I have previously stopped here to use the restroom. Employee states they have no bathroom, in a newly remodeled store. Today I stop in to get drinks and asked the employee can I use his hand sink that is in clear sight and he states he doesn’t have water. So I told my daughter let’s go. I do not want to give my money to a place who have zero customer service. As I’m leaving he states it doesn’t bother him. Yea that’s fine it should.

Worst place to stop by. Worst customer service there was big issue with all the customers major Simple English understand.. I was stuck for 2 hours just to make a purchase with my cash money and credit card. She will say Something and we won’t understand each plus i as customer had more patient the her.. they need to hire someone who can speakEnglish simply please and also value customers …

Saw signs for 30 miles about the Bigfoot Truck Stop. They have diesel, thats about it. Its an OLD RUN DOWN GAS STATION. its NOT a travel center AT ALL. Dont waste your time.

Be careful with the food and drinks here a lot of them are expired out of date and will make you sick not to mention over priced

Not a truck stopYou suspect you’ve made a mistake as soon as you see the red faded sign in the distance. Heed that warning and keep driving. It’s not a Loves, Flying J, or a Pilot. It’s basically a marathon with a different name. It does have diesel for your rig. The card reader at the pump is so old that it takes FOREVER to verify your card. The bathrooms smell nice, but have explicit graffiti all over the stalls. If I could give it zero stars, I would still give it one just because the bathroom smelled nice.

Disappointing. lol they have signs for at least 30-40 miles of “BIG FOOT TRAVEL CENTER TAKE PICTURE WITH BIGFOOT” lol the thing was smaller then me and hiked so high in the wall u couldn’t get a picture. And if only the torso up. We stopped only for the Bigfoot.

Good place to park for big rigs and lots of fast food restaurants in walking distance, but other than that. Its a dump. Lol

Country for sure! Bathroom was pretty nasty. My poor coworker had to make his own toilet seat cover out of toilet paper. The kid behind the counter was real nice. They have any and all knick-knacks you could want to remember your travels... Stuffed cats, ceramic chickens, gator heads, license plate frames, keychains, magnets, hats and more. Theres a chicken place that I wouldnt gamble on unless I wanted to irritate my bowels. Pretty easy off and back on the interstate.

If they had showers I would not use them. I walked into the dirtiest bathroom at a truck stop that I have seen in some time. Go on by...
