just very disappointed in the service that I received, being a loyal Nissan customer.

I was not satisfied. I went in for an oil change and ended up being charged $300 for services that I was unaware I had to have done. After leaving, I noticed my airbag light is still on. As a service department, I should be informed of upcoming services that are mandatory and I’ll be liable to pay for. And if there’s anything else wrong I should be informed and it should be serviced. I haven’t had this vehicle 1 year yet and I’ve already spent over $500 on it because I had to purchase a battery also. I’m not very happy with TKO.

In the past,after I got my car seviced,one of the employees would go over the paperwork with me. All the guy told me was that I needed transmission fluid and brake fluid. In the past,they would have put those in. Then,I got home and found out, after looking over the paper,that my front brakes were in the red. They said everything was fine. They are nothing like they use to be.

Great place for excellent looking cars especially Nissan. They accept trade-ins where you bring in your old car and get a new one at the fraction of the cost of the new one, depending on the year, make, model and mileage of your old car. Great customer service and decent environment for testing and inspection.

Valdosta Nissan,Devin Schultz -made my experience one to remember. I came in for an unscheduled oil change & a free cabin air filter service. He offered a few other services, one of which I excepted -tire rotation. What make this guy stick out was his unknowingly concern. Yep I made that word up😅. In other words he have a natural rapport, I didn’t feel under pressure or attacked by sell me this & that... & that meant a lot. In addition to one person saying I’d have to wait over two hours, he strightend that out quite professionally & I was out within the hour. He’s definitely a front liner, Nissan won when they hired him.

I love how courteous the staff is and how fast the work gets done.
